Abstract

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transportation of household rubbish, fluid, pasty or powdered substances. Proposed method consists in delivery of vehicles equipped with refrigerators, opening of vehicle hinged doors, loading the rubbish and closing said hinged doors. In frost-free season, refrigerators are switched on to prevent rotting of organic components of household rubbish. After delivery of rubbish to rubbish disposal plants, vehicles are discharged to divide the rubbish into components for production of exclusive construction elements and industrial alcohol. Empty vehicles are loaded with batteries of disposable containers filled with said rubbish and provided with hinges, vehicle hinged doors are closed to fit supporting hinges into appropriate openings of hinged doors and locked by cotter pins. Vehicles are directed to areas with shortage of material carried in said disposable containers. Then, supporting hinges are unlocked to open hinged doors to withdraw said disposable containers. Proposed device comprises vehicle with body 1, wheels 2, and hinged doors 5 with holes 7 to receive hinges 8 of disposable containers 9.

Description

The invention relates to the field of transport and can be used for transportation in one direction of household waste, and in the other - liquid, jellied or powdery substances, in particular, in emergency situations on material pipelines.

A known container method of transporting various substances in reusable containers using various vehicles (Great Soviet Encyclopedia, M., "Soviet Encyclopedia", 1973, volume 13, page 63).

The disadvantage of this method is the inefficiency when using reusable containers.

The technical result of this method is to increase the efficiency of transportation of various materials.

This is achieved by the fact that after the conclusion of agreements with neighboring and closely located states for the free supply of household garbage to the Russian Federation, for the purpose of its disposal at Russian recycling plants created on the basis of mineral processing plants for liquidated unprofitable mines, vehicles equipped with refrigerators are delivered installations at the place of loading household waste; open their swinging roofs; after loading them with household garbage, swing roofs are closed; in the warm season include refrigeration units to prevent decay of the organic components of household waste; after the delivery of these vehicles to nearby Russian household waste disposal facilities, they are unloaded and divided into household components, on the basis of which exclusive building elements and technical alcohol are made; empty vehicles are loaded with batteries of disposable containers with liquid, jellied or powdery substances, they close the swing roofs of vehicles; pass through the corresponding openings for swing roofs the supporting loops of the corresponding disposable containers; fix these loops with corresponding rotary cotter pins; deliver vehicles on purpose to places where there is a shortage of materials in disposable containers; unfasten the supporting loops of single containers, open the rows of swing roofs of vehicles; removed from the latter, one-time containers for supporting loops; if necessary, unload the material from disposable containers, open their lids and flip single containers by acting on their lower loops, as a result of which empty one-time containers are emptied.

In a device that implements the proposed method, the specified technical result is achieved by the fact that the rows of swing roofs of vehicles have holes for threading the supporting loops of single containers in them and pivot cotter pins for fixing the supporting loops on the outer sides of the row of swing roofs of vehicles; disposable containers have lower loops used for unloading disposable containers.

A device that implements this method consists of a vehicle body 1 with wheels 2, equipped with refrigeration units 3 and 4. Body 1 has a hinged roof with rows 5 and 6, in which there are openings 7 for threading support loops 8 of one-time containers 9 therein. The latter have lids 10 and lower loops 11 for unloading the material delivered in disposable containers. On the outer surface of the rows of 5 and 6 swing roofs of the vehicle there are pivot pins 12 for fixing the supporting loops 8.

The operation of the device is as follows.

After unloading the household waste delivered in the vehicle, it is placed under loading with disposable containers 9, for which rows 5 and 6 of the swing roof are opened and disposable containers 9 are lowered into the vehicle body 1. They are loaded into the housing 1 by holding the supporting hinges 8. At the end of loading, the rows 5 and 6 of the hinged roof of the vehicle are closed, after which the supporting loops 8 are threaded into the corresponding holes 7 of the rows 5 and 6 of the hinged roof, on which they are fixed with the corresponding rotary cotter pins 12. A vehicle loaded with disposable containers is delivered to its destination.

A method of delivering materials in reusable containers, characterized in that for the disposal of household waste in recycling plants created on the basis of mineral processing plants, vehicles equipped with refrigeration units are delivered to the places of loading household waste, their swing roofs are opened, after loading them with household garbage is closed by swinging roofs, in the warm season they include refrigeration units to prevent decay of the organic components of household garbage, after reaching These vehicles are transported to nearby household waste disposal facilities and are divided into household waste components, based on which exclusive building elements and technical alcohol are made, empty vehicles are loaded with batteries of disposable containers with liquid, grease or powder substances, and the swing roofs of vehicles are closed means, thread the supporting loops of the corresponding disposable containers into the corresponding openings of the swing roofs, fix the indicated hinged loops with the corresponding rotary cotter pins, deliver the vehicles to the destination, unfasten the supporting loops of the single containers, open the rows of swing roofs of the vehicles, remove the single containers from the latter by the supporting loops, if necessary, unload the material from the single containers, open their covers and flip the single containers by the action on their lower loops, as a result of which empty disposable containers are emptied. 2.
