Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einstiegshilfe für Rollstuhl­fahrer an Straßenfahrzeugen, nach dem Oberbegriff des Pa­tentanspruches 1, wie sie beispielsweise aus der DE-GM 88 15 693.1 als bekannt hervorgeht.The invention relates to an entry aid for wheelchair users on road vehicles, according to the preamble of claim 1, as is known for example from DE-GM 88 15 693.1.

In der gattungsbildenden Schrift ist eine Einstiegshilfe für Rollstuhlfahrer an Straßenfahrzeugen mit einer ein- und ausfahrbaren Rampe vorgestellt. Die Rampe ist unter­seitig an dem Fahrzeugboden im Türbereich angehängt. Die Führung und der Vorschiebeantrieb der Rampe sind von einer Kapselung umgeben, die diese Teile vor Schmutz und mecha­nischen Beschädigungen schützt. Die Kapselung weist au­ßenseitig einen Ausfahrschlitz auf, der zum Durchlaß der plattenartigen Rampe vorgesehen ist. Der Ausfahrschlitz weist eine schmutzabweisende Bürste auf, mit der die Rampe beim Einfahren in die schützende Kapselung gereinigt wird. Im Winter können sich bei einer solchen Vorrichtung jedoch immer wieder Funktionsstörungen ergeben, da die Führung der Rampe u.U. vereist und beim Losreißen der Rampe Bau­teile beschädigt werden.The generic font introduces an entry aid for wheelchair users on road vehicles with a retractable and extendable ramp. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Ansprüches 1 gelöst. Durch die Heizung des Ausfahrschlitzes weist dieser Temperaturen über dem Ge­frierpunkt auf, wodurch im Bereich des Ausfahrschlitzes keine Vereisungsgefahr mehr ist. Der Ausfahrschlitz er­füllt damit seine Aufgabe der Schmutz- und somit auch der Wasserabweisung und die Funktion der Einstiegshilfe ist gesichert. Sinnvolle Ausgestaltungen können den Unteran­sprüchen entnommen werden.The object is achieved according to the invention with the characterizing features of claim 1. Die in Fig. 1 abgebildete Einstiegshilfe 2 weist eine aus­gefahrene Rampe 1 auf, die mit ihrer einen Kante auf einer Gehwegoberfläche 8 angelegt ist. Die Rampe 1 ist durch ein horizontal bewegliches Scharnier 12 mit einer Platte 13 verbunden, die innerhalb einer Kapselung 3 zwangsgeführt ist. Die Platte 13 wird innerhalb der schmutzschützenden Kapselung 3 mittels des Verstellantriebes 11 bewegt, der seinerseits durch den Elektromotor 10 angetrieben wird. Soll die Rampe 1 eingezogen werden, wird also der Elektro­motor 10 betätigt, wobei die Platte 13 zurückbewegt und damit die Rampe 1 durch einen horizontalen Ausfahrschlitz 14, der außenseitig an der Kapselung 3 angeordnet, in die Kapselung 3 eingefahren und dabei gleichzeitig gereinigt wird. Insgesamt ist die Einstiegshilfe 2 fahrbahnseitig im Türbereich eines Fahrzeugbodens 4 angehängt. Zur Beheizung des Ausfahrschlitzes 14 ist ein Heizrohr 5 fahrbahnseitig und im Bereich des Ausfahrschlitzes 14 innerhalb der Kapse­lung 3 angeordnet. Das Heizrohr 5 ist mit dem Heizkreislauf des Fahrzeuges verbunden und wird durch seine Zufuhr 6 -­und Abfuhrleitung 9 von dessen Wärmeträgermedium durch­strömt. Im Bereich des Ausfahrschlitzes 14 ist das Heiz­rohr 5, zur besseren Beheizung, als Heizschlange ausge­bildet. Insgesamt wird eine gute Heizung der Kapselung 3 erreicht, da die fahrbahnseitigen Teile, an denen das Heiz­rohr 5 angeordnet ist, die schnell erkaltenden Teile dar­stellen. Im Bereich des Austritts des Heizrohres 5, der wegen der Böschungsfreiheit des Fahrzeuges sinnvoller Weise in Richtung zur Fahrzeugmitte hin liegt, kann zur Vergrößerung der Bodenfreiheit des Fahrzeuges eine Durch­setzung in die Kapselung 3 eingebracht sein. Dadurch kann das Heizrohr 5 außerhalb der Kapselung 3 mit einem großen Abstand zur Fahrbahnoberfläche 7 geführt werden. Um einen Schmutzeintritt durch diese Durchsetzung zu vermeiden, werden die Rohre fahrbahnseitig mit einer Abdeckung ver­sehen.The entry aid 2 shown in FIG. 1 has an extended ramp 1, which has one edge on one Walkway surface 8 is created. 1. Einstiegshilfe für Rollstuhlfahrer an Straßenfahrzeu­gen, mit einer ein- und ausfahrbaren Rampe, die untersei­tig an den Fahrzeugboden im Türbereich angehängt ist und deren Führung und Verschiebeantrieb gegen Schmutz von ei­ner Kapselung umgeben ist und die Kapselung außenseitig einen horizontalen schmutzabweisenden Ausfahrschlitz zum Durchlaß der plattenartigen Rampe aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kapselung (3) im Bereich des Ausfahrschlitzes (14) eine Heizvorrichtung aufweist.
