Abstract

Le perçage comporte une fente centrale (2-2′) à l'une au moins des extrémités de laquelle est aménagée une cavité borgne (3) à profit substantiellement cylindrique dont le fond, établi à une très faible épaisseur, est découpé radialement pour délimiter des volets déformables, en permettant ainsi un fonctionnement à ta manière d'un clapet propre à autoriser l'entrée de l'air dans le biberon tout en s'opposant au passage intempestif de celui-ci tors des manipulations effectuées alors que la tétine se trouve en dehors de la bouche de l'enfant.

Description

  • La présente invention a trait aux tétines destinées à être adaptées sur l'ouverture des biberons d'allaitement.
  • On sait que dans leur forme classique, les tétines, réalisées en caoutchouc naturel ou synthétique, comportent, à l'opposé de leur partie ouverte agencée pour se fixer sur le col du biberon, un perçage formé par un ou plusieurs trous aptes à permettre l'écoulement de la bouillie dans la bouche de l'enfant. Il convient toutefois de souligner que bien évidemment ce perçage autorise également la fuite du liquide à l'extérieur du biberon lorsque ce dernier est manipulé alors que la tétine ne se trouve pas encore ou ne se trouve plus dans la bouche du nourrisson.
  • On observera par ailleurs que l'entrée de l'air à l'intérieur du biberon, entrée qui accompagne évidemment la sortie du liquide hors de celui-ci, perturbe fréquemment le fonctionnement, au point qu'il arrive souvent que la tétine se mette en dépression alors qu'elle est introduite dans la bouche de l'enfant, l'air ne parvenant pas à pénétrer à l'intérieur du biberon.
  • C'est à l'ensemble de ces inconvénients qu'entend remédier la présente invention, laquelle a pour objet une tétine qui tout étant susceptible d'être réalisée en une matière quelconque, naturelle ou synthétique, et tout particulièrement en silicone, est propre à donner entière satisfaction à la mère ou nourrice en évitant toute expulsion inoppinée de liquide et en maîtrisant les déplacements de sens contraires de la bouillie et de l'air.
  • La tétine suivant l'invention est définie à la revendication.
  • Le dessin annexé, donné à titre d'exemple, permettra de mieux comprendre l'invention, les caractéristiques qu'elle présente et les avantages qu'elle est susceptible de procurer :
  • Fig. 1 est une coupe verticale montrant, à une échelle très agrandie, l'agencement du perçage d'une tétine établie conformément à l'invention.
  • Fig. 2 est la vue en plan de la face terminale de la tétine qui est tournée vers l'intérieur du biberon.
  • Fig. 3 est une coupe de détail, réalisée transversalement par rapport à la fente centrale du perçage.
  • Fig. 4 est une section suivant le plan indiqué en IV-IV en fig. 1.
  • Fig. 5 est une coupe suivant le plan indique en V-V en fig. 1.
  • Fig. 6 reproduit fig. 3 lorsque le biberon est orienté avec la tétine tournée vers le bas.
  • Sur ce dessin, la référence 1 désigne la paroi qui forme l'extrémité (parfois désignée sous le nom de "téterelle") de la tétine et qui comporte le perçage destiné à permettre le passage de la bouillie liquide, lequel perçage est, à la façon usuelle, disposé à l'intérieur d'une zone délimitée par deux saillies 1a à profil en arc de cercle, opposées l'une à l'autre au niveau de la face extérieure de la paroi 1.
  • Conformément à l'invention, le perçage de la tétine comporte une fente 2 (qui a été supposée à profil rectiligne afin de simplifier la représentation, mais qui est avantageusement établie à un profil brisé afin de faciliter l'écoulement des bouillies relativement épaisses), à chacune des extrémités de laquelle est aménagée une cavité cylindrique borgne 3 qui s'ouvre à l'intérieur de la tétine et dont le fond, à épaisseur très réduite, est découpé par des fentes radiales 4, au nombre de trois dans l'exemple de réalisation envisagé.
  • La fente centrale 2 présente une partie inférieure à profil triangulaire, qui se prolonge vers le haut par une découpe 2' . On observera par ailleurs que le fond supérieur de chaque cavité 3 se trouve disposé à une très faible distance de la face extérieure de la téterelle, de sorte que les membranes ou volets délimités par les fentes radiales 4 comportent une épaisseur très réduite.
  • On comprend ainsi qu'on réalise, de part et d'autre de la fente 2-2' destinée au passage normal de la bouillie de l'intérieur du biberon en direction de la bouche de l'enfant, deux ensembles aptes à se comporter à la manière de clapets, lesquels :
    • s'opposent efficacement à toute expulsion intempestive du liquide lorsque le biberon est manipulé plus ou moins rudement avec la tétine tournée substantiellement vers le haut,
    • autorisent, moyennant la déformation des volets illustrée en fig. 6, la pénétration de l'air dans le biberon au fur et à mesure de la vidange de celui-ci, quand ledit biberon est utilisé avec la tétine tournée plus ou moins obliquement vers le bas et introduite dans la bouche de l'enfant.
  • On remarquera que les cavités cylindriques 3 tiennent avantageusement lieu des trous à section circulaire ménagés aux extrémités de la fente centrale des tétines connues réalisées en silicone, ce trous ayant pour but de s'opposer à la déchirure de ladite fente centrale.

Claims (1)

  1. Tétine pour biberon d'allaitement, caractérisée en ce que son perçage comporte une fente centrale (2-2') à l'une au moins des extrémités de laquelle est aménagée une cavité borgne (3) à profil substantiellement cylindrique dont le fond, établi à une très faible épaisseur, est découpé radialement pour délimiter des volets déformables, en permettant ainsi un fonctionnement à la manière d'un clapet propre à autoriser l'entrée de l'air dans le biberon tout en s'opposant au passage intempestif de celui-ci lors des manipulations alors que la tétine se trouve en dehors de la bouche de l'enfant.
