Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Aufschnittschneidemaschine für Lebensmittel, wie Wurst, Käse od. dgl., mit einem Schnittgutwagen, der längs eines rotierenden Kreismessers händisch oder motorisch verschiebbar gelagert ist und mit einer Ablegeeinrichtung, die eine Fördervorrichtung wie beispielsweise einen Schwenkrechen oder einen Kettenrahmen mit umlaufend bzw. reversierend angetriebenen Ketten umfaßt, die mit Spitzen besetzt sind und die die geschnittenen Scheiben vom Kreismesser ausgehend über ein Ablegetablett fördern ,und mit einem gegen das Ablegetablett schwenkbaren Schläger mit Fingern, die die Fördervorrichtung kammartig hintergreifen, wobei die Fördervorrichtung mindestens zwei Zonen zur Aufnahme von mindestens zwei gleichartig förderbaren und in einem Schneidvorgang von mindestens zwei Schnittgutstücken abgeschnittenen Scheiben aufweist (vgl. z.B. Maschinen dieser Bauart verfügen im einfachsten Fall über einen vom Schnittgutwagen mechanisch über Zahnriemen abgeleiteten Antrieb für das Ablegesystem, insbesondere die Fördervorrichtung, deren Fördergeschwindigkeit im Übergangsbereich beim Kreismesser exakt auf die Schneidegeschwindigkeit gemäß dem Vorschub des Schnittgutwagens abgestimmt sein muß. Man hat diesen händischen Antrieb durch einen Elektromotor servounterstützt oder zur Gänze durch einen Elektroantrieb ersetzt. Es ist bekannt, über eine Programmsteuerung gezielte Ablegepunkte längs der Fördervorrichtung anzufahren und so für jede Scheibe eine spezielle Abwurfposition durch den Schläger zu schaffen. Mit dieser Maschine können Aufschnitte in zwei Achsenrichtungen geschuppt abgelegt werden. Ein Meßsystem stellt bei einer weiteren Ausführungsform ein charakteristisches Maß des Schnittgutes (z. B. den Durchmesser) fest und legt mit diesem Maß die Programmierung der Variation des jeweiligen Ablegepunktes fest. Es können so flächendeckende Aufschnitte abgelegt werden. Bei allen Maschinen, die über eine Ablegeeinrichtung verfügen, hat man bereits zwei oder mehr Schnittgutstücke (z. B. zwei Wurstsorten A und B) nebeneinander auf dem Schnittgutwagen gelegt und bei jedem Schneidvorgang demnach zwei Scheiben abgeschnitten, die unmittelbar hintereinander von der Fördervorrichtung erfaßt werden und nebeneinander auf der Fördervorrichtung aufgespießt sind. Der die Fördervorrichtung hintergreifende Schläger wirft beide Scheiben zugleich ab, sodaß sich bei wiederholtem Schneiden auf dem Ablegetablett zwei Stapel von Schnittgut (A, B) nebeneinander bilden. Auf diese Weise werden etwa Würste zeitsparend vorgeschnitten. Zur Bereitung von Sandwiches ist es wünschenswert, mehrere Wurstsorten oder Wurst und Käse abwechselnd übereinander zu legen und so die jeweilige Füllung z. B. einer Semmel vorzubereiten. Erfindungsgemäß wird dies dadurch erreicht, daß die Finger des Schlägers nur eine der Zonen der Fördervorrichtung hintergreifen und daß eine Steuerung zum Einschalten des Schwenkantriebes des Schlägers, zum darauffolgenden Einschalten der Fördervorrichtung für eine Wegstrecke entsprechend dem Abstand der Zonen und sodann zum neuerlichen Einschalten des Schwenkantriebes des Schlägers vorgesehen ist. Wenn also eine Wurststange und eine Käsestange parallel nebeneinander auf den Schnittgutwagen aufgelegt und geschnitten werden, dann übernimmt die Fördervorrichtung zwei Scheiben, nämlich eine Wurstscheibe und eine Käsescheiben vom Messer. Die Fördervorrichtung führt diese nebeneinander, z. B. auf den Spitzen der Ketten des Kettenrahmens aufgespießt, bis in den Bereich über das Ablegetablett. Ein Schläger mit die Fördervorrichtung, nämlich die Ketten od. dgl. hintergreifenden Fingern ist so ausgebildet, daß die Finger nur die eine Zone der Fördervorrichtung hintergreifen, in der sich die erste der beiden herangeförderten Scheiben befindet. Der durch die Steuerung aktivierte umklappende Schläger zieht diese Scheibe (Wurstscheibe) von den Spitzen ab und wirft sie auf das Ablegetablett, auf dem allenfalls bereits eine Brotscheibe oder eine Hälfte einer Semmel aufgelegt sein kann. Sodann aktiviert die Steuerung den Antrieb der Fördervorrichtung und läßt die zweite Scheibe (Käsescheibe) aus der Wartestellung (zweite Zone) in die Abwurfstellung (erste Zone) vorrücken. Dann wird der Schläger neuerdings eingeschaltet. Er wirft die Käsescheibe exakt auf die Wurstscheibe. Ein neuer Steuerzyklus beginnt, sobald beim nächsten Schnitt die vorauslaufende Scheibe die Endlage auf der Fördervorrichtung (am Ende des Kettenrahmens) erreicht hat. Fig. 1 shows an oblique view of a slicing machine according to the invention and Fig. 2 is a schematic representation of the components essential to the invention in the plan.
