Claims (5)

  1. Hybridgarn für Kompositwerkstoffe basierend auf thermoplastischer Matrix, welches eine innige Vermengung von Verstärkungsfaserfäden und von thermoplastischen Matrixfaserfäden umfaßt, wobei jeder Faserfaden durch Kracken durch ein langsames und fortschreitendes Ziehen von Multifilamenten erhalten wurde,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die parallelen Fasern (2,3) nach dem Ziehen mit einem durchlaufenden Filament (19) aus thermoplastischem Material umsponnen sind, wobei das thermoplastische Material von derselben Art ist, wie die aus thermoplastischem Material bestehenden Matrixfasern (3) und daß das thermoplastische Filament (19) der Umspinnung zwischen 10 und 25 % des Gesamtvolumens des thermoplastischen Materials, welches das Garn enthält, darstellt.
  2. Hybridgarn nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 50 - 55 % Verstärkungsfasern (2) bei 50 - 45 % thermoplastischen Fasern (3) enthält.
  3. Hybridgarn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsfasern (2) aus Kohle-, Aramid- oder Glasfasern ausgewählt werden.
  4. Hybridgarn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die thermoplastischen Matrixfasern (3) aus Fasern ausgewählt werden, welche aus Polyetheretherketon (PEEK), Polyphenylensulfid (PPS), Polyethersulfon (PES), Polyetherimid (PEI) sowie aus den anderen zu diesem Zweck bekannten Fasern, wie Polyamiden und Polyimiden bestehen.
  5. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Hybridgarns für auf thermoplastischer Matrix basierende Kompositwerkstoffe nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es daraus besteht, zuerst Multifilamente aus Verstärkungsfasern und Multifilamente aus Matrixfasern getrennten Krackprozessen durch langsames und fortschreitendes Ziehen zu unterziehen, auf einer Ziehmaschine des Intersecting-Typs Bänder die aus den so erhaltenen unterbrochenen Fasern (2, 3) zusammenzufügen, wobei das diese Ziehmaschine verlassende Band (4) auf einer anderen Ziehmaschine mit identischen Bändern zusammengefügt wird und dieser Vorgang mehrere Male wiederholt wird um schließlich die innigst mögliche Vermischung zu erhalten, das erhaltene Band in einem Walzsystem (16, 17) einem Ziehen zu unterziehen und schließlich das Bündel aus unterbrochenen, vermischten und parallelen Fasern das Innere einer Hohlspindel (20) durchlaufen zu lassen, welche ein durchlaufendes Filament (19) aus thermoplastischem Material der gleichen Art, wie die aus thermoplastischem Material bestehenden Matrixfasern (3) trägt, um die Umspinnung des Faserbündels (2, 3) durch das durchlaufende Filament (19) zu realisieren wobei das thermoplastische Filament (19) zwischen 10 und 25 % des Gesamtvolumens des thermoplastischen Materials, das das Garn enthält, darstellt.
