Description

Column-shaped training aid for monitoring and checking running or sprinting exercises in which a control device is to be contacted in order to generate an optical and / or acoustic signal.

From FR-A 2 561 937 a control device is known which essentially comprises a housing, a display element arranged thereon and an actuating element by means of which, when contacted, the display element arranged on the housing, for example in the form of an inflatable balloon or an acoustic signal, can be activated. This control device is designed for so-called chase games, in which the individual player (s) of a first group each carry a control device designed in such a way at a suitable body location that it can be actuated by an opponent by touch, so that the contacted opponent can be heard using acoustic signals or the visual display is recognizable and, depending on the rules of the game, has to drop out, for example.

From WO-A 87/01486 an exercise system is known which comprises a control device and a plurality of display devices connected to it by means of cables, each individual display device being provided with a light source which can be activated by the control device and with an associated switch by means of which the individual light source can be switched off and at the same time the light source of a next display device can be activated.

For training short-distance runs, sprints or the like, it is generally known to set up so-called standing pillars at intervals and variable formations, with the individual exercise participants having to approach and contact the standing pillars in the shortest possible time to train the running disciplines. With this known training method, however, there is often the problem of checking and monitoring whether the individual pedestals have actually been contacted, which often leads to undesirable discussions, and the discussions arise in particular when the results determined in this way serve as a basis for decisions about participating in championship competitions or even participating in Olympiads be used.

The invention has for its object to provide a training aid device which can be set up at any intervals and formations and which ensures clear optical and / or acoustic signaling of the device contacted by the exercise participant with the simplest possible structural means and without additional, externally arranged control elements.

The invention solves this problem by means of a first tubular body which can be inserted into a base and a second tubular body which can be inserted therein, the second tubular body being provided at its upper free end with a head piece designed as a light source and in its interior has an acoustic signal transmitter, a battery and a contact device connected thereto, by means of which the light source and / or the signal transmitter can be activated when an actuating lever arranged laterally on the second tubular body is actuated or when the head piece arranged at the free end of the second tubular body is actuated.
