Abstract

- second transversely movable means, presence bar/wire/metal-profile detectors and respective bar/wire/metal-profile layer count means (4), preferentially placed above the bar/wire/metal-profile stratum (b) and adjacent to said first lockage means (2-3);
- third movable means, movable transversely respect to said bar/wire/metal-profile stratum and under this (8, 8′) involving penetrating separator means (6-7), penetrating between the bar/wire/metal-profile stratum (b) for separation of the stratum in two bar/wire/metal-profile stratum.
Description
- The present invention has for object a bar/wire/metal-profile stratum separator apparatus, particularly for bar/wire/metal-profile bundling, downwards of rolling plants.
- The invention finds particular even if not exclusive application in bar/wire profiles production hot rolling plants in which is desired to carry out a bundling of the bars in controlled number.
- In prior art bar/wire/metal-profile stratum separator apparatus, particularly for bar/wire/metal-profile bundling, downwards of rolling plant, as described for the above scopes are well known. The known devices are however complex, expensive and not reliable and particularly they do not solve well the problem to separate the respective bars in their entire length, because the bars are frequently distorted and even crossed.
- Purpose of the present invention is to obviate to the mentioned drawbacks. This and other purposes are reached with the present invention as claimed solving the exposed problems by means of a bar /wire/metal-profile stratum separator apparatus, particularly for bar/wire/metal-profile bundling, downwards of rolling plants, characterized in that it includes in association with a support plane for bar/wire/metal-profile stratum having transverse transfer advancement means:
- first lockage opposite means, to clamp not strongly, the bar/wire/metalprofile stratum obliging the bars/wires/profiles to assume a flatten position in the respective stratum and dispose parallel lying and adhering on said support transfer plane in which at least one of opposite pressing means is movable alternately on the horizontal plane transversely in respect to the bars/wires>/profiles;
- second transversely movable means, presence bar/wire/metal-profile detectors and respective bar/wire/metal-profile layer count means, preferentially placed above the bar/wire/metal-profile stratum and adjacent to said first lockage means;
- third movable means movable transversely respect to said bar/wire/metal-profile stratum and under this involving penetrating separator means penetrating between the bar/wire/metal-profile stratum for separation of the stratum in two bar/wire/metal-profile stratums - Advantageously for better bar/wire/metal-profile alignment, said alternative movement of said pressing means is realized by a vibration with sufficient oscillation amplitude.
- In such way is possible to separate the bars/wires/profiles in effective way without tangling the respective bars/wires/profiles, particularly for the rods and wires that are obliged in such a way to roll going and back so disposing in parallel alignment.
- These and other advantages will appear with the successive description of a preferential solution of the invention with the help of the accompanying drawings which particulars of execution are not to be considered limitative but exemplificative only.
- Figure 1 is a vertical schematic view in line transverse section, parallel to the bars, of the device as for this invention.
- Figure 2 is a schematic view on the vertical orthogonal plane respect to the previous.
- Figure 3 is a schematic enlarged view of the bar count and transverse separation system.
- Figure 4 is a schematic view of a bundling bar plant in which the placement of the bar count and separator device is visualized.
- As represented in the figures the invention regards a bar/wire/metal-profile stratum separator apparatus, particularly for bar/wire/metal-profile bundling, downwards of rolling plants, characterized in that it includes in association with a support plane for bar stratum having transverse transfer advancement means (5):
- first lockage opposite means (2-3), to clamp not strongly, the bar/wire/metal-profile stratum obliging the bars/wires/profiles to assume a flatten position in the respective stratum and dispose parallel lying and adhering on said support transfer plane (5) in which at least one of opposite pressing means is movable alternately on the horizontal plane (2) transversely in respect to the bars/wires/profiles (b);
- second transversely movable means, presence bar/wire/metal-profile detectors and respective bar/wire/metal-profile layer count means (4), preferentially placed above the bars/wires/profiles stratum (b) and adjacent to said first lockage means (2-3);
\ - third movable means movable transversely respect to said bar/wire/metal-profile stratum and under this (8, 8′) involving penetrating separator means (6-7) penetrating between the bar/wire/metal-profile stratum (b) for separation of the stratum in two bar/wire/metal-profile stratums. - Advantageously the lockage means (2-3) can be magnetic or ultrasonic or optical or other. The lockage means together with the bar/wire/metal-profile detector (4), are mounted on a bringing "C"
structure 1. - The bars/wires/profiles (b) are supported and translated by endless chain well known transfers means (5).
- The bar/wire/metal-profile stratum penetrating separator means (8) are slidable through rolls (8′) on rails (9) and having first spiked or peaked penetrators (6) closely to the respective head bar/wire/metal-profile stratum and second rotatable flag separator levers or splitters (7) that extend for the entire length of the bars and are operated in logic succession: first the spike (6) and then in logic succession the splitters (7).
- For the alignment of the bars/wires/profiles is fundamental the function of the lockage means (2-3) as indicated even in figure 2 where is visualized that the upper pressing means is moved alternately in vibration by the
piston 2˝, being it raisable and lowerable by means of cylinder and even openable like a book for disengaging. - The operating system is exemplified in Figure 3 where is illustrated that the reader (4) displacing transversely brushes and counts the bars of the bar/wire/metal-profile stratum/layer stopping to the desired number transmitting a impulse of analog displacement of the separation means (8) in order that the penetration spike means (6) on command of the reader, penetrate between the bars/wires/profiles (b) separating them, allow then with successive sequence the flag splitters (7) to complete the separation for the entire length.
- Accomplished the separation the lockage means will loose and will be possible to displace the bar/wire/metal-profile stratum downwards inside the holdall (9) for the bundling.
- Advantageously the bar/wire/metal-profile separator apparatus as claimed in
claim 1, includes upwards a bar head aligner device of the respective bars to be separated, making with this more functional the lockage, the head lecture of each bar stratum/layer and the respective separation. - As much advantageously downwards the separator apparatus is disposed a bar receiving holdall for the formation of a bundle or package.

- first lockage opposite means (2-3), to clamp not strongly, the bar/wire/metal-profile stratum, obliging the bars/wires/profiles, to assume a flatten position in the respective stratum and dispose parallel lying and adhering on said support transfer plane (5) in which at least one of opposite pressing means is movable alternately on the horizontal plane (2) transversely in respect to the bars (b);
- second transversely movable means, presence bar/wire/metal-profile detectors and respective bar/wire/metal-profile layer count means (4), preferentially placed above the bar/wire/metal-profile stratum (b) and adjacent to said first lockage means (2-3);
- third movable means, movable transversely respect to said bar/wire/metal-profile stratum and under this (8, 8′) involving penetrating separator means (6-7), penetrating between the bar/wire/metal-profile stratum (b) for separation of the stratum in two bar/wire/metal-profile stratums.
