Claims (13)

  1. Apparat zur automatischen Beschickung einer Presse mit Blechrohlingen, derjenigen Gattung, die bestimmt ist, an der Presse befestigt zu werden und Mittel (8) umfasst, die fähig sind, ein auf einem Bereitschaftsträger (9) gestelltes Blech (TO) zu ergreifen und dieses Blech dann in die Presse (PR) einzuführen, wobei der besagte Apparat ausserdem wenigstens einen Schlitten (6) aufweist, der mit wenigstens einem System (7) zum Entstapeln von Blechen versehen ist, das den besagten Träger (9) in mit der Einführung der Bleche (TO) in die Presse (PR) durch den besagten Schlitten koordinierter und synchroner Weise speist, welcher Schlitten bewegbar gemäss einer hin-und-her gehenden Bewegung an einem Rahmen (1) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (6) mit Mitteln (8) zum Ergreifen eines Bleches versehen ist und der Bereitschaftträger (9) in bewegbarer und einziehbarer Weise an dem Rahmen (1) befestigt ist, damit in der oberen Stellung des Bereitschaftträgers (9), die besagten Greifermittel (8) ein auf dem besagten Träger ruhendes Blech (TO) im Fluge ergreifen können, um es in die Presse (PR) einzuführen und damit in der niedrigen Stellung des Bereitschaftträgers (9), der Schlitten (6) zurückfahren kann ohne mit einem auf den besagten Träger durch das Entstapelungssystem (7) vorher abgelegten Blech zu interferieren.
  2. Apparat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereitschaftträger (9) mit einem an einem am Rahmen (1) des Apparats befestigten Halter (41) angeordneten verformbaren Rahmen (40) fest verbunden ist.
  3. Apparat nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorgenannte verformbare Rahmen (40) etwa eine mittels eines an dem vorgenannten Halter (41) angeordneten Kraftzylinders (43) verformbare Parallelführung bildet.
  4. Apparat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vorgenannte Entstapelungssystem (7) Sauggriffnäpfe oder andere ähnliche Mittel (14) aufweist, die mit einer an einem Gestell (17) senkrecht bewegbar angeordneten Halterung (16) fest verbunden sind, welche Halterung durch einen an dem besagten Gestell befestigten Kraftzylinder (18a) betätigbar ist, welches seinerseits in einer gegebenenfalls einstellbarer Weise an dem Schlitten (6) befestigt ist.
  5. Apparat nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorgenannte Schlitten (6) gemäss einer hin-und-her gehenden Translationsbewegung auf einer mit dem Rahmen (1) fest verbundenen Führungsschiene (10) mittels eines an dem Rahmen (1) angeordneten Indexierer-Schwingers (11) angetrieben wird, der einen mit dem besagten Schlitten in gelenkiger Weise verbundenen Arm (12) aufweist und dessen Bewegungsgesetz an den Zyklus der Presse angepasst ist.
  6. Apparat nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (8) zum Ergreifen eines Bleches auf dem Bereitschaftträger (9) durch an einem (23) der Enden des Schlittens (6) angeordnete und durch eine durch nockenförmige Mittel (20) unter der Wirkung der Verschiebung des Schlittens in Bezug auf den Rahmen (1) betätigbare Stange oder dergleichen (T) gesteuerte Zangen (P) gebildet werden.
  7. Apparat gemäss Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nockenförmigen Mittel (20) durch ein schwenkbar (26) an dem Schlitten (6) angeordnetes etwa L-förmiges Stück (25) gebildet werden, dessen einer (27) der Schenkel einen Finger, eine Rolle oder dergleichen (28), der bzw. die in einer Nut oder einem Nockenweg (29), die bzw. der in einem an dem Rahmen (1) befestigten Teil (30) gebildet ist, eingeführt ist und dessen anderer Schenkel (32) an einem der Enden der vorgenannten Stange (P) angelenkt (33) ist.
  8. Apparat nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das andere Ende der Stange (T) mit zwei Trägern (22) in gelenkiger Weise verbunden ist, die jeweils einander gegenüberliegende Zangenarme (21) tragen und die an einem an dem Schlitten (6) einstellbar angeordneten Zwischenstück (23) drehbar angeordnet sind.
  9. Apparat nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannten Zangenarme (21) an den beiden durch die Stange (T) gesteuerten Trägern (22) einstellbar angeordnet sind, um das Einstellen ihres Abstandes zu gestatten.
  10. Apparat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der vorgenannten Stange (T) mittels einer Kupplung (35) einstellbar ist, welche durch eine an dem L-förmigen Stück (25) angelenkte Hülse (39) gebildet wird, in welcher die besagte Stange durch eine an der besagten Hülse angeordneten Buchse (36) und durch eine mit dieser Buchse und der Stange zusammenwirkende Mutter (37) teleskopisch angeordnet ist, welche Mutter eine mit Innengewinde versehene Oeffnung (38) mit einem grösseren Durchmesser als derjenige der Stange (T) besitzt und fähig ist, sich von der Stange nach Entriegelung und Verschiebung der Buchse (36) in Bezug auf die besagte Hülse (39) zu lösen, wobei die besagte Stange mit einem Gewinde wenigstens im Bereich der Kupplung (35) versehen ist.
  11. Apparat nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorgenannte Rahmen (1) an einem Träger (3), der selber an der Presse (PR) befestigt ist, senkrecht gleitbar und einstellbar angeordnet ist.
  12. Apparat nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorgenannter Rahmen (1) in Bezug auf den Träger (3) mittels eines eine Kugelschraubenspindel (28) antreibenden und eine Scheibenbremse (49) aufweisenden Vorgelegemotor- Drehzalmindergetriebe-Aggregates (47) verschiebbar ist.
  13. Apparat nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (1) in einer bestimmten Stellung an dem vorgenannten Träger (3) mittels elastischen Armen (50) gehalten wird, welche an dem Träger (3) angelenkte und jeweils durch Nocken, Exzenter oder dergleichen (52) gesteuerte Hebel bilden, die durch an dem besagten Träger gelenkig angeordnete Kraftzylinder (53) betätigt werden.
