Abstract

The subject of the main application P 38 42 081.3 is a drill, especially for shot holes, with a hydraulically actuated intra-hole hammer arranged on the front end of the drill spindle. The drive (2) for the drill spindle exerts a to-and-fro oscillatory action upon it with an angle of oscillation of preferably 180 - 360°. The drill rods (7) are fitted with two longitudinal channels opening outwards to take hydraulic hoses (10, 11) for the supply and return of the pressure oil for the intra-hole hammer and a compressed air line. In addition there is a hose insertion and removal device (9) which is secured on the carriage slide (1) and connected directly or indirectly to the drive (2). In a further embodiment of the object as claimed in the main claim, especially as the torque of the oscillating drive may be transmitted to the drilling spindle without any special shaping of the rods forming the drilling spindle and/or without any additional clamping devices, the invention proposes that the flushing head (8), the hose insertion and removal device (9) and the drive member (6) of the oscillating drive (2) should form a drive unit pivoted on the carriage slide (1) and the flushing head (8) is pivoted in the drive unit around a spindle (15) running transversely to the longitudinal axis of the drilling rods (7) and has a recess (18) in its connecting region for the drilling rod ends (19) the shape of which is so matched to the insertion ends (19) of the drilling rods (7) that the torque is transmitted to the drill rods (7) by interlocking.

Description

The main patent EP-A-0365612 relates to a drilling device, in particular for blast hole drilling, with a mount for the feed and the pulling of the drill rod formed from individual drill rods, a feed system, and a drive for the drill rod that is pressurized with pressure, which is located on a mount on the mount movable carriage, and a arranged at the front end of the drill pipe, hydraulically loaded in-hole hammer, the drive for the drill pipe transmits a reciprocating swivel movement, preferably with a swivel angle of 180 - 360 degrees, and the Boring bars are equipped with two longitudinal channels open to the outside for receiving hydraulic hoses for the supply and return of the pressure oil for the in-hole hammer, as well as a blow air line in these, and a hose threading and unthreading device is provided on the slide the drive for d he drill pipe is attached and with its drive element is directly or indirectly coupled.

The drill according to the main patent are for torque transmission provide the boring bars with a profiling from the swivel drive onto the drill pipe, so that there is a positive connection and / or this takes place by frictional connection via a clamping device. The feed and the pull are carried out via the chain drive of the flushing head. As soon as the slide has reached its lower position and the flushing head has returned to its upper starting position, a new boring bar from a boring bar magazine can be inserted. The drilled drill pipe located in the borehole is held in a conventional manner by a holding head. Now the slide is moved back to its upper starting position via a special drive.

During this retraction of the slide, the hydraulic hoses are pressed into the longitudinal channels of the newly inserted boring bar via the threading elements of the hose threading and unthreading device, whereupon the newly inserted boring bar can be drilled out. When pulling the linkage, the procedure is reversed, with the hydraulic hoses then being pressed out of the boring bar to be removed by the unthreading members when the carriage is moved. When the boring bars are designed as hollow bars, the purge air is fed through them. However, if these are made of full material, the purge air for the in-hole hammer cannot pass through the inside of the Boring bars are blown so that they are equipped with existing blowing air lines.

The invention has for its object to improve the drill according to the main patent in such a way that the torque transmission of the swivel drive to the drill string can be transmitted without a special profile of the drill rods forming the drill string and / or without additional clamping devices.

According to the invention this is achieved in that the flushing head, the hose threading and unthreading device and the drive member of the swivel drive form a drive unit which is pivotably arranged on the carriage carriage and the flushing head in the drive unit is pivotable about an axis running transversely to the longitudinal axis of the boring bars is, the flushing head in its connection area for the boring bar ends has a recess which is adapted in shape to that of the insertion ends of the boring bars in such a way that the torque transmission for the boring bars takes place by positive locking. This configuration ensures that the flushing head not only executes the movement for the feed and the pulling of the drill pipe, as is conventional, but also transmits the pivoting movement of the swivel drive to the drill pipe by positive locking. The torque is transmitted through the conventional insertion ends of the boring bars, for example in a square or hexagonal shape, in cooperation with an appropriately designed recess in the lower region of the flushing head. In the uppermost position of the drive unit, the flushing head is pivoted into its working position for connection to the upper end of the projecting boring bar, after drilling the boring bar, the flushing head is pivoted sideways away from the axis of the drill pipe, so that the drive unit can move back unhindered while simultaneously threading the Hydraulic hoses can be made in the newly protruding boring bar.

