- the two outer ends of the casing tubes 8 and 9 are in radial flanges 23 of the outer casing 7 with a sliding fit centered. In the event of temperature-related changes in length, the two jacket tubes 8 and 9 can freely expand both against one another and with respect to the outer jacket 7.
- the jacket tubes are composed of cylindrical tube sections, adjoining conically narrowing tube sections 24 and cylindrical tube sections 25 at the end. Since the jacket tubes 8, 9 are centered in a sealed manner in beads 20 and flanges 23 of the outer jacket 7, heat-insulating air gaps 26, 27 are formed between the jacket tubes 8, 9 and the outer jacket 7. The sealed beads prevent hot exhaust gases from entering the air gaps 26, 27 and eliminating the desired insulating effect.
