Definitions
- the invention relates to a transportable bulk material silo, in particular for finely granulated and moist lime for neutralizing acid forest soils according to the preamble of the main claim.
- Bulk goods silos of the type mentioned are well known and are in use and do not require any special printed documentation.
- Such transportable bulk goods silos are used for a wide variety of purposes and are transported filled with special wagons to the bulk goods consumption point, set up there and, after the bulk goods have been used up, exchanged for another, filled silo and transported empty again for filling.
- To set up such silos they are arranged in a frame or on a base frame so that the outlet opening is at a sufficient height above the installation level in order to be passed under or to be able to conveniently bag the bulk goods, for example.
- the outlet parts of such silos are designed in a wide variety of ways, but are basically adapted to the shape of the outlet opening, which has corresponding closures, such as are known, for example, from DE-A-494 680 or DE-U-18 35 378 .
- the invention is therefore based on the object, in particular for the purpose mentioned to create a suitable bulk goods silo or to improve a bulk goods silo of the type mentioned in such a way that a sufficiently large amount of bulk material emerges gush-like immediately after opening the silo and in front of the outlet opening without the risk of bridging is available and this can be quickly picked up with a suitably dimensioned, small shovel loader by directly moving the shovel into the bulk material and transferred to the spreading bucket, but it should also be ensured that the floor in the silo area is not or as little as possible is pushed through with the bulk material and, on the other hand, only a correspondingly limited quantity of bulk material can escape without having to close the closure element.
- the bulk material is available as a bulk material pile directly on the floor after the outlet opening has opened and can be picked up there directly by the paddle loader.
- the gushed and un Pile lying directly in front of the outlet opening ensures that the bulk material still in the silo cannot slide through it, which only occurs again when a shovel loader picks up bulk material from the pile.
- at least one of the side surfaces of the outlet part contains the sufficiently large outlet opening which can be closed by means of a flap or slide and which extends over the entire width of the container except for contact edges.
- the outlet part is designed in the form of an inverted saddle roof with a ridge straight line extending in the installation plane and in which the flap covering the entire outlet opening is articulated.
- this automatically hits the floor under the pressure of the bulk material, thus forming a base for the bulk material, from which it can be picked up directly with the shovel loader and which prevents the floor in the installation area of the silo is not intensively pushed through with the bulk material.
- the container including the outlet part is designed as a rectangular column, and the flap is articulated at the lower edge of the outlet opening, which flap can be provided on its side edges with side boundary surfaces arranged perpendicular to the flap plane.
- the flap can also be pivoted upwards at the upper edge of the outlet opening, a bulk goods flap being articulated on the lower edge of the outlet opening with side boundary surfaces extending perpendicular to the flap plane, which will be explained in more detail below.
- a slide can also be provided instead of the flap, as mentioned above, with a slider under the outlet opening Bulk bulk area extending at the installation level is arranged.
- the bulk material running surface can be designed in the form of a bulk material flap hinged in the installation level, or the bulk material running surface is designed as the bottom surface of a cuboid column forming the container, in which the outlet part is designed in the form of an inverted saddle roof.
- the bulk goods silo according to the invention is intended in particular for the stated purpose, but there is nothing to prevent the silo from being used for other types of bulk goods, e.g. fertilizers, provided that such bulk goods are to be picked up and used up directly from the bulk goods pile, i.e. not for further transport is determined, for example, by sagging, line conveyance or conveyor belt conveyance.
- other types of bulk goods e.g. fertilizers
- the transportable bulk goods silo basically consists in all embodiments of a box-shaped container 1 with the closable outlet opening 2 containing outlet part 3. It is essential, and this also applies to all embodiments, that the outlet part 3 with its lower end in the Placement level E of the container 1 is arranged and that at least one of the opening walls 12 of the outlet part 3 contains the outlet opening 2, which extends essentially over the entire width B of the container 1 and can be closed by means of a flap 6 or slide 7.
- the width B is dimensioned such that the shovel 19 of a shovel loader can be inserted.
- the outlet part 3 is designed in the form of an inverted saddle roof 8 with a ridge straight line 9 extending in the erection plane E, in which the flap 6 covering the outlet opening 2 is articulated.
- Suitable closures are not shown in order to keep the flap 6 closed when the container 1 is being filled and when it is being transported.
- the flap 6 immediately opens under the pressure of the bulk material contained in the container 1, lies on the installation level E and at the same time forms the base for the bulk material as the bottom-side bulk material boundary wall 4, the lateral bulk material boundary walls 5 preventing the bulk material can also spread out to the side.
