Abstract

What is described is a spinning installation equipped with a suspended transport system (3) which has rails (11) for transporting to and away bobbins (7) for at least one spinning machine (2). Conventional spinning installations use spinning machines, especially ring spinning machines, with a creel, in which there are the bobbin locations on which the full bobbins have to be suspended during the spinning operation. Since the creels of different ring spinning machines have different dimensions, during each exchange of a ring spinning machine the associated suspended transport system also has to be constructionally adapted. To avoid this, it is proposed, according to the invention, to provide creel-free spinnning machines (2) and to arrange the creel devices, especially the bobbin locations (SP), on the suspended transport system (3). …<IMAGE>…

Description

The invention relates to a spinning plant with an overhead conveyor system of the type explained in the preamble of claim 1.

A overhead conveyor system for such a spinning plant is known from DE-OS 37 34 505. In the known spinning plant, the usual ring spinning machines provided with a creel are used. Conveyor rails are attached to the gate of the ring spinning machine, which allow the spools to be directly entered into the gate of the ring spinning machine. The fuse guides and their fastenings are also attached to the gate. The overhead conveyor system is used in the known spinning plant for feeding full bobbins into the creel or to the gate of the ring spinning machine or for conveying away empty bobbin tubes. With such a configuration, however, the overhead conveyor system, i. H. the arrangement and spacing of the rails as well as the rail guidance can be matched to the special design of the ring spinning machine. An exchange of the ring spinning machines therefore requires a constructive and structural change in the overhead conveyor system.

The invention is therefore based on the object of providing a spinning plant which allows a problem-free exchange of ring spinning machines.

The object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1.

The configuration according to the invention makes it possible to perceive those of a gate of a spinning machine Functions from the overhead conveyor system, so that the spinning machine can be easily replaced. For example, a spinning plant can be modernized without increasing the necessary costs for this by changing the overhead conveyor system.

Advantageous developments of the invention are set out in subclaims 2 to 10. It is particularly advantageous that the transport system for a cleaning device (blower) can be integrated in such a way that a separate rail guide and / or a separate drive for the cleaning device can be saved. The drive for feeding the bobbins or transporting the cleaning device can also be designed so that it is responsible for two spinning machines at the same time. This also saves investment and operating costs.

Exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings. Show it:
  • FIG. 1 shows a schematic illustration of a first exemplary embodiment of a spinning plant,
  • FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the spinning plant according to FIG. 1,
  • FIG. 3 shows a section through a coil position in FIG. 1,
  • Figure 4 is a plan view of the cleaning device and
  • Figure 5 is a schematic representation of another embodiment of a spinning plant.

Die Quer- und Längsträger sind über Hängeträger 4c an einer Decke 5 einer Werkhalle bzw. einer Zwischendecke oder dergleichen abgehängt.FIG. 1 shows a schematic representation of part of a spinning plant 1 which, in the exemplary embodiment shown, has two schematically drawn spinning machines in the form of two ring spinning machines 2, which are usually parallel to one another. The creel was removed from the ring spinning machines 2. A suspended conveyor system 3 is arranged above the ring spinning machines 2 and contains a support frame 4 with a large number of cross members 4a and longitudinal members 4b. The transverse and longitudinal beams are suspended from a ceiling 5 of a workshop or a false ceiling or the like via hanging beams 4c.

As can also be seen in connection with FIG. 2, the support frame 4 is used to fasten a plurality of cross rails 6, which extend horizontally on both sides of the longitudinal plane of symmetry of the ring spinning machines. The cross rails 6 are parallel to one another and perpendicular to the longitudinal plane of the ring spinning machine 2. Spool positions SP are provided on the cross rails 6 for spools 7 to be spun, the number of which corresponds at least to the number of spinning positions of the ring machine 2. In the illustrated embodiment, a reserve spool space SP is also available.

Guides 8 for deflecting the fines 9 to be spun from the spools 7 are further suspended from the support frame 4 via hanging supports 10. The guides 8 can either be designed as rollers, with a separate guide being provided for each fuse 9, or there is a guide 8 for all the fuse 9 on the one and on the other side of the plane of symmetry of the ring spinning machine 2 in the form of one each provided over the entire length of the ring spinning machine 2 rod.

Furthermore, a rail track 11 is arranged on the support frame 4, each of which extends in the form of a closed path outside the cross rails around each of the ring spinning machines 2. The rail track 11 is used to feed full bobbins 7 arranged on transport means 12 to the ring spinning machine 2. The rail track 11 is connected to an incoming rail conveyor track 14 via suitable switches 13. In the embodiment shown, one of the brackets known in the prior art with two rollers offset by 90 degrees to one another is used as the transport means 12, which can roll on a rail provided with tracks with a triangular cross section. However, other means of transport are also possible.

The transport means 12 of the coils 7 to be conveyed are driven by a drive 15 which has an endless drive member 17 which is moved by a motor 16 in the form of, for example, one of the known chains connected to the transport means 12, or in the form of a driver engaging the transport means 12 provided band, or in the form of a friction band engaging the rollers. The drive member 17 is arranged in the space between two adjacent ring spinning machines 2 and drives the transport means on both feed rails 11 of adjacent ring machines 2. The arriving on the feed rails 11 coils 7 are by known measures, for. B. by switching or by transferring by hand to the cross rails 6 to replace an empty coil 7 there. The empty bobbins 7, in particular when the transfer to the transverse rails 6 takes place automatically, are moved in the direction of the longitudinal center plane of the ring spinning machine 2 and there taken over by a conveyor 18 which transports the empty bobbin tubes out of the spinning area. The removal conveyor 18 can in turn be designed as a known, rotating conveyor with pickups or drivers for the coil sleeves. The conveyor 18 is also attached to the support frame 4.

