Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Entwässerungseinrichtung entsprechend dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1. Eine solche Einrichtung ist bekanntgeworden durch das Deutsche Patent Nr. 21 38 072. Diese Einrichtung ist schon dadurch verbessert worden, daß man den Einlaufkasten, der die Suspension dem vor der Entwässerungstrommel gelegenen Bereich des die Entwässerungstrommel unmittelbar teilweise umschlingenden Siebbandes zuführt, einem Bereich vor der Annäherungsstelle des anderen Siebbandes an dieses Siebband zugeordnet hat, die Suspension dem erstgenannten Siebband aufgegeben hat und zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Siebband durch geeignete Umlenkung des zweiten Siebbandes einen Einlaufspalt unmittelbar vor der Entwässerungstrommel gebildet hat. Dadurch konnte bereits in dem Bereich der Aufgabevorrichtung durch das erstgenannte Siebband hindurchtretende Flüssigkeit aufgefangen und somit bereits in einem frühen Stadium der Suspension entzogen werden.The invention relates to a drainage device according to the preamble of claim 1. Es ist ja so, daß die in den Einlaufspalt einströmende Suspensionsmenge den Durchsatz der Entwässerungseinrichtung im starkem Maße bestimmt, wenn man einmal von der Regulierung bzw. Einstellung einer Umdrehungszahl der Entwässerungstrommel bzw. einer Umlaufgeschwindigkeit der Siebbänder absieht. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Maßnahme wird erreicht, daß man in dem Bereich der bogenförmigen Gleitführung am Einlaufspalt eine relativ sanfte Steigerung des Preßdruckes der Siebbänder erzielt, bis dieser an der Entwässerungstrommel 4 den ersten, höheren Wert erhält. Dadurch wird die Flüssigkeit sehr gut ausgepreßt und eine Art Fließ gebildet, wohingegen sonst es leicht vorkommen konnte, daß die Suspension seitlich aus dem Einlaufspalt herausspritze. Das Banddruckfilter weist zwei Siebbänder 1 und 2 auf, die sowohl die an ihrem Umfang gelochte Entwässerungstrommel 4 als auch die nachgeschalteten Preßwalzen 9-13 gemeinsam teilweise umschlingen. Im Bereich der Entwässerungstrommel 4 ist ein Einlaufspalt 6 gebildet, der nach unten hin, d.h. nach radial innen in bezug auf die Schleife des unmittelbar an der Entwässerungstrommel 4 anliegenden Siebbandes 2 durch eine dort angeordnete bogenförmige Gleitführung, vorzugsweise aus gleitfähigem Kunststoffmaterial und teilweise siebmäßig gelocht, gebildet ist. Dadurch kann das in dem Einlaufspalt aus der Suspension herausgepreßte Wasser (Flüssigkeit) in den Aufnahmetrog 38 abfließen. Die Suspension wird vom Einlaufkasten 40, dem sie durch den Einlaufstutzen 41 zugeführt wird, auf das an der Entwässerungstrommel 4 eng anliegende Siebband 2 aufgegeben. Die Umlenkrollen sind, wie im Fall der Umlenkrolle 25,33 angedeutet, über ähnliche Lager jeweils gehalten, mit Ausnahme hier der Umlenkrolle 28, die über einen Schwenkhebel 51 und ein hydraulisches Druckelement 52 zwecks Herstellung der Siebspannung abgestützt ist. Man hat bei diesem Banddruckfilter auch noch den Vorteil, daß durch den relativ sanften, technologisch sehr günstigen Entwässerungsvorgang im Bereich des Einlaufspaltes 6 man eine relativ niedrige Anfangsstoffdichte benutzen kann. Trotzdem erhält man wegen der guten Entwässerungswirkung nahezu die gleiche Ausgangsstoffdichte wie bei bisherigen Entwässerungseinrichtungen dieser Art. Die Eingangsstoffdichten können hier je nach Stoffart zwischen 2,5 und 2,9 % betragen.
