Description
Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Waschmaschine mit einer aus der Frontfläche herausbewegbaren Waschmittelschale.The invention relates to a washing machine with a detergent tray that can be moved out of the front surface.
Allgemein üblich und angewendet sind Waschmittelschalen, die als Schubladen aus der Frontfläche der Waschmaschine herausziehbar sind. Wachsende Erwartungen an den Bedienungskomfort haben dazu geführt, eine derartige Waschmittelschale so einzurichten, daß sie nicht mehr nur unbedingt von Hand herausziehbar gestaltet ist. Demgegenüber soll sie durch eine elektrische Maßnahme aus der Frontfläche der Waschmaschine herausfahren. Hierfür sind geeignete Antriebsmaßnahmen und -mechanismen gefordert.Detergent trays that can be pulled out as drawers from the front of the washing machine are common and used. In unserer älteren Patentanmeldung P 39 24 586.1 haben wir bereits vorgeschlagen, elektromagnetische Antriebsmittel über ein Zahnrad oder ein Hebel- oder Kurbel-Kulissengetriebe auf die Schublade wirken zu lassen. Derartige Antriebsmittel bauen an den dafür überhaupt nur geeigneten Anbauorten zu groß. Außerdem ist die Funktionssicherheit wegen der einfachen und verkantungsgefährdeten Führung der Schale nicht gegeben und wegen schwieriger Gleitverhältnisse in den Übertragungsmitteln ist der vorgeschlagene Antrieb außerdem spritzwasserempfindlich. Auftrocknende Rückstände (Salze, Waschmittel) hemmen den störungsfreien Betrieb. Gerade wegen des Einsatzes solcher Einrichtungen in Waschmaschinen der gehobenen Komfortklasse sind derartige Unregelmäßigkeiten außerordentlich lästig.In our earlier patent application P 39 24 586.1 we already proposed to let electromagnetic drive means act on the drawer via a gear wheel or a lever or crank link mechanism. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Antriebseinrichtung anzugeben, die auch unter erschwerten Platzverhältnissen in eine Waschmaschine eingebaut werden kann, die trotz der einfachen und verkantungsgefährdeten Führung der Schublade in ihrer Funktion sicher ist und die trotz der maschinellen Bewegungseinrichtung von Hand bedienbar bleiben muß. Außerdem soll die Waschmittelschale zum Zwecke der Reinigung sich einfach abkoppeln und aus ihrer Höhle entnehmen lassen. Die Stellstange könnte durch mechanische und/oder elektrische Anschläge in ihren Endlagen definiert sein, die auch die neue Bewegungsrichtung beim nächstmaligen Ingangsetzen vorbereiten. Mit heute gebräuchlichen elektronischen Mitteln läßt sich eine solche Definition aber ohne weiteres auch im Motor selbst treffen, z.B. durch Zählen der Umdrehungen der Motorwelle oder durch optoelektronische Stellungsüberwachung der Stellstange.In a special way, the invention is further developed in that two defined end positions are provided for the actuating rod, in which the drive means can be switched off and its new direction of movement can be preset. Die Stellstange ist am obersten Schuß 10 des Teleskoprohres 9 fest eingespannt, während der oberste Schuß 10 am Befestigungspunkt 8 lösbar mit der Waschmittelschale 4 verbunden ist. Der Befestigungspunkt 8 liegt in der senkrechten Mittelebene 7 und genau zwischen den Führungen an den Seitenkanten 6 der Waschmittelschale 4, damit auf die Schale 4 über den Punkt 8 einwirkende Kräfte zentral in bezug auf die seitlichen Führungen der Waschmittelschale angreifen.
