Claims (5)

  1. Material, das aus vorher mit einem thermoplastischen Harz versehenen Fäden hergestellt wurde, in dem die Fäden in Form eines dicken Gewebes (1) angeordnet sind, das mehrere Reihen Kettfäden (2) umfaßt, die parallel zueinander verlaufen und vertikal unter Bildung einer sich in den drei Dimensionen erstreckenden dicken Schicht übereinandergelagert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schußfäden (3) in abwechselnder Weise so um die Kettfäden unterschiedlichen Niveaus (2a, 2b, 2c) herumgeführt werden, daß sie dem Gewebe insbesondere im Hinblick auf sein Aufrollen eine ausgeprägte Verformbarkeit verleihen.
  2. Material nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fäden mit dem Harz durch inniges Vermengen von Verstärkungsfasern und Harz in den Fäden zusammengebracht werden.
  3. Material nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Faden mit einer Harzschicht umhüllt wird.
  4. Material nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das dreidimensionale Gewebe mit aus 60 % Glas und 40 % PEEK zusammengesetzten Fäden hergestellt wird.
  5. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verstärkungsplatten oder von analogen Produkten zur Herstellung von Karosserien, von Fußböden oder analogen Produkten aus einem Material gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen Hitzebehandlungsschritt in einer Form, gefolgt von einem Preßschritt.
