Abstract
Description
It is known that for the cladding of facades, especially in office buildings, modern architecture uses transparent panels suitably fixed on a practically invisible framework, said panels comprising two glazing units mounted in leaktight manner on a peripheral frame.
This type of panel refers to the present invention, which aims to provide said panels with a motorized screen device directly incorporated inside the sealed intermediate space formed between the two panes.
Document DE-A-2 314 013 (LUNDBERG) shows a panel of this kind between the two panes of which a flexible screen moves vertically, the upper transverse edge of which is made integral with a winding bar driven in both directions of rotation by a mechanism comprising an electric motor associated with limit switches and a change-over switch. The aforementioned bar is housed inside a fixed casing or cradle which is cut out from a longitudinal slot for the passage of the screen, the lower transverse edge of which is provided with an inertia bar, which controls the ends race. The motor is mounted in the axial extension of the winding bar, inside a housing which projects laterally on the outside of the frame which holds the two glazing units.
Par suite de sa position, le moteur est bien accessible, mais la saillie qu'il détermine latéralement sur le châssis gêne l'implantation du panneau dans l'ossature destinée au montage de celui-ci.Due to its position, the motor is easily accessible, but the projection which it determines laterally on the chassis hinders the installation of the panel in the framework intended for mounting it.
Le panneau isolant à double vitrage suivant l'invention est défini à la revendication 1.The double-glazed insulating panel according to the invention is defined in
The appended drawing, given by way of example, will allow a better understanding of the invention, the characteristics which it presents and the advantages which it is capable of providing:
Fig. 1 is a schematic vertical section of the upper part of a panel established in accordance with the present invention.
Fig. 2 is a horizontal section of detail on a larger scale, along the plane indicated in II-II in FIG. 1.
Fig. 3 illustrates in perspective the arrangement of the cradle and its fixing inside the panel.
Fig. 4 shows in perspective, in a separate state, the elements which contribute to closing the opening made laterally in the chassis for mounting the motor mechanism of the screen device.
In the manner known per se, the insulating panel considered in fig 1 and 2 comprises two transparent walls or
During the construction of the panel, it was made to comprise a
For passage of the
To avoid any untimely axial displacement of this
It will be observed that the
We easily understand the advantages of the structure which has just been exposed. The insulating panel obtained is thus equipped with a motorized screen device which is incorporated into said panel and which is capable of being operated using a reversing switch of conventional type, it being however noted that in the case considered , it must be possible to adjust the limit switches of the screen using the above-mentioned reversing switch. In the event of damage, the motor mechanism 10-11 can be replaced by means of extraction of the
