Abstract

Description

The invention relates to a holder on quickly assembled benches or seat supports, in particular grandstands, the seats or seat supports being placed on horizontal bench supports of seat holders and secured by means of a plug-in connection, and wherein the superimposed parts holding the plug-in connection arrangement together by the bench supports and seat benches or seat supports has a safety opening penetrated by a flat part and the seat benches or seat supports in the region of their ends have seat openings which are matched to the flat parts, preferably each having a slot.

In the case of grandstands or other systems with benches or holders for seats, for example bucket seats, which are referred to below as “seat supports”, elongate elements are generally supported in the region of their ends. Suitable supports and connections are to be provided so that they cannot be easily lifted from the underframes, in particular the grandstand supporting structure, by users, so that other visitors fall to the ground, but because of the use in different locations, they can be installed quickly, i.e. must be assembled and brought into the safe state and, on the other hand, should be able to be dismantled very quickly. So far, such connections have generally been realized with screws and nuts (DE-GM 1 973 139, Fig. 8 and pages 6/7; US Pat. No. 2,611,422, Fig. 13). In the version according to DE-OS 35 19 718, the benches are only loosely placed on seat holders and secured against lateral displacement with pins. In the version according to the generic GB-PS 898 121 an upwardly projecting tab is provided, through the hole of which a hook part fastened to the next seat can be suspended. This requires lifting each seat at the end without a hook part and inserting the hook part at the other end into the tab of the next seat. This requires a lot of assembly work, usually with two people. In addition, the hook part in the seating area is annoying.

DE 85 33 418 U1, DE 82 32 782 U1, DE 78 10 046 U1, DE 70 03 435 U1, DE 19 82 570 U1 and DE 19 29 665 show the most varied seating furniture designs in which the horizontally extending slats with the most varied Connecting and screwing means are connected to the frame, but have nothing to do with the special design according to the invention.

US Pat. No. 2,611,422 shows a grandstand system in which lattice girders with the same gradient have vertical, upwardly open tubes onto which flange elements are attached, the bushings of which are secured with clamping screws guided laterally through them, and on the flanges of which the benches are placed and screwed down from above will. The operation of the screws requires considerable assembly effort and is not comparable to the clamping system according to the invention.

The CH-PS 389 225 shows a clamp for releasably connecting two parts with a round bracket with two wedge openings at its ends, which are penetrated by a wedge. The NL-PS 48 739 shows fastenings for footboards and benches on horizontal tubes, each of which has two flat parts protruding downwards, which are located on both sides of the horizontal tube and have wedge openings below the tube. A wedge under the tube ensures that it is lifted off.

GB-PS 898 121 is considered to be the closest prior art, since it contains a seat opening in versions with seat boards in a connecting part for the seat boards, which opening is placed over an eyelet which stands up from the bench support. The flat part attached to the following bench with hooks passes through its hole. This solution, which at first appears to be progressive, however, requires the subsequent bench to be lifted and pivoted accordingly when it is inserted. Another, similar to the above-described fastening solution according to BE-PS 530 409 shows a hook standing up from the bench support, via which a seat opening in the connecting part of the seat boards is also pushed over. For securing purposes, securing elements are provided which extend into widened bench gaps and which engage in the hooks, with an intervention also obviously only being possible when they are lined up. In both solutions, upwardly projecting fastening parts are provided within the seat surface and contain rear gripping elements there, behind which items of clothing or body parts of the user can get caught and thus enable injuries and accidents.

The invention has for its object to improve a quickly assembled and disassembled and safe for use, simply constructed connection between the seat holder and the bench or seat support in such a way that the benches or seat supports regardless of any hanging and pivoting movements of simply placed on top and then secured with suitable, quickly attachable and quickly detachable connecting devices that do not endanger the bank user, as well as the special design of such connecting and securing devices.

According to the invention it is provided that the flat parts are designed as perforated tabs which are inserted from above through the seat openings and each inserted through a recess in the bench support and a wedge is provided transversely underneath the bench support which serves as the securing opening of the wedge hole Hole tab penetrates and the hole tabs are provided in the area of the edges of the seat openings with support supports.

