Andererseits kann der Durchmesser der Glasstege 16c, 16d so dimensioniert sein, daß er deutlich kleiner als die Steigung des Leuchtkörpers 17b ist und folglich jeder Glassteg 16c, 16d sich in die von einer Einzelwindung gebildete "Kuhle" einpassen läßt. Claims (14)

  1. Halogen lamp (1), pinched at two ends, for operating from mains voltage, comprising
    - a hermetically sealed tubular bulb (2) made from transparent material, which defines a lamp axis,
    - a filling of inert gas and a halogen-containing admixture,
    - an axially arranged luminous element having two ends (7), and
    - a power supply system which is connected to the two ends of the luminous element,
    characterized in that the luminous element is held exclusively by one or more webs which are formed from the material of the bulb and respectively extend between two points on the bulb wall, the webs being arranged essentially transverse to the lamp axis.
  2. Halogen lamp according to Claim 1, characterized in that the webs (9) extend transverse to the lamp axis and touch the lamp axis.
  3. Halogen lamp according to Claim 1, characterized in that the webs (16) are arranged transverse to the lamp axis and are arranged alternately on one side (16a, c) and the other side (16b, d) of the lamp axis, with the result that the luminous element (17a, b) is mechanically held by the webs (16).
  4. Halogen lamp according to Claim 1, characterized in that the webs (9) lie in a plane.
  5. Halogen lamp according to Claim 1, characterized in that the webs (9a, b) lie alternately in two planes which are at right angles to one another and touch the lamp axis.
  6. Halogen lamp according to Claim 1, characterized in that the luminous element (6; 6′) is pinched into the web (9).
  7. Halogen lamp according to Claim 1, characterized in that the webs (9; 14; 15; 17) are of tubular shape.
  8. Halogen lamp according to Claim 7, characterized in that the webs widen in the shape of a funnel or a bubble towards the bulb outer wall.
  9. Halogen lamp according to Claim 1, characterized in that the luminous element (6; 17) is continuously spiralled.
  10. Halogen lamp according to Claim 1, characterized in that the luminous element (6′) is subdivided into a plurality of sections (10′) which are separated by connecting parts (13), the sections being doubly spiralled and the connecting parts being singly spiralled or not being spiralled.
  11. Halogen lamp according to Claim 10, characterized in that the webs (9; 14) hold the luminous element (6′) in the region of the connecting parts (13).
  12. Halogen lamp according to Claim 1, characterized in that the luminous element is equipped at the points held by the webs with a core wire in order to achieve an improved cooling effect.
  13. Method for producing a halogen lamp according to Claim 1, characterized in that each web is formed by providing that after the insertion of the luminous element and the pinching of the bulb ends the lamp bulb is heated in a punctiform fashion using two burners situated opposite one another, and is pressed in using two rod-shaped plungers.
  14.
