Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Gießen eines Metalles in eine Form, wobei diese Vorrichtung ein zwischen dem Auslauf (1) aus dem Gießgefäß und dem Eintritt in die besagte Form angeordnetes, senkrechtes Rohr (2, 3) sowie ein im wesentlichen am Eingang des besagten senkrechten Rohres (2, 3) angeordnetes Verteilerorgan (4) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit Mitteln (11, 17, 18) zum senkrechten Verstellen des besagten Verteilerorgans (4) zwischen einer oberen Stellung, bei welcher das besagte Verteilerorgan (4) den besagten Auslauf (1) des Gießgefäßes schließt, und einer unteren Stellung, bei welcher das besagte Verteilerorgan (4) einen maximalen Durchgangsquerschnitt für das besagte Metall öffnet, ausgestattet ist .
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das besagte Verteilerorgan starr an dem besagten senkrechten Rohr (2) befestigt ist und daß Mittel zum senkrechten Verstellen, zwischen besagter oberer Stellung und besagter unterer Stellung, einer Einheit welche das besagte vertikale Rohr (2, 3), eine eventuelle untere Verlängerung (5) des letzteren sowie das besagte Verteilerorgan (4) umfaßt, vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagten zum Verstellen dienenden Mittel elastische Systeme (11) aufweisen, welche auf einer ortsfesten Basis (10) aufliegen und welche das besagte Verteilerorgan (4), beziehungsweise die besagte Einheit (2, 3, 4, 5) auf elastische Art und Weise abstützen, sowie Mechanismen (17, 18) zur Steuerung der Höhenstellung der besagten elastischen Systeme (11).
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagten elastischen Systeme (11) aus zylindrischen Schraubenfedern (16) bestehen, welche senkrecht angeordnet sind, sich mit dem einen Ende auf der besagten ortsfesten Basis (10) aufstützen und mit ihrem anderen Ende an der besagten Einheit (2, 3, 4, 5) befestigte Hülsen (12) tragen.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagten Steuermechanismen aus Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten bestehen, wie etwa Hubspindeln, welche über den zugehörigen besagten elastischen Systemen (11) angeordnet sind, und daß die Kolben (18) der besagten Steuermechanismen die Hülsen (12) der elastischen Systeme (11), denen sie jeweils gegenüberstehen, senkrecht verstellen können.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel (19) umfaßt zum Artikulieren der einen Seite der Basis (10) gegenüber einer horizontalen Platte (7), welche am unteren Teil eines Zwischen-Gefäßes befestigt ist, sowie Hilfsmittel (20) zum Verriegeln einer anderen Seite der besagten Basis (10) mit einem anderen Teil der Platte (7).
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Platte (7) die besagten Mechanismen (17, 18) zur Steuerung der Höhenstellung der elastischen Systeme (11) trägt.
- Verfahren zum Gießen eines Metalles in eine Form unter Zuhilfenahme einer Vorrichtung mit einem senkrechten Rohr (2, 3), welches zwischen dem Auslauf (1) aus einem Gießgefäß und dem Eintritt in die besagte Form angeordnet ist, sowie mit einem Verteilerorgan (4), welches im wesentlichen am Eingang des besagten senkrechten Rohres (2, 3) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man das besagte Verteilerorgan (4) senkrecht gegenüber dem Auslauf (1) des Gießgefäßes verstellt, dies zwischen einer oberen Stellung, bei welcher das besagte Verteilerorgan (4) den besagten Auslauf (1) des Gießgefäßes (1) schließt, und einer unteren Stellung, bei welcher das besagte Verteilerorgan (4) einen maximalen Durchgangsquerschnitt für das besagte Metall öffnet.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man das senkrechte Verstellen des besagten Verteilerorgans (4) dadurch hervorruft, daß man die Höhenstellung der elastischen Systeme (11), mit deren Hilfe das besagte Verteilerorgan (4) sich auf einer ortsfesten Basis (10) aufstützt, variieren läßt.