- the relevant side walls 10 of the container are extended down to the installation level E to form the lateral bulk material boundary walls 5.
- these side walls 10 can also be formed so as to protrude obliquely over the end face plane.
- the embodiment according to FIG. 4 differs from the one described above according to FIGS. 1, 2, in that the container 1 including the outlet part 3 is designed as a rectangular column 13 and the flap 6 is articulated on the lower edge 16 of the outlet opening 2.
- a corresponding opening 2 with flap 6 can be provided in the outlet area 3 on the other end wall 11 '.
- the function and handling of this silo correspond to those of the previously described embodiments.
- the lateral bulk material boundary walls 5 are not shown here, as in FIGS. 5-7.
- the flap 6 can also be pivoted upwards on the upper edge 17 of the outlet opening 2, whereby at the lower edge 16 (see Fig. 5) of the outlet opening 2, a bulk material flap 14 is articulated.
- the bulk material flap 14 is first simply loosened and pivoted into the erection plane E, after which the closure elements of the flap 6 are opened, which are simply from the bulk material is pushed up.
- the flap 6 is fixed with suitable holding elements in a (not shown) vertical position on the upper part or the end wall 11.
- FIGS. 6 to 8 relate to embodiments of the silo in which the outlet opening 2 is closed with a slide 7. Slider guides and actuators for adjusting the slider 7 are not shown.
- the bottom-side bulk material delimitation wall 4 which extends in the installation level E, is arranged under the outlet opening 2, as shown in FIG. 6, which also takes into account the expedient handling of the silo during transport, as can be seen in FIG. 7 is advantageously in the form of a bulk material flap 14 articulated in the installation plane E. 8, on the other hand, the outlet part 3 is again in the form of an inverted saddle roof 7, in which the flap is replaced by a slide 7.
- the relevant side walls 10 are also pulled down to the installation level E, the bottom bulk material delimitation wall being formed by the bottom surface of the rectangular container 1.
- the bulk material outlet area bounded at the bottom and on the sides by the bulk material boundary walls 4, 5 should be too small (ultimately this is also due to the actual dimensioning of the depth T of the container 1 and the dimensioning the length L of the flap 6 or depending on whether a flap 6 or a slider 7 is provided), so with respect to the lateral bulk material boundary walls 5, these can be formed by side boundary flaps 15 which can be pivoted about vertical axes 18 (FIG. 10) and which are shown in FIG In the case of FIGS. 2, 3 and 8, the bulk material partition walls 5, which are present there anyway, extend or in the embodiments 4 to 7 represent the lateral bulk boundary walls 5 per se.
- the height H of the opening 2 is advantageously dimensioned such that the poured-out bulk material has a size which can be taken up approximately by a scoop 19, and the angle of inclination ⁇ of the opening wall 12 is approximately 30-60 ° in the embodiments according to FIG 2, 3 and 8 are provided. With this provision, however, it is ensured in all flap arrangements, and also in that according to FIG. 7, that the floor on which the silo is set up does not come into contact with the bulk material, or does so only slightly.
- Lateral bulk material boundary walls 5 could of course also be realized by corresponding flank walls 15 'on the flaps 6 and 14, as shown in Fig. 10, but which would then either intervene in the outlet opening 2 or would have to be guided past the side walls 10 of the container , but this increases the design effort for the silo.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a transportable bulk material silo, in particular for finely granulated and moist lime for neutralizing acid forest soils according to the preamble of the main claim.
Bulk goods silos of the type mentioned are well known and are in use and do not require any special printed documentation. Such transportable bulk goods silos are used for a wide variety of purposes and are transported filled with special wagons to the bulk goods consumption point, set up there and, after the bulk goods have been used up, exchanged for another, filled silo and transported empty again for filling. To set up such silos, they are arranged in a frame or on a base frame so that the outlet opening is at a sufficient height above the installation level in order to be passed under or to be able to conveniently bag the bulk goods, for example. The outlet parts of such silos are designed in a wide variety of ways, but are basically adapted to the shape of the outlet opening, which has corresponding closures, such as are known, for example, from DE-A-494 680 or DE-U-18 35 378 .
