Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zum Formen einer kreisförmigen Lippe (3) um eine Öffnung (2) einer Wand, insbesondere eines Ringes (1) großer Dicke, wobei die Dicke der Lippe relativ gering im Vergleich zu derjenigen der Wand ist, bei welchem Verfahren eine Kehle (4) um die Öffnung herum von der Seite gegenüber der herzustellenden Lippe ausgearbeitet und an das Metall, das deren Grundlage bildet, von der der Kehle gegenüberliegenden Seite axial gegen eine Matrize gepreßt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pressen mit Hilfe wenigstens einer Rolle (3) erfolgt. die drehbar auf einer Achse (32) angeordnet und in einer Kreisbewegung um die Achse (X-X) der Öffnung angetrieben ist, wobei der Winkel, den die Angriffsfläche der Rolle mit dieser Achse bildet, nach und nach im Laufe wenigstens eines Teils des Vorschubs der Rolle abnimmt.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verringerung des Winkels erhalten wird durch Reduzieren des Winkels (x), den die Achse (32) der Rolle mit der Achse (X-X) der Öffnung (2) bildet, und/oder durch ein konvexes Profil der Rolle.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß gleichzeitig mehrere Rollen (31) in Einsatz gebracht werden, die gleichmäßig um die Achse (X-X) der Öffnung (3) verteilt sind.
  4. Einrichtung zum Formen einer kreisförmigen Lippe (3) um eine Öffnung (2) einer Wand herum, insbesondere eines Ringes (1), mit großer Dicke, wobei die Dicke der Lippe relativ gering in bezug auf diejenige der Wand ist, welche Einrichtung umfaßt:
    - einen Rollenträger (28), der mit Mitteln (17 bis 19) zur Verschiebung entlang seiner Achse (Z-Z) ausgerüstet ist;
    - wenigstens eine Rolle (31), die drehbar in einer Achse (32) gelagert ist, die exzentrisch durch den Rollenträger getragen wird;
    - Mitteln (22,25) zum Antreiben der Rollen in einer Kreisbewegung um die Achse (Z-Z) des Rollenträgers;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung Mittel (27) zum Variieren der Neigung (x) der Achse (32) der Rolle in bezug auf die Achse (Z-Z) des Rollenträgers aufweist.
  5. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung im übrigen eine Stützmatrize (13) umfaßt, die in bezug auf den Rollenträger (28) angeordnet ist, wobei das Profil dieser Matrize dem äußeren Profil der herzustellenden Lippe (3) entspricht.
  6. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rolle (31) ein Tonnenprofil aufweist.
  7. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rolle ein konisches Profil aufweist.
  8. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rolle (31) lose auf ihrer Achse (32) angeordnet ist, wobei der Rollenträger (28) mit Mitteln (22,25) zum Antreiben zur Drehung um seine Achse (Z-Z) versehen ist.
  9. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Rollen (31) in gleichmäßigen Abständen um die Achse (Z-Z) des Rollenträgers (28) herum vorgesehen sind, wobei die Achsen (32) aller Rollen dieselbe Neigung (x) in bezug auf diese Achse aufweisen.
  10. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9 zur Herstellung eines Ringes (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung im übrigen Stützrollen (10) des Ringes mit seiner senkrechten Achse (X-X) umfaßt, welche Stützrollen auf einem Umfang (C) verteilt und radial zu diesem angeordnet sind.
