Claims (9)

  1. Ein magnetisch betriebenes Anzeigeelement (4), das eine Mehrzahl von Oberflächen kontrastierender Farbe umfaßt, ein Montagemittel (4a) für eine bewegbare Montage des Anzeigeelements (4), um es zu erlauben, eine Mehrzahl von stabilen Positionen einzunehmen, wobei in jeder jeweils eine der kontrastierenden Farboberflächen sichtbar wird, und ein Magnet, das durch das Anzeigeelement getragen wird und mit festen elektromagnetischen Mitteln zusammenwirken kann, um das Anzeigeelement zu einer der ausgewählten Stellungen dessen Mehrzahl von ausgewählten Stellungen zu bewegen; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anzeigeelement (4) ein nicht-magnetisches Substrat (2) und einen darüberliegenden Überzug aus magnetischen Teilchen (24) umfaßt, der durch ein Klebemittel an das nicht-magnetische Substrat gebunden ist.
  2. Das Anzeigeelement (4) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Anzeigeelement scheibenförmig ist und mit einem Paar diametral entgegengesetzter Ösen (4a) geformt ist, die das Montagemittel bilden und die der Scheibe erlauben, sich in einer von den zwei stabilen Positionen zu drehen, wobei eine Seite der Scheibe eine der Farben ist, und wobei die gegenüberliegende Seite der Scheibe den Überzug aus magnetischen Teilchen (24) trägt und die andere der Farben ist.
  3. Das Anzeigeelement nach Anspruch 2, wobei die andere der Farben in Form eines Überzuges aus einem Farbmittel über dem Überzug aus magnetischen Teilchen (24), die am Substrat gebunden sind, gebildet ist.
  4. Das Anzeigeelement nach jedem der Ansprüche 1-3, wobei das nicht-magnetische Substrat (2) aus Plastik besteht.
  5. Das Anzeigeelement nach jedem der Ansprüche 1-3, wobei das nicht-magnetische Substrat (2) aus Kupfer besteht.
  6. Das Anzeigeelement nach jedem der Ansprüche 1-3, wobei das nicht-magnetische Substrat (2) aus Aluminium besteht.
  7. Ein magnetisch betriebenes Anzeigeelement, das eine Mehrzahl von Anzeigeelementen (4) nach jedem der Ansprüche 1-6 umfaßt, die in horizontalen Reihen und vertikalen Spalten auf einem Stützteil (80) angeordnet sind, und ein elektromagnetisches Mittel (82), das an dieses Stützteil zur selektiven Bewegung der Anzeigeelemente (4) befestigt ist.
  8. Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung magnetisch betriebener Anzeigeelemente nach jedem der Ansprüche 2-7, umfassend:
       die Zuführung eines kontinuierlichen Streifens (2) des nicht-magnetischen Substrats, dessen eine Seite mit der einen Farbe gefärbt ist, durch eine Mehrzahl von Stationen;
       das Überziehen der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Streifens mit dem Klebemittel an einer Station (10) ;
       das Überziehen des Klebemittels mit einer Schicht der magnetischen Teilchen an einer zweiten Station (30) ;
       das Trocknen des Klebemittels an einer dritten Station (30), um die magnetischen Teilchen an die gegenüberliegende Seite des Streifens (2) zu binden;
       das Überziehen der Schicht der magnetischen Teilchen mit einer anderen Farbe an einer vierten Station (40); und
       das Ausstanzen der scheibenförmigen Anzeigeelemente (4) aus dem Streifen an einer fünften Station (70).
  9. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei die magnetischen Teilchen Teilchen eines Dauermagnetmaterials sind und diese Teilchen permanent an einer Magnetisierungsstation (60) magnetisiert werden, bevor die scheibenförmigen Anzeigeelemente an der Ausstanz-Station (70) aus dem Streifen ausgestanzt werden.
