Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine magnetische Türdichtung mit den Merkmalen nach dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruchs.The invention relates to a magnetic door seal with the features according to the preamble of the main claim.
Magnetische Türdichtungen dieser Art haben zwei einander zugeordnete Magnetstäbe, einer davon im Türblatt eingebaut, der andere ortsfest eingebaut, derart, daß bei geschlossenem Türblatt einer davon durch die gegenseitige magnetische Anziehung wie ein Schieber herausgezogen wird, auf dem anderen Magnetstab aufsitzt, so daß der Spalt geschlossen wird. Bei einer bekannten Magnettürdichtung der vorgenannten Art (DE-PS 37 08 176) ist als lotrecht verschiebbares Dichtungselement ein bodenseitig von einem Halteprofil aufgenommene mehrfach alternierender Magnetstab vorgesehen, der bei Schließen der Tür von einem fest an der Türblattunterseite angebrachten gleichfalls mehrfach alternierenden Magnetstab angezogen wird, so daß dadurch der Türspalt geschlossen wird. Beim Öffnen der Tür ergibt sich durch eine deckungsgleiche Lage gleichmagnetisierter Pole eine Abstoßung und damit eine Öffnung des unteren Türspaltes. Der bewegliche Magnetstab bleibt durch sein Eigengewicht in der Halterung. Eine Rückführung des beweglichen Magnetstabs in die Halterung durch mechanische oder magnetische Kräfte ist dabei nicht vorgesehen. Außer dem bereits erwähnten Stand der Technik ist (FR-PS 1.526.154) eine magnetische Türdichtung für einen unteren Türspalt bekannt, bei der in einer Nut des Türblatts mehrere Zylinder aus einem elastischen magnetischen Werkstoff um eine horizontale Achse schwenkbar exzentrisch gelagert sind. Im Bereich des größeren Durchmessers ist jeder Zylinder magnetisiert. Beim Schließen der Tür wird der magnetische Bereich von einen bodenseitigen Magnetstreifen angezogen, so daß er dort aufsitzt, während beim Öffnen der Tür der magnetische Bereich des jeweiligen Zylinders durch einen seitlich an der Nutwand angebrachten Magnetstreifen angezogen wird, so daß der Bereich des größeren Durchmessers abgehoben wird, bei einer Schwenkung des Zylinders um etwa 90°. Wenn bei einer solchen Türdichtung der verschiebbare Magnetstab vorderseitig von dem nicht verschiebbaren Stab abgestoßen wird, dann wird rückseitig ein entgegengesetzt gerichtetes Magnetfeld wirksam, das eine Anziehung an einem in der Halterung gelagerten Stahlblechstreifens zur Folge hat, so daß dadurch der verschiebbare Magnetstab ständig und unabhängig von seinem Eigengewicht in seinem Führungsprofil gehalten wird. Eine Türdichtung nach der Erfindung kann, da unabhängig von ihrer räumlichen Lage, sowohl zur Abdichtung der bodenseitigen Türspalte, als auch der seitlichen und des oberen Türspaltes, also des Spaltes gegenüber der Türzarge eingesetzt werden. Dabei kann das Rinnenprofil mit dem verschiebbaren Magnetstab sowohl ortsfest also bodenseitig oder in der Türzarge als auch im Türblatt eingesetzt werden, bei einem entsprechenden Einbau des unverschiebbaren Stabes. Das Rinnenprofil zur Aufnahme des verschiebbaren Stabes wird nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung derartig profiliert, daß der verschiebbare Stab nach Art eines Kolbens durch seitliche angeformte Leisten geführt wird, wobei zwischen den hinteren Leisten und der Profildecke ein niedriger Raum entsteht, in den der Stahlblechstreifen