A particular problem has now arisen in particular in the treatment of acid forest soils with lime, which is generally applied in finely granulated form with spreading buckets hanging from helicopters, the granulated material to prevent extreme dust formation and to reduce the effect of wind Lime must be kept slightly moist. As has now been found, the previously known, portable bulk goods silos are not or not very suitable for two reasons. On the one hand, the previously customary designs of discharge openings are too small for this, and on the other hand, the filling of the scattering buckets must be carried out very quickly, since the use of helicopters is very expensive. On the other hand, the spreading buckets cannot be placed by the helicopter directly under the silo for quick filling, as this is too difficult and possibly too dangerous.
The invention is therefore based on the object, in particular for the purpose mentioned to create a suitable bulk goods silo or to improve a bulk goods silo of the type mentioned in such a way that a sufficiently large amount of bulk material emerges gush-like immediately after opening the silo and in front of the outlet opening without the risk of bridging is available and this can be quickly picked up with a suitably dimensioned, small shovel loader by directly moving the shovel into the bulk material and transferred to the spreading bucket, but it should also be ensured that the floor in the silo area is not or as little as possible is pushed through with the bulk material and, on the other hand, only a correspondingly limited quantity of bulk material can escape without having to close the closure element.
This object is achieved with a transportable bulk material silo of the type mentioned at the outset according to the invention by the features stated in the characterizing part of the main claim. Advantageous and practical embodiments result from the subclaims.
Waldboden gelangt.Since, according to the invention, the lower end of the outlet part is in the installation plane of the container, the bulk material is available as a bulk material pile directly on the floor after the outlet opening has opened and can be picked up there directly by the paddle loader. The gushed and un Pile lying directly in front of the outlet opening ensures that the bulk material still in the silo cannot slide through it, which only occurs again when a shovel loader picks up bulk material from the pile. It is also essential that at least one of the side surfaces of the outlet part contains the sufficiently large outlet opening which can be closed by means of a flap or slide and which extends over the entire width of the container except for contact edges. Due to this provision, a correspondingly large outlet opening is available, which on the one hand prevents the bulk material from blocking in the silo and on the other hand ensures that a large amount of the bulk material is immediately in front of the outlet opening for reception by the shovel loader after opening the outlet opening Is available, but at the same time it is ensured by the bulk material boundary walls that the bulk material cannot flow widely apart and also does not reach the ground or forest floor through the bottom boundary wall.
It is preferred to design the silo in such a way that the outlet part is designed in the form of an inverted saddle roof with a ridge straight line extending in the installation plane and in which the flap covering the entire outlet opening is articulated. In this embodiment and after opening the flap closure, this automatically hits the floor under the pressure of the bulk material, thus forming a base for the bulk material, from which it can be picked up directly with the shovel loader and which prevents the floor in the installation area of the silo is not intensively pushed through with the bulk material.
In a further embodiment, the container including the outlet part is designed as a rectangular column, and the flap is articulated at the lower edge of the outlet opening, which flap can be provided on its side edges with side boundary surfaces arranged perpendicular to the flap plane. Both in this form of the silo container, but also in a design of the Outlet part in the form of a saddle roof, it is of course possible to provide a corresponding design of the outlet part on the opposite side wall.
If the silo is designed in the form of a cuboid column, the flap can also be pivoted upwards at the upper edge of the outlet opening, a bulk goods flap being articulated on the lower edge of the outlet opening with side boundary surfaces extending perpendicular to the flap plane, which will be explained in more detail below. In both embodiments of the silo, that is, in the form of a cuboid column or in which the outlet part is in the form of an inverted saddle roof, a slide can also be provided instead of the flap, as mentioned above, with a slider under the outlet opening Bulk bulk area extending at the installation level is arranged. The bulk material running surface can be designed in the form of a bulk material flap hinged in the installation level, or the bulk material running surface is designed as the bottom surface of a cuboid column forming the container, in which the outlet part is designed in the form of an inverted saddle roof.
The bulk goods silo according to the invention is intended in particular for the stated purpose, but there is nothing to prevent the silo from being used for other types of bulk goods, e.g. fertilizers, provided that such bulk goods are to be picked up and used up directly from the bulk goods pile, i.e. not for further transport is determined, for example, by sagging, line conveyance or conveyor belt conveyance.
The bulk goods silo according to the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing of exemplary embodiments.

In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 2, 3, the
The embodiment according to FIG. 4 differs from the one described above according to FIGS. 1, 2, in that the
Since in this overall columnar embodiment the
The embodiments according to FIGS. 6 to 8 relate to embodiments of the silo in which the
If, in the embodiments according to FIGS. 2, 3 and 8, the bulk material outlet area bounded at the bottom and on the sides by the bulk
The height H of the
It is essential for all embodiments, whether it is provided with a
