Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Anleger für Bogen in einer bogenverarbeitenden Maschine, insbesondere einer Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine, der die Gattungsmerkmale nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1 aufweist.The invention relates to a feeder for sheets in a sheet-processing machine, in particular a sheet-fed rotary printing press, which has the generic features according to the preamble of claim 1.
Ein solcher Anleger ist aus der DE-OS 36 09 550 bekannt. Blasdüsen zur Vorlockerung sind bei dieser Anordnung in einer Reihe verstellbar nebeneinander angeordnet und in Höhe der oberen Bogen im Bogenstapel auf die Bogenhinterkante gerichtet und ständig mit Blasluft aus einer zentralen Blasluftquelle beaufschlagt. Die Zufuhr zu weiteren, gegenüber den ersteren unterschiedlich gestalteten Blasdüsen ist im Arbeitstakt des Anlegers regulierbar, um eine Art Luftpolster aus Tragluft für den oberen, durch Trennsauger abgehobenen Bogen zu bilden. Die Anpassung an unterschiedliches Bogenmaterial, insbesondere an unterschiedliche Papierqualitäten, erfolgt durch Einstellung der Höhe und der Wirkungsrichtung der Düsen, des Luftstromes und durch entsprechende Auswahl der Düsenformen. Trotz solcher Maßnahmen kommt es vor allem bei steigenden Maschinengeschwindigkeiten vor, daß die Bogen im Bogenstapel sich an der Hinterkante und/oder an der Vorderkante nicht voneinander lösen und Bogen von den Fördermitteln, die ihn in den Anleger transportieren, nicht einwandfrei erfaßt werden, oder Mehrfachbogen in den Anleger gelangen und einen Maschinenstop auslösen. Insbesondere schwere Papiere, zum Beispiel Karton, neigen zu Wellenbildungen, worunter die dichte Anlage des abzuhebenden Bogens am Trennsauger leidet, aber auch bei dünnen, festsitzenden Papiersorten sind der Betriebssicherheit der Anlegerfunktion Grenzen gesetzt. Der oberste, an seiner Hinterkante angehobene Bogen wird nicht weit genug mit Tragluft unterblasen, so daß sein Transport nicht sichergestellt ist.Such an investor is known from DE-OS 36 09 550. Unter diesen angehobenen Bogen wird Tragluft mit erhöhtem Druck aus der separaten Blasluftquelle im Arbeitstakt der Maschine geblasen, damit die Trennung dieses Bogens von dem darunterliegenden Bogen bis hin zur Bogenvorderkante mit einer wesentlich verbesserten Betriebssicherheit als bisher erfolgt. Das dabei aufgebaute Luftkissen kann individuell an die Erfordernisse in Abhängigkeit von dem Bogenmaterial und der Maschinengeschwindigkeit definiert und somit optimaler gestaltet werden als bisher. Insbesondere ermöglicht diese separate Blasluftversorgung für das Trennen und das Unterblasen des abgehobenen Bogens höhere Drücke, bei gegebenenfalls reduzierten Blaszeiten. Seitlich neben dem Bogenstapel sind im Bereich der oberen Bogen weitere Diagonalbläser 6 vorgesehen. Die Hinterkantenbläser 10 sowie die Diagonalbläser 6 werden im Schaltschema nach Fig. 1 über Zuleitungen 7 von einer Zentralluftversorgung 8 aus oder einer anderen Blasluftquelle permanent mit Blasluft versorgt. Für die Blasdüsen 9 im Tastfuß 3 (Fig. 3 und 4) sowie für zwei oder mehr seitlich daneben angeordnete und im Beispiel schräg nach außen gerichtete Tragluftbläser 11 und Lockerungsbläser 4 ist eine separate Blasluftversorgung mittels eines in der Leistung gegenüber dem Zentralaggregat beträchtlich verringerten Kompressors 12 vorgesehen, der gegenüber der Zentralluftversorgung 8 unabhängig mit einem erhöhten Druck wirksam und regelbar ist. Im Bedarfsfall können aber auch die Hinterkantenbläser 10 mit separater Blasluft beaufschlagt werden. Claims (4)
- Feeder for sheets in a sheet-processing machine, in which feeder blower nozzles for preliminary loosening of the top sheets of a sheet pile are directed at least onto the trailing edge of the top sheets in the sheet pile, and blower nozzles are provided which blow carrier air from the trailing edge of the sheet under the top sheet, which has been lifted from the sheet pile by means of a separating device, in the operating cycle of the feeder, characterised in that blower nozzles (9, 11) for carrier air can be charged with compressed air from a separate compressed-air source (12), which can be controlled independently of a central compressed-air supply (8) of the feeder, by a control valve (14), driven synchronously with the separating device, in the operating cycle of the feeder.
