Abstract
Un procédé et un appareil sont utiles pour exercer et optimiser la réactivité et le rendement chez l'homme. Dans ce procédé, des dispositifs individuels d'affichage et/ou de signalisation (80, 84) sont activés par un appareil d'entraînement (160) sur la base d'un codage en fonction d'un programme d'exercice, et le dispositif activé est stoppé par contact avec les dispositifs d'affichage et de signalisation. Les intervalles de temps individuels entre l'activation des dispositifs d'affichage et de signalisation et le contact avec ceux-ci sont utilisés dans ce procédé à des fins d'évaluation et d'appréciation. Avec l'appareil d'entraînement (160) et les dispositifs associés d'affichage et/ou de signalisation (80 à 84), des mouvements situationnels de pratiquement tous les types de sports ainsi que pour le domaine médical (rééducation) peuvent être effectués, pratiqués et évalués selon des programmes prédéterminés (carte programme).
