Außerdem wäre das Abtrennen von Deckbelägen an Doppelbodenplatten mit solchen bekannten Geräten sehr zeitaufwendig, denn es müßte äußerst sorgfältig gearbeitet werden.   • a) das Abtrenngerät ein Teil einer Vorrichtung zum selbsttätigen Abtrennen der Deckbeläge bildet und um eine horizontale Achse schwenk- bzw. einstellbar an einer Aufnahmeplatte befestigt ist, die in einer horizontalen oder etwa horizontalen Ebene an einem quer angeordneten Rahmenteil der Vorrichtung abgefedert in einem begrenzten Ausmaß in Richtung der Längsachse der Vorrichtung beweglich gelagert ist und
  • b) unterhalb des Abtrenngeräts ein Schlitten mit Halterungen für eine Doppelbodenplatte angeordnet ist, der quer zum Trennmesser des Abtrenngeräts bzw. parallel zur Längsachse der Vorrichtung motorisch hin- und herverfahrbar ist.

Die schwenkbare Lagerung des Abtrenngeräts um eine horizontale Achse ermöglicht eine optimale Einstellung des Arbeitswinkel des Trennmessers und aufgrund der erfindungsgemäßen Lagerung der das Abtrenngerät tragenden Aufnahmeplatte am Rahmen der Vorrichtung wird die Übertragung von Schwingungen vom Abtrenngerät auf den erwähnten Rahmen auf einen zulässigen Wert gehalten. Man braucht zum Abtrennen eines Deckbelages lediglich die betreffende Doppelbodenplatte in ihre Halterungen einlegen und darin gegebenenfalls zu verspannen sowie die Vorrichtung in Betrieb zu setzen, wobei im Zuge der Schlittenbewegung unter dem Abtrenngerät vorbei, dessen Trennmesser den betreffenden Deckbelag vom tragenden Plattenteil abtrennt bzw. abschält, was nur relativ wenig Zeit beansprucht. Der Abtrennvorgang erfolgt derart sauber, daß die tragenden Plattenteile sofort wieder mit einem neuen Deckbelag versehen werden können. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung ist daher speziell auch für den Baustelleneinsatz geeignet. Fig. 1 und 2 nach links bewegen. Die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit des Schlittens 29 ist dabei so gewählt, daß die drei Trennmesser 18 der nunmehr gleichfalls eingeschalteten Abtrenngeräte 17 den Deckbelag 12 in einem Arbeitsgang vom tragenden Plattenteil 11 abtrennen bzw. abschälen. Der Anfang dieses Abtrennvorganges ist in Fig. 1 angedeutet. Wenn der Schlitten 29 seine in Fig. 1 links in strichpunktierten Linien gezeigte Endstellung erreicht hat, ist der Deckbelag 12 vollständig vom Plattenteil 11 entfernt und er kann dann von Hand oder auch durch nicht gezeigte Auswerfereinrichtungen aus der Vorrichtung entfernt werden. Sobald der Schlitten 29 seine gem. Fig. 1 linke Endstellung erreicht hat, wird der Verstellgetriebemotor 42 z.B. über nicht gezeigte Endschalter abgeschaltet und ein weiterer Antriebsmotor 47 eingeschaltet, der die Rückführung des Schlittens 29 mit dem Plattenteil 11 in die in Fig. 1 rechts gezeigte Ausgangsstellung bewirkt. Diese Rückführung des Schlittens 29 mit dem Plattenteil 11 in die Ausgangsstellung erfolgt vorzugsweise mit einer wesentlich höheren Geschwindigkeit als der Vorschub des Schlittens 29. Der Antriebsmotor 47 ist mit seinem Antriebsritzel 48 über eine Antriebskette 49 mit einem Zahnrad 50 einer Rutschkupplung 51 antriebsmäßig verbunden. Gerät zum Abtrennen von Deckbelägen an Doppelbodenplatten oder dergleichen, mit einem motorisch angetriebenen Trennmesser, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß a) das Abtrenngerät (17) ein Teil einer Vorrichtung zum selbsttätigen Abtrennen der Deckbeläge (12) bildet und um eine horizontale Achse (19) schwenk- bzw. einstellbar an einer Aufnahmeplatte (21) befestigt ist, die in einer horizontalen oder etwa horizontalen Ebene an einem quer angeordneten Rahmenteil (15) der Vorrichtung (13) abgefedert in einem begrenzten Ausmaß in Richtung der Längsachse der Vorrichtung (13) beweglich gelagert ist und b) unterhalb des Abtrenngeräts (17) ein Schlitten (29) mit Halterungen (31) für eine Doppelbodenplatte (10) angeordnet ist, der quer zum Trennmesser (18) des Abtrenngeräts (17) bzw. parallel zur Längsachse der Vorrichtung (13) motorisch hin- und herverfahrbar ist. 1.
