Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Verpackung aus biegsamem Flachmaterial für Produkte aus Cellulosestoffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Zunge in ein Blatt oder ein Band (1) des biegsamen Materials in regelmäßigen Abständen entsprechend im wesentlichen dem Umfang der zu umhüllenden Form und in einer bestimmten Position vorgeschnitten wird; das Blatt in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Symmetrieachse der Zunge und auf der Höhe einer durch den unteren Teil (103) der Zunge verlaufenden Linie (8) zweigeteilt wird; daß ein Streifen (7) eines Schmelzklebers in regelmäßigen Abständen umseitig auf das vorgeschnittene Ende (100) der Zunge aufgebracht wird; die Ränder (15, 16) der Trennung des Blattes übereinandergelegt werden; die Ränder der Trennung (15, 16) in übereinandergelagerten Weise an den nicht mit Schmelzklebstoff (7) versehenen Stellen zusammengeschweißt werden; die Schweißung (6) in regelmäßigen Abständen an den Stellen des die Zungen bildenden Vorschnittes unterbrochen wird; die Verpackung durch Wickeln um die Produkte und Falten der überstehenden Teile des Blattes gebildet wird.
  2. Verfahren zur Herstellung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Schritt des Vorschneidens der Rand (103) und die Ecke des Randes der Zunge vollständig geschnitten sind und beim Schritt des Ablegens von Schmelzkleber (7) das Band von Schmelzkleber (7) in einem bestimmten Abstand vom Rand (103) der Zunge abgelegt wird, der ausreichend ist, um einen anhebbaren Teil zu bilden, wobei er gegenüber dem überlagerten Teil (10B) bleibt.
  3. Verpackung aus einem biegsamen Blatt mit einer vorgeschnittenen Zunge, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwischen zwei Teilen der Verpackung eine kontinuierliche oder diskontinuierliche Schweißung aufweist, die um das zu verpackende Produkt herumverläuft, wobei diese Schweißung zumindest einmal durch die Zunge unterbrochen ist, wovon eine Zone in der Nachbarschaft des schmalsten Teils der Zunge vollständig geschnitten ist und eine Klebezone aufweist, die bestimmt ist, auf einen Teil der Verpackung geklebt zu werden, der unter diesem Rand der Zunge angeordnet ist.
  4. Verpackung gemäß dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorschnitt eine konvexe Form hat.
  5. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorschnitt eine trapezoidale Form hat.
  6. Verpackung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verpackung eine Vorderseite, eine Hinterseite, sowie seitliche, obere und untere Seiten aufweist.
  7. Verpackung gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Rotationsform hat und obere und untere Ränder aufweist.
  8. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch den Vorschnitt gebildete Zunge (100) auf der oberen oder unteren Seite angeordnet ist.
  9. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch Vorschneiden gebildete Zunge auf den Seiten angeordnet ist.
  10. Maschine zur Durchführung des Verfahrens zur Herstellung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Stanze zum Schneiden und Vorschneiden; ein Messer (2) zum Teilen; eine Vorrichtung zum Applizieren einer Klebstoffzone in regelmäßigen Intervallen korrespondierend zum Schnitt; eine Vorrichtung zum Überlagern der geschnittenen Ränder; eine Vorrichtung zum Auffinden des Schnittes und Unterbrechen der Schweißung auf dessen Niveau aufweist.
