Damit der bekannte Kohlebürstenhalter den bei den großen Ma­schinen auftretenden Belastungen standhalten kann, ist es erfor­derlich, daß die Führungen für die Kohlebürsten aus metallischen Profilen bestehen, die ihrerseits in einem Kunststoffkörper einge­preßt sind. Ein diesbezüglicher Aufbau zeigt zwar gegenüber der vollständig aus Messing bestehenden Haltekörper den Vorteil, daß eine Gewichtsersparnis erfolgt und ein günstigeres Schwingungs­verhalten vorliegt, ohne jedoch herstellungstechnisch große Vereinfachungen zu bieten; denn es sind zumindest verschiedene Herstellungsschritte, zum einen für die Führungen für die Kohle­bürste und zum anderen für den Haltekörper selbst, erforderlich.A corresponding carbon brush holder can be found, for example, in DE-OS 31 21 938. Claims (8)

Kohlebürstenhalter für Gleichstrommaschinen und Dreh­strom-Schleifring-Läufermotore, insbesondere großer Bauart umfassend einen Haltekörper mit zumindest einer Aufnahme mit Führungen für eine Kohlebürste, einen auf diese einwir­kende, unter Federvorspannung stehenden Druckbügel sowie einer metallischen Anschlußleiste,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Druckbügel (2) und der einstückig mit den Füh­rungen (7) ausgebildete Haltekörper (1) aus Kunststoff bestehen.