eingeschoben werden kann. Das bewegliche Dichtungselement, welches die Abdichtung bewirkt, ist ein profilierter Magnetstab 20 aus einem nicht harten, also etwas weichen magnetisierten Werkstoff. Sein Querschnitt ist im Prinzip rechteckig mit einem breiteren Vorderteil 21, einem schmaleren Mittelteil 22 und einem wiederum schmaleren hinteren Teil 23. Zwischen diesem hinteren Teil und dem Mittelteil sind seitliche Leisten 24 angeformt, von gleicher Breite wie das Vorderteil 21. Die linke Hälfte, zur Türöffnungsseite 2 gerichtet, ist der Südpolbereich 20a, die rechte Hälfte der Nordpolbereich 20b. Der Magnetstab 20 wird von einem im Türblatt eingenuteten Rinnenprofil 25 derart aufgenommen, daß er ein Stück nach unten verschiebbar ist. Bei dieser Bewegung ist der Magnetstab durch seine Leisten 24 und durch den Vorderteil 21 an den Seitenwänden des Rinnenprofils nach Art eines Kolbens geführt. In dem Raum zwischen den hinteren Leisten 26 und der Bodenfläche des Rinnenprofils ist ein Stahlblechstreifen 28 eingeschoben. An diesem liegt das hintere Teil 23 des Magnetstabes, wie dargestellt, magnetisch an, so daß er sich nahezu vollständig im Rinnenprofil befindet, wobei die frontale Fläche des Vorderteils 21 im wesentlichen bündig mit der unteren Türblattfläche liegt. Das rechteckige unten offene Rinnenprofil 25 ist in der Nähe des Türanschlags 4 im Türblatt 1 eingenutet.The
Dem Magnetstab 20 ist ein flacher Magnetstab 14, bodenseitig, zugeordnet, der eine umgekehrte Polarisierung hat, d. h., daß der Südpolbereich 14b an der Anschlagseite, der Nordpolbereich 14a an der Öffnungsseite des Türflügels liegt. Der flache Magnetstab 14 wird von einem Schwellenprofil 10 aufgenommen, das bodenseitig aufsitzt, wobei der rechteckige Mittelteil des Schwellenprofils, in dem der Magnetstab 14 eingeklipst ist, sich durch seitliche gewölbte Flansche 12 fortsetzt, die gleichfalls bis zum Fußboden reichen. Das Schwellenprofil ist durch Schrauben am Fußboden befestigt. An einer Seite des Rechteckraumes des Schwellenprofils ist ein Absatz 11 geformt, wo der Magnetstab 14 aufsitzt, wobei dieser auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite zum Höhenausgleich einen vorspringenden Absatz hat. Durch diese asymmetrische Anordnung ist gewährleistet, daß der Magnetstab in der richtigen Polanordnung in das Schwellenprofil eingesetzt werden kann. In der eingesetzten Lage wird er durch die Ränder an der Schwelle etwas vorspringend gehalten.A flat
Wenn die Tür geschlossen ist und die Stellung nach Fig. 2 erreicht hat, dann stehen sich die entgegengesetzten Pole des bodenseitigen Magnetstabes 14 und des türblattseitigen Magnetstabes 20 einander gegenüber und entwickeln eine derart große Anziehungskraft, so daß die nach hinten gerichtete Anziehungskraft überwunden und der Magnetstab 20 herausgezogen wird, bis zum Aufsitzen auf dem bodenseitigen Magnetstab 14, eine Stellung die Fig. 2 zeigt. Der untere Türspalt ist dabei abgedichtet. Wird aus der Stellung nach Fig. 2 heraus die Tür geöffnet, dann gelangt der Nordpol des oberen Magnetstabes 20 über den Nordpol des unteren Magnetstabes, so daß jener zurückgestoßen wird in das Rinnenprofil, wo er beim weiteren Öffnen durch die nach hinten gerichtete magnetische Anziehungskraft am Stahlblechstreifen gehalten wird.When the door is closed and has reached the position shown in FIG. 2, then the opposite poles of the bottom-side
