Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Steuerung für einen Bootsantrieb mit einem Motor und einem Verstellpropeller, dessen Flügelsteigung mit Hilfe eines hydraulischen Stelltriebs verstellbar ist, wobei den Arbeitsräumen des Stelltriebes von einem Stellorgan betätigbare Ventile zugeordnet sind. Bei einer konstruktiv und schaltungstechnisch einfachen sowie leicht zu bedienenden Steuerung für einen Bootsantrieb mit Verstellpropeller, die auch gegen Fehlbedienungen gesichert ist, sind die Ventile als Magnetventile ausgebildet, denen jeweils ein vom Stellorgan betätigbares Zeitrelais vorgeschaltet ist, und weist der Motor einen Drehzahlmesser auf, der bei Überschreiten einer bestimmten Motordrehzahl das Zeitrelais des für die Vergrößerung der Flügelsteigung verantwortlichen Magnetventils betätigt.The invention relates to a control for a boat drive with a motor and an adjustable propeller, the pitch of which is adjustable with the aid of a hydraulic actuator, wherein the working spaces of the actuator are assigned valves which can be actuated by an actuator. Bei einem bekannten Bootsantrieb dieser Gattung (EP 01 54 954) ist das Stellorgan ein Stellhebel am Führerstand des Bootes, der den hydraulischen Stell­trieb bzw. dessen Ventile betätigt. Da Bootsantriebe mit einem Motor und Verstellpropeller empfindliche Systeme sind, deren schadensfreier Betrieb vom Boots­führer Erfahrung verlangt, ist nach einem noch nicht zum Stand der Technik gehörenden Vorschlag (DE 39 01 137) auch eine Regelung vorgeschlagen worden. Eine solche Regelung ist jedoch konstruktiv und schaltungstechnisch aufwendig sowie damit teuer. Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß die Ventile als Magnetventile ausgebildet sind, denen jeweils ein vom Stellorgan betätigbares Zeitrelais vorgeschaltet ist, und daß der Motor einen Drehzahlmesser aufweist, der bei Überschreiten einer bestimmten Motordrehzahl das Zeitrelais des für die Vergrößerung der Flügelsteigung verantwortlichen Magnetventils betätigt. Insbesondere soll der Drehzahlmesser bei Überschreiten der Höchst­drehzahl des Motor das Zeitrelais betätigen. Mit die­ser Steuerung kann der Bootsführer die Flügelsteigung des Verstellpropellers bei allen Betriebszuständen durch Betätigung des Stellorgans nach Wunsch verändern. Dabei genügt es, das Stellorgan, welches Taster oder einen Wippschalter aufweisen kann, kurz anzutippen, um die gewünschte Verstellung der Flügelsteigung im Sinne einer Vergrößerung oder einer Verkleinerung auszulösen. Eine Veränderung der Flügelsteigung um 1/2 bis 1° bei Betätigung des Stellorgans hat sich als zweckmäßig erwiesen. Der Motor 1 ist ein Verbrennungsmotor, der über eine Welle 3 den Verstellpropeller 2 antreibt. Der Verstellpropeller 2 besitzt einen darin integrier­ten hydraulischen Stelltrieb, der über eine nicht dar­gestellte Verstellmechanik die Propellerflügel 4 ver­stellt. Jedem Arbeitsraum des hydraulischen Stelltrie­bes ist jeweils ein Magnetventil 5 bzw. 6 zugeordnet, welches den Zufluß zum jeweiligen Arbeitsraum steuert. Steuerung für einen Bootsantrieb mit einem Motor und einem Verstellpropeller, dessen Flügelsteigung mit Hilfe eines hydraulischen Stelltriebes verstellbar ist, wobei den Arbeitsräumen des Stelltriebes von einem Stellorgan betätigbare Ventile zugeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ventile als Magnet­ventile (5, 6) ausgebildet sind, denen jeweils ein vom Stellorgan (9) betätigbares Zeitrelais (7, 8) vorge­schaltet ist, und daß der Motor (1) einen Drehzahlmes­ser (10) aufweist, der bei Überschreiten einer bestimm­ten Motordrehzahl das Zeitrelais (8) des für die Ver­größerung der Flügelsteigung verantwortlichen Magnet­ventils (6) betätigt.1.
