Abstract
Zur Entfernung von Öl aus ölhaltigem, nassem Walzenzunder, Walzenzunderschlamm und ähnlichen Stoffen ist vorgesehen, diese Stoffe in einem Durchlaufofen (12) in Verbindung mit einer Eisenerzsinteranlage zu behandeln. For removing oil from oily, wet Rolling scale, rolling mill sludge and similar substances it is planned to put these substances in a continuous furnace (12) in connection with an iron ore sintering plant to treat.
Heiße Kühlerabluft aus dem Sinterkühler (5) fließt im Gegenstrom zu Walzenzunder durch den Durchlaufofen (12). Dabei wird der Zunder getrocknet, und ein Teil des Öls verbrennt. Die Kühlerabluft wird dann mit den flüchtigen Ölen in dem Zündofen (3) der Sintermaschine (1) als Verbrennungsluft eingeleitet, wo die restlichen Öle verbrennen. Hierdurch wird vermieden, daß unverbrannte Öle sich in dem Elektrofilter (8) absetzen.
