Definitions
- the invention relates to a conductor line arrangement with energy and control conductor lines for pantographs of an energy consumer which can be moved on rails and which must not drive over predetermined locations or rail sections.
- Such an arrangement is already known from document FR-A-2 583 901.
- limit switches have been arranged on cranes, cats or the like, which are not run over so that the approach dimension is maintained.
- Such limit switches have to be connected to the control electronics by means of additional lines and are therefore unnecessarily expensive in order to prevent them from crossing a certain point.
- such an insulating piece is 0.2 to 0.4 m long and is less expensive than the previous limit switch.
- the insulating piece is preferably arranged only on the signal conductor line and causes the contactors to drop out and the movable energy consumer stops.
- the insulating piece is made of a plastic with an electrical surface resistance of at least 1010 ohms and has the shape of a U or T profile, which is corrugated or provided with ribs to increase the leakage current protection.
- the material of the insulating piece can be matched to the properties of the current collector carbon in such a way that a good sliding pairing results and the wear on the insulating piece can be neglected. It can engage with undercuts in the undercuts of conductor rail grooves in a conductor rail carrier or, if the conductor rail is a U-shaped or C-shaped profile along which the pantographs slide from the outside, the insulating piece can be a C-shaped profile that encompasses the conductor rail.
- the insulating piece has bevelled ends for good lifting of the pantograph from the conductor lines, the beveling being approximately 30 degrees.
- the insulating piece can be secured by gluing, which is achieved with an adhesive tape that is first glued to the insulating element with the side of the greater adhesive force and then on the conductor rail is secured. If the insulating piece then has to be removed again or attached at another location, the adhesive is also detached from the conductor rail when the insulating piece is removed.
- a trolley 3 can be moved on a crane girder 1, its pantographs 4 sliding along conductor lines 5 to supply the hoist motor and chassis motor with power and control signals. So that the approach dimension X of the trolley 3 to the head carrier 2 is not undershot, an isolating piece 9 is arranged on the signal conductor line for the drive motor for the direction of travel 5 "left" above the conductor line 5, as in FIGS. 5 and 6 and 7 and 8 shown.
- the length Y of the insulating piece 9 is greater than the stopping distance of the cat 3. Since only the signal for the direction of travel to the left is interrupted, it is still possible to drive the cat out of the end area again with the signal to the direction of travel "right".
- insulating pieces of length Z which interrupt the signal for fast driving, are placed in front of area Y.
- the area Z can still be driven at a slow speed and the area Y can be selected to be as short as is necessary for stopping from the slow travel.
- the insulating piece 9 is a U-profile according to FIG. 2 and has bevels 12 at the ends which prevent the pantograph 4 from bumping when the insulating piece 9 is passed over. It is inserted with snap lugs 13 on undercuts 8 in grooves 7 of a conductor rail support 6 and secured against displacement by an adhesive.
- a T-shaped insulating piece according to FIG. 4, the web 9c of which is provided with ribs 11, can also be inserted into the conductor line groove 7.
- the contact surface 10 of the insulating piece 9 engages with the sides of the flange 9b in the undercuts 8 of the conductor rail carrier 6.
- the conductor rail 5 A is according to FIGS. 7 and 8 a C-profile, which is clamped by the correspondingly shaped insulating piece 9 A.
- the ends of the insulating pieces have bevels 12 at the ends at an angle of approximately 30 degrees to the direction of travel of the pantograph.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a conductor line arrangement with energy and control conductor lines for pantographs of an energy consumer which can be moved on rails and which must not drive over predetermined locations or rail sections. Such an arrangement is already known from document FR-A-2 583 901.
So far, limit switches have been arranged on cranes, cats or the like, which are not run over so that the approach dimension is maintained. Such limit switches have to be connected to the control electronics by means of additional lines and are therefore unnecessarily expensive in order to prevent them from crossing a certain point.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a less complicated arrangement for preventing a predetermined position from being passed over than a limit switch.
This object is achieved by the features specified in the characterizing part of
Depending on the stopping distance of the crane, the cat or the like, such an insulating piece is 0.2 to 0.4 m long and is less expensive than the previous limit switch.
The insulating piece is preferably arranged only on the signal conductor line and causes the contactors to drop out and the movable energy consumer stops.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the insulating piece is made of a plastic with an electrical surface resistance of at least 10¹⁰ ohms and has the shape of a U or T profile, which is corrugated or provided with ribs to increase the leakage current protection.
The material of the insulating piece can be matched to the properties of the current collector carbon in such a way that a good sliding pairing results and the wear on the insulating piece can be neglected. The insulating piece has bevelled ends for good lifting of the pantograph from the conductor lines, the beveling being approximately 30 degrees.
If there is a risk that the insulating piece can be moved on the conductor rail, it can be secured by gluing, which is achieved with an adhesive tape that is first glued to the insulating element with the side of the greater adhesive force and then on the conductor rail is secured. If the insulating piece then has to be removed again or attached at another location, the adhesive is also detached from the conductor rail when the insulating piece is removed.

As an additional safety measure, it is possible to interrupt the power supply to the traction motor by arranging insulating pieces on the energy conductor lines in area X if area Y has been overrun as a result of a fault. The measures described here for the left end of the trolley track must be repeated for the right end of the trolley track.
The
The
