Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe dadurch, daß das in Längsrichtung gerade Gabelblatt auf der einen Längsseite nacheinander sechs zur Gabelspitze gerichtete Zinken mit Keilprofil hat, die spitzwinklig zur Längsachse der Gabel stehen, wodurch die Wirkungslinie der Zinken in Längsrichtung der Gabel verläuft und die Steuerungslinie in der Längsachse bis zur Gabelspitze beibehalten wird, was die geschicktere und ergonomischere Benutzung ergibt, wobei die andere Längsseite in einem Bogen zur Gabelspitze ausläuft und das Gabelblatt entlang der anderen Längsseite eine geschlossene durchgehende Fläche hat, die längsgerichtet-muldenförmig aufgebogen ist, wodurch die Seitenfunktionen vermehrt und verbessert werden, weil das in Längsrichtung gerade Gabelblatt ein glattes Aufschieben der Speisen erleichtert und auch das flächige Streichen und Schaben ermöglicht.
Der zur Gabelspitze aus laufende Bogen erlaubt eine zweckmäßige Nutzung der erfundenen Gabel auch in Rundungen und Unebenheiten.