Eine Aufschnittschneidemaschine umfaßt nach den Fig. 1 und 2 einen Schnittgutwagen 1, der im Beispiel eine Stange Wurst 2 und eine Stange Käse 3 trägt. Der Schnittgutwagen 1 ist längs eines rotierend angetriebenen Kreismessers 4 hin- und herbeweglich (Pfeil 5 in Fig. 2). Das geschnittene Gut wird hinter dem Kreismesser 4 von einer Fördervorrichtung 6 übernommen, die auf einem Kettenrahmen 7 auf Rollen gelagerte Förderketten 8 aufweist, die Spitzen 9 tragen. Von diesen Spitzen 9 wird das geschnittene Gut erfaßt (aufgespießt) und längs der Fördervorrichtung weitertransportiert. Ein Schläger 10 ist rechenförmig ausgebildet und umfaßt parallel zueinander angeordnete Finger 11, die die Förderketten 8 hintergreifen. Der Schläger ist um eine Achse 12 schwenkbar. Beim Schwenkvorgang zieht er das geschnittene Gut von den Spitzen 9 der Förderketten 8 ab und wirft das geschnittene Gut auf ein Ablegetablett 13.1 and 2, a
Wenn gemäß den Zeichnungen zwei Schnittgutstangen, nämlich Wurst 2 und Käse 3 nebeneinander auf den Schnittgutwagen 1 gelegt werden, dann werden bei einem Schneidvorgang zwei Scheiben, nämlich eine Wurstscheibe 14 und eine Käsescheibe 15 abgeschnitten und von der Fördervorrichtung 6 erfaßt und in die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Position gebracht. Dort kommt die Fördervorrichtung 6 zum Stillstand. Die Finger 11 des Schlägers 10 sind im Ausführungsbeispiel gegenüber herkömmlichen Aufschnittschneidemaschinen verkürzt bzw. hintergreifen die Fördervorrichtung 6 nur über einen Teil des Förderweges. Die Länge der Finger 11 entspricht im Ausführungsbeispiel der Breite der ersten Zone. Nur die erste Zone wird hintergriffen. Wenn der Schläger 10 umklappt, dann wird nur die Wurstscheibe 14 auf das Ablegetablett 13 geworfen. Eine Steuerung 16 schaltet den Antrieb 17 (Fig. 2) der Fördervorrichtung 6 beim Vorschub des Schnittgutwagens 1 synchron zu dessen Hub ein (Pfeile 18). Ein Wegmeßsystem erkennt das Erreichen der in Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellten vorbestimmbaren und gegebenenfalls variablen Endlage der Schnittgutscheiben auf der Fördervorrichtung 6 (Pfeil 19). Sobald diese Information bei der Steuerung 16 einlangt, wird der Antrieb 17 abgeschaltet oder ausgekuppelt und der Schlägerantrieb 20 aktiviert. Der Schläger 10 wirft, wie beschrieben, die Wurstscheibe 14 auf das Ablegetablett. Sodann schaltet die Steuerung 16 den Antrieb 17 nochmals kurz ein, wodurch die zweite Scheibe, nämlich die Käsescheibe 15 aus der zweiten Zone, die die Wartestellung repräsentiert, in die erste Zone und damit in die Abwurfposition gelangt. Der Antrieb 17 schaltet ab und der Schlägerantireb 20 wird neuerlich aktiviert. Dadurch wird die Käsescheibe 15′ genau auf die Wurstscheiben14′ gelegt. Dieser Vorang wird bei jedem Schneidevorgang wiederholt. Wird die zweite Scheibe aus der zweiten Zone (Wartestellung) nicht genau auf den Ablegepunkt der ersten Scheibe gefördert, also der Ablegepunkt von einem Ablegevorgang zum anderen Ablebevorgang variiert (z. B. durch ein Programm in der Steuerung 16), dann ergibt sich kein Stapel mit wechselndem Schnittgut, sondern ein überlappend geschuppter Aufschnitt. Claims (4)
- A slicing machine for food products, such as meat products (2), cheese (3), or alike, with a material feed carriage (1), which is mounted for manual or electrically driven advance movements along a rotating circular cutting blade (4), with a discharge device, which comprises a conveying device (6), such as for example a swivelling rack or a chain frame (7) with rotating or reversibly driven chains (8) that are provided with spikes (9) and move the cut slices (14, 15), beginning at the circular blade (4), over a discharge tray (13), and with a striker (10) that can be swivelled against the discharge tray (13), the fingers (11) of which reach behind the conveying device (6) in a comb-like fashion, with the conveying device (6) consisting of a minimum of two areas that take up a minimum of two cut slices (14, 1 5) that can be moved simultaneously after having been cut off simultaneously from a minimum of two units of slicing material (2, 3) in one cutting operation, characterized in that the fingers (11) of the striker (10) only reach behind one of the areas of the conveying device (6), and that a control (16) is provided, which switches on the swivelling drive (20) of the striker (10), then switches on the conveying device (6), which travels a distance that corresponds to the distance between the areas, and then switches on again the swivelling drive (20) of the striker (10).

- A slicing machine according to one of the Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that a second striker is provided, which is positioned in congruence with the first striker (10) and has fingers that correspond in their length essentially to the width of the conveying device (6).
