Claims (3)

  1. Méthode pour le meulage d'un filet de vis intérieur au moyen d'une meule pour moulurer (2) fixée à une broche de meulage (1), le meulage étant effectué à une inclinaison de meulage de la broche porte-meule étant inférieure à l'inclinaison du filet de vis à meuler et une correction du profilé étant exécutée lors du taillage de la meule (3),
    caractérisée en ce que
    (a) la broche de meulage (1) avec la meule (2) est montée sur un dispositif pivotant, le mécanisme de réglage duquel est commandable pour la modification de la position de l'axe de la broche porte-meule par l'intermédiaire d'un programme de calculation déterminant l'inclinaison optimale du filet de vis et le profilé respectif de la meule,
    (b) le façonnage du profilé de la meule étant effectué par un rouleau de taillage universel restant en position invariable sous une course de mouvement déterminée par le programme de calculation de la broche porte-meule aussi horizontale au-dedans des axes X et Z de la machine, et
    (c) que le meulage du filet de vis intérieur est exécuté après avec l'inclinaison corrigée et la meule étant profilée correspondemment.
  2. Méthode pour le meulage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce qu'un porteur-broche (6) est logé est guidé dans un plan de trajectoire circulaire (7), le rayon (R) du plan de trajectoire circulaire (7) aussi bien que la position du plan de trajectoire circulaire correspondant à la distance du centre de meulage, le centre du plan de trajectoire circulaire coïncidant avec le centre de la meule.
  3. Méthode pour le meulage selon la revendication 1 et/ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce que le porteur-broche (6) est entrainé au moyen d'une broche filetée à billes (8) suspendue à la Cardan par l'intermédiaire d'un servomoteur (9).
