Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Adapter für Stromschienen nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to an adapter for busbars according to the preamble of claim 1.

Bei einem bekannten Adapter dieser Art sind die beiden Schenkel über eine Schwenkachse miteinander verbunden. Die Schenkel werden unter Federkraft gegeneinandergedrückt, ähnlich wie dies bei Wäschefederklammern der Fall ist. Die Kontakte liegen unter Federvorspannung an den Stromleitern der umgriffenen Stromschiene an. Ein wesentlicher Nachteil dieses bekannten Adapters liegt darin, daß er nicht gegen ein unbeabsichtigtes Abstreifen gesichert ist. Die Fixierung erfolgt ausschließlich über Federkraft. Außerdem erweist es sich als nachteilig, daß die elektrischen Kontakte gleichzeitig die mechanischen Halteelemente des Adapters darstellen.In a known adapter of this type, the two legs are connected to one another via a pivot axis. Aus der in Figur 2 dargestellten, auseinandergefahrenen Lage können die Schenkel 1 und 5 in die in Figur 1 dargestellte Anlageposition und Verriegelungsposition verfahren werden. In der Anlage- und Verriegelungsposition liegen die elektrischen Kontakte 2, welche in beiden Schenkeln 1 und 5 und auf gleicher Höhe angeordnet sind, an den Stromleitern 21a und 22a der Stromschiene 20 an. Die Stromleiter sind in Aufnahmenuten 21 und 22 angeordnet. In die Aufnahmenuten 21 und 22 greifen die an beiden Stirnseiten in beiden Schenkeln vorgesehenen Haltenasen 3 und 4 ein. In dieser Eingriffsposition, in der auch die Kontakte an den elektrischen Leitern anliegen, wird der Adapter mit Hilfe eines Arretierhebels 6 gesichert:
Ein Zugbolzen 11 besitzt einen Kopf 11a, der fest mit dem Schenkel 1 verbunden ist. Der Zugbolzen 11 durchsetzt das Basisteil 12 und ist in einer Durchgangsbohrung frei querverschieblich bewegbar. Am dem Kopf 11a gegenüberliegenden Ende ist auf dem Zugbolzen 11 ein als Winkelhebel ausgebildeter Arretierhebel 6 schwenkbar um eine Achse 18 gelagert. Die Achse 18 wird von einem Spannstift gebildet, der den doppelt, also auf Unterseite und Oberseite des Schaftes des Zugbolzens vorgesehenen Winkelschenkel 6b durchsetzt und in einer Querbohrung des Schaftes des Zugbolzens 11 gelagert ist. Der Arretierhebel 6 besitzt außer dem doppelt vorgesehenen Winkelschenkel 6b einen äußeren Winkelschenkel 6a, der zur Betätigung dient. Bei einem Verschwenken des Winkelhebels 6 aus der in Figur 2 dargestellten Position in die Position gemäß Figur 1, also in die Arretierposition, läuft der Winkelschenkel 6b an einer exzentrisch zur Schwenkachse 18 verlaufenden Gleitfläche 19 des Schenkels 5 ab. Hierdurch werden die beiden Schenkel 1 und 5 mittels des Zugbolzens 11 unter Überwindung der Kraft der Federn 17 bis in die in Figur 1 dargestellte Lage gezogen.

Adapter für Stromschienen, dessen Gehäuse zwei seitliche Schenkel aufweist, die elektrische Kontakte tragen und auseinander sowie in Richtung aufeinander zu und zur Anlage an die Stromleiter einer zwischen den Schenkeln anzuordnenden Stromschiene bewegbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mindestens ein Schenkel (1; 2) gradlinig bewegbar ausgebildet und in der Anlageposition der elektrischen Kontakte (2) an den Stromleitern (20a; 21a) der Stromschiene (20) und bei Eingriff von Halteelementen (3; 4) in Ausnehmungen (21; 22) der Stromschiene (20) arretierbar ist.