In the recess of the flushing head there is a transverse bore for receiving the retaining bolts at the insertion ends of the boring bars, into which they snap under spring action. In order to facilitate the loosening of the retaining bolts, the bore for receiving the retaining bolts extends outwards, so that the retaining bolts can be pressed back against the action of their spring from the outside and the flushing head can be released. In order to be able to do this as simply as possible, the outwardly extending bore can merge into a section with an enlarged diameter.

The pivoting movement of the flushing head is advantageously carried out by means of a cylinder-piston unit that can be pressurized, which is included in the control of the entire work process of the drilling rig.

An embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing, and this shows a partially sectioned view of the swivel drive with flushing head and slide for the carriage of the drill.

For the sake of clarity, the drill device has not been shown, especially since this is a conventional technique.

Das Zahnritzel 4 des Getriebes 3 kämmt mit einem Zahnkranz 5, welcher sich an dem Antriebsglied 6 für das aus den einzelnen Bohrstangen 7 bestehende Bohrgestänge befindet.1 with the carriage is designated, which is movable on the carriage of the drilling device, not shown. The pressure medium-loaded drive 2, which is designed as a swivel motor with a gear 3, is fastened to the slide 1. The pinion 4 of the gear 3 meshes with a ring gear 5, which is located on the drive member 6 for the drill string consisting of the individual drill rods 7.

The drive member 6 forms with the flushing head 8 and the hose threading and unthreading device 9 a drive unit which is pivotably arranged on the carriage 1 of the mount of the drilling device, specifically about the longitudinal axis of the boring bars 7, which simultaneously represents the pivot axis.

The hose threading and unthreading device 9 has a threading element 12 and a threading element 13 for each hydraulic hose 10, 11.

The flushing head 8 can be pivoted in the drive unit about an axis 15 running transversely to the longitudinal axis of the boring bars 7, specifically by means of a cylinder-piston unit 16 pressurized with pressure medium.

The flushing head 8 has in its connection area for the boring bar ends 17 a recess 18 which is adapted in shape to that of the insertion ends 19 of the boring bars 7 in such a way that the torque transmission to the boring bars 7 takes place by positive locking. The insertion ends 19 can, for example, be designed to be square or hexagonal and correspondingly the recess 18 of the flushing head 8. However, it is also possible for the boring bars to be provided at their ends with mutually adapted shaped pieces for the rotationally fixed connection of the boring bars to one another and for the flush connection of the longitudinal channels thereof .

In the recess 18 of the flushing head 8 there is a bore 20 extending transversely to this for receiving the retaining bolts 21 at the insertion ends 19. The retaining bolts 21 are under the action of a spring and thus automatically engage the bore 20 a. The bore 20 extends outwards preferably over a section 22 with an enlarged diameter, so that a pushing back of the retaining bolts 21 of the insertion ends 19 of the drill rods 7 is possible for releasing the flushing head 8.

The effect of the device according to the invention is as follows:

In the position shown in the drawing, the flushing head 8 is placed with its recess 18 on the insertion end 19 of a boring bar 7 provided from a magazine (not shown further), the retaining bolt 21 of the insertion end 19 being engaged in the bore 20 of the flushing head 8. The flushing air is supplied to the flushing head 8 via the flushing agent hose 23. The drill pipe can now be drilled off, the feed being applied to the carriage 7 via the usual chain feed.
When the drilling of the above boring bar 7 has taken place, the drill pipe is held in a manner known per se by a holding head. Now the retaining bolt 21 is loosened, the carriage 1 is moved upwards and, after the insertion end 19 has been released, is pivoted into the pivoted-out position shown in dash-dotted lines by actuating the cylinder-piston unit 16.
By swiveling a new boring bar out of one Magazine shown further, the next boring bar 7 is placed in front and the boring bar end 17 of the drill rod is inserted into the boring bar end with the recess of the next above boring bar, the retaining bolt 21 engaging in a corresponding bore in the recess of the boring bar end, in the same way as in the bores 20 of the Flushing head 8. The boring bar 7, now connected to the drill pipe, is held over a locking lever of the boring bar magazine, so that the boring bar magazine can swing out and the drive unit can be moved back to its starting position, the hydraulic hoses 10, 11 being fed through the hose threading and unthreading device 9 ". be threaded ". In the uppermost position of the drive unit, the flushing head 8 is pivoted back into its working position shown in the drawing and connected to the boring bar end 19, so that the next boring bar 7 protruding can be drilled out in the same way.

The pulling of the drill pipe takes place in the reverse manner, in which case the hydraulic hoses 10, 11 are then pressed out of the drill rod 7 to be removed by the threading-out elements 13 when the drive unit is moved.