In the space between the two ring spinning machines 2, a further rail 19 for a cleaning device 20 in the form of a fan runs parallel to the longitudinal center plane of the ring spinning machines 2. The blower consists of a blower head 21, which is suspended with rollers 22a which are offset by 90 degrees to one another on two mutually perpendicular raceways of the rail 19 formed with a triangular cross section. On the blower head 21, further rollers 22b are provided, which are designed as guide rollers and are supported on a further track on the feed rails 11 of adjacent ring spinning machines. A tube 23 extends vertically downward from the blower head 21 and opens into a suction funnel 24. Blower nozzles 25 extend laterally from the blower head 21 into the region of the overhead conveyor system 3, which keep the overhead conveyor system 3 free of fluff. Blower nozzles 26 are also provided on the tube 23, which are directed towards the devices on the mutually facing sides of the two adjacent ring spinning machines 2 and prevent fluff from getting stuck there. In this way it is possible to clean the facing sides of two adjacent ring spinning machines with a single cleaning device 20. The cleaning device 20 according to this embodiment is particularly advantageous where the ring spinning machines 2 are relatively close to each other to save space, for. B. if spun by an automatic replacement Spools of space for a change carriage between the two ring spinning machines can be saved.

As can be seen in particular in connection with FIG. 4, the cleaning device 20 is dragged along by the driven transport means 12 of the supplied coils. For this purpose, two bilateral rocker arms 27a and 27b are arranged on the blower head 21, each of which can be rotated about an axis. One end of the double-sided rocker arms 27a and 27b is connected to one another by a coupling rod 28. The coupling rod 28 is displaceable in two directions in the direction of travel of the cleaning device 20 and can be locked in these positions. The length of the coupling rod 28 and the length of the rocker arms 27 and the position of the pivot axes of the rocker arms 27 are dimensioned and arranged so that in each position of the coupling rod 28 one of the rocker arms 27 protrudes into the path of the transport means 12 on the adjacent feed rail 11, while the other of the rocker arms is pivoted out of the way of the transport means on the feed rail 11 of the adjacent ring spinning machine 2. At the beginning and at the end of the rail 19 for the cleaning device 20, a stop pin 29a and 29b is provided, which cooperate with one end of the coupling rod 28. Since the means of transport 12 running on the two rails 11 in FIG. 4 are driven by the common drive 15 of FIG. 2, the means of transport 12 run, as indicated by the arrows A and B in FIGS. 2 and 4, on those adjacent to the rail 19 Portions of the feed rails 14 in opposite directions. In the illustration in FIG. 4, the cleaning device 20 is thus dragged along in the direction of arrow A via the rocker arm 27a until the coupling rod 28 abuts the stop pin 29b. As a result, the coupling rod 28 is displaced into the other position, so that the pivot lever 27b now comes into contact with a transport means 12, the pivot lever 27a being pivoted out.

As FIG. 3 shows, the coil positions SP of FIG. 1 contain an easily releasable latching device 30. This latching device 30 consists of a ball 32 loaded by a spring 31, which is arranged in a recess 33 in the transverse rail 6. The ball 32 engages in a groove 35 arranged in a coil holder 34. The latching device 30 can have balls 32 arranged symmetrically on both sides of the rail 6. With this configuration, the latching device 30 is easily detachable, but prevents the distance between the spools 7 which are hanging on cross rails 6 and which are to be spun from changing under the action of the pull on their fuse 9.

Figure 5 shows a second embodiment of a spinning plant 1 ', the same or comparable components with the same reference numerals, supplemented by a prime, provided and are not explained in detail. In this embodiment, again, gateless ring tensioning machines 2 'are provided, the functions of the gate being taken over by an overhead conveyor system 3'. The overhead conveyor system 3 'contains a support frame 4' with cross members 4a ', which are attached via hanging supports for 4c' to beams 35, which in turn are supported by supports 36 on the floor 37 of a workshop.

Feed rails 11 'can be formed as a loop or as parallel rails as in the previous embodiment.

The overhead conveyor system 3 'of this embodiment is for retracting the spools to be spun 7' in the longitudinal direction, d. H. parallel to the longitudinal extent of the ring spinning machine 2 ', suitable. For this purpose, a corresponding number of longitudinal rails 38 are arranged above each ring spinning machine (two longitudinal rails per RSM are shown twice) in order to accommodate the required number of spool positions SP. The coil positions can be provided directly on the longitudinal rails 38 if each of the coils 7 'has its own means of transport 12'. However, coil trains can also be put together which consist of individual transport units consisting of two transport means connected via a longitudinal rod, a plurality of coils being attached to the longitudinal rod. In this case, the coil positions would have to be provided on the longitudinal bar.

On the cross member 4a 'are still on hanging supports 10' the guides 8 'already explained for deflecting the fuses 9'. In the illustrated embodiment, each coil space SP is assigned a separate guide 8 '. If compliance with the necessary distance between the spools to be spun 7 'is ensured by suitable, known spacers, in this embodiment the coil does not have to be locked in place on its spool by cams or the like.

In a modification of the exemplary embodiments described and drawn, it is of course possible to exchange the details drawn in the figures with one another. For example, the overhead conveyor system 3 of Figure 1 can be supported on the floor and the overhead conveyor system 3 'of Figure 5 can be suspended from the ceiling. A is also possible joint use of both support options and the support of the overhead conveyor system at other suitable locations. The use of other known means of transport as well as deviating rail cross sections is also easily possible. The idea according to the invention of transferring functions of a spinning machine to an overhead conveyor system can also be transferred to other spinning machines.