The fact that you now use a perforated tab that is inserted sensibly and a wedge is inserted through the hole located under the bench support, you have a very quick and safe mountable connection, which due to the wedge of the wedge from normal users, even children, cannot be loosened easily, so that there is no danger to the people using the grandstand or the like. The connection is firm when assembled and can be easily removed for disassembly. There are no disturbing upwardly projecting fastening parts within the seat surface. Back-engaging elements, behind which items of clothing or body parts of the user can get caught and thus enable injuries and accidents, are avoided. Plug-in connections with a wedge cannot be compared to a simply inserted screw connection, because the fastening of nuts under the seat benches or seat supports would be extremely difficult and troublesome; because each nut would have to be placed exactly on the screw and then secured with many turns. The smaller end of a wedge can easily be inserted blindly into a wedge opening. Blind insertion is important here because the benches or corresponding seat supports are already on when the wedge is used to secure them. There are different design options, depending on where you want to attach and / or support the perforated bracket.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, it can be provided that the perforated plate is designed as a flat part provided with a rectangular wedge hole, which is rotated by 90 ° to the longitudinal axis of a flat part serving as a perforated plate support, welded to it or molded on it.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, it can be provided that the benches each consist of two wooden boards or other seat elements fastened at a distance to connecting parts, for example made of reinforced plastics or light metal profiles, which are united at the end with the connecting parts to form a slot between them, the The width of the slots corresponds to the thickness of the perforated plate supports and the bench supports supporting them have recesses for the perforated plates to be passed through.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, it can be provided that the bench supports have stops in the middle on their upper support surfaces with a thickness corresponding to the perforated tabs, on which the connecting parts of the seats or the like are located. secure them axially and form a gap for the perforated tabs

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention it can be provided that the seat holder has a front front support which can be plugged onto a running floor holder and a rear tubular support which is equipped with an insertion end for an upwardly open pipe opening of a pipe section of a grandstand cheek part and which has the bench support connected to form a portal-like support base for the benches or seat supports.

The bracket 130 for quickly assembled benches 131 shows, for example, benches 131 made of two individual boards 132.1 and 132.2, which are connected at their ends by means of screws 134 designed as flat iron connecting parts 133. The seat holder 135 has a round tube support 136, which is located in the front area. The seat holder 135 has a rectangular tubular support 141 at the rear, the lower end 142 of which is inserted between the legs 111.1 and 111.2 of the tread holder 111. The lower end is supported on the web of the upwardly open U-shaped tread bracket 111. The walking floor holder 111 is fastened to a pipe section 140.4 of a cheek part of a grandstand, which is not shown in further detail. The seat holder 135 is fastened on the rear side of the cheek part by carrying an insertion tube 145 on the rear wall 146 of the rear tube support 141. The insertion tube 145 is mounted at such a height that the insertion end 145.1 fits exactly into the upper end 147 of the tube piece 140.4. As a result, the two connecting parts 133.1 and 133.2 are firmly pressed onto the bench support 155. At the same time, they are secured against axial displacement between the stops 157. This results in a small gap 168 between the ends of the individual benches. Its thickness corresponds to the thickness of the perforated tabs 150.

If you want to use the same bench support and the like at the ends of long rows of benches, short blind pieces, which are only designed as short board pieces or the like with a connecting part 133 connecting them, can be placed on the respective end and together with the holding element 149 and secure the wedge 152. The production of the cross-shaped holding element 149 is extremely simple. There are no noticeably protruding parts on the seat holders 135 that could interfere with packaging, transport and assembly, and yet there is a simple push-through and wedge connection that is both light used and secured by driving in the wedge as well as by loosening and pulling out the wedge can be easily released again by assembly personnel. However, it cannot be easily opened by the visitors, so that the risk of displacing the benches or the seat holder is low. The components are made of steel pipes and flat iron, welded together and galvanized. For special designs, they can also be made from extruded light metal profiles. The support devices can be adapted to the respective needs of the grandstand construction or the other base frame construction. It is important that a perforated plate or another component that is permitted to be attached to a securing element is inserted from above through slots and / or openings and secured from below with a quick securing device.

Claims (5)

1. Mount (130̸) on instantaneously assembled seats (131) or seat carriers, in particular of platforms, with the seats or seat carriers placed on horizontal seat supports (155) of seat holders (135) and secured by means of a plug connection, and with the plug-connection arrangement, which joins those parts of seat supports (155) and seats or seat carriers which are placed on top of each other, being provided with a safety aperture which is penetrated by a flat element, and with the seats (131) or seat carriers having in their end regions seat apertures (slot 162, gap 168), preferably one respective slot (162), the dimensions of which are matched to those of the flat elements, characterised in that the flat elements are perforated tongues (150̸) which are fed from the top through the seat apertures (slot 162, gap 168) and respectively pushed through a cut-out (160̸) in the seat support (155), and with a respective transversely placed wedge (152) being provided under the seat support (155), which passes through a safety opening in the form of a wedge aperture (166) of the perforated tongue (150̸), and with the perforated tongues (150̸) being provided with respective butt supports (163) in the edge region of the seat apertures.
