Description

Blasdüsen zur Vorlockerung sind bei dieser Anordnung in einer Reihe verstellbar nebeneinander angeordnet und in Höhe der oberen Bogen im Bogenstapel auf die Bogenhinterkante gerichtet und ständig mit Blasluft aus einer zentralen Blasluftquelle beaufschlagt. Die Zufuhr zu weiteren, gegenüber den ersteren unterschiedlich gestalteten Blasdüsen ist im Arbeitstakt des Anlegers regulierbar, um eine Art Luftpolster aus Tragluft für den oberen, durch Trennsauger abgehobenen Bogen zu bilden. Die Anpassung an unterschiedliches Bogenmaterial, insbesondere an unterschiedliche Papierqualitäten, erfolgt durch Einstellung der Höhe und der Wirkungsrichtung der Düsen, des Luftstromes und durch entsprechende Auswahl der Düsenformen. Trotz solcher Maßnahmen kommt es vor allem bei steigenden Maschinengeschwindigkeiten vor, daß die Bogen im Bogenstapel sich an der Hinterkante und/oder an der Vorderkante nicht voneinander lösen und Bogen von den Fördermitteln, die ihn in den Anleger transportieren, nicht einwandfrei erfaßt werden, oder Mehrfachbogen in den Anleger gelangen und einen Maschinenstop auslösen. Insbesondere schwere Papiere, zum Beispiel Karton, neigen zu Wellenbildungen, worunter die dichte Anlage des abzuhebenden Bogens am Trennsauger leidet, aber auch bei dünnen, festsitzenden Papiersorten sind der Betriebssicherheit der Anlegerfunktion Grenzen gesetzt. Für die Blasdüsen 9 im Tastfuß 3 (Fig. 3 und 4) sowie für zwei oder mehr seitlich daneben angeordnete und im Beispiel schräg nach außen gerichtete Tragluftbläser 11 und Lockerungsbläser 4 ist eine separate Blasluftversorgung mittels eines in der Leistung gegenüber dem Zentralaggregat beträchtlich verringerten Kompressors 12 vorgesehen, der gegenüber der Zentralluftversorgung 8 unabhängig mit einem erhöhten Druck wirksam und regelbar ist. Im Bedarfsfall können aber auch die Hinterkantenbläser 10 mit separater Blasluft beaufschlagt werden. Claims (4)

  1.
