Claims (6)

  1. Tête opératrice pour le repassage automatique en continu de la pointe, du talon et des côtés des empeignes enfilées sur des formes, du type avec un roulement (1) libre de pivoter dans les ailes d'une fourche oscillante et vibrante (2) qui résulte fixée sur une tête de support (4) qui, mise en fonction par un cylindre automatique (5), peut glisser le long d'une paire de tiges de coulissement (6) qui forjettent de manière parallèle d'une robuste barre transversale (7); tête opératrice caractérisée en ce qu'au centre de la barre transversale (7) on fixe de manière postérieure l'arbre (8a) d'un moto-réducteur qui est lui-même installé sur l'arrière d'un chariot (9) que l'on peut faire glisser, au moyen d'un cylindre hydraulique (10) le long de deux coulisses cylindriques subverticales, ces dernières s'étendant parallèlement entre deux traverses de support (11) desquelles forjettent, de leurs extrémités et postérieurement, quatre tiges cylindriques (12) qui traversent une plate-forme de raidissement (13) à laquelle elles sont fixées; lesdites tiges cylindriques (12) s'enfilant dans quatre douilles (14) de support et coulissement, fortement ancrées sur un châssis portant (15), étant prévu qu'au centre et sur la partie postérieure de ladite plate-forme de raidissement (13) soit montée en saillie la chemise (16a) d'un cylindre hydraulique dont la tige (16b) résulte fixée de manière excentrique sur un disque (17) qui est entraîné en rotation par un motoréducteur (18) ancré au châssis portant (15).
  2. Tête opératrice pour le repassage automatique en continu de la pointe, du talon et des côtés des empeignes enfilées sur des formes, selon la revendication 1), caractérisée en ce que le cycle de travail effectué par la tête opératrice en objet englobe:
    - un premier trajet avec trajectoire demi-circulaire du roulement (1) qui est entraîné, suite à une rotation de 180° de l'arbre (8a), tout autour de la pointe de la forme (19);
    - un deuxième trajet avec trajectoire linéaire du roulement (1) pendant lequel le chariot (9) glisse, grâce à l'action du cylindre (10), vers le bas de manière à déplacer le roulement (1) de la pointe au talon de la forme (19), le long et contre le côté de celle-ci;
    - un troisième trajet avec trajectoire demi-circulaire du roulement (1) qui est entraîné, suite à une ultérieure rotation de 180° de l'arbre (8a), tout autour du talon de la forme (19);
    - un quatrième trajet avec trajectoire linéaire du roulement (1) pendant lequel le chariot (9) est renvoyé, grâce à l'action du cylindre (10), vers le haut de manière à ramener le roulement en proximité de la pointe de la forme, juste sur le point de départ du roulement autour de la forme et, à partir de là, le cycle opérationnel peut recommencer sur une nouvelle empeigne à repasser.
  3. Tête opératrice pour le repassage automatique en continu de la pointe, du talon et des côtés des empeignes enfilées sur des formes, selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que sur la chemise (16a) et sur le cylindre hydraulique (10) sont respectivement installées deux séries de micro-interrupteurs (20 et 21) qui en combinaison entre eux permettent de faire reculer ou avancer pour un nombre de trajets pré-établis le chariot (9) quand celui-ci dépasse des points pré-fixés pendant ses courses linéaires le long des côtés de la forme (19).
  4. Dispositif d'autoréglage pour une tête opératrice pour le repassage automatique en continu de la pointe, du talon et des côtés des empeignes enfilées sur des formes, du type illustré dans les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il est équipé de deux lecteurs optiques (A et B) situées en position alignée et superposée sur le chariot (9), sur un plan vertical passant par l'axe longitudinal de la forme (19) sur laquelle l'empeigne à repasser est enfilée et fonctionnant de manière que:
    - le trajet de descente du chariot (9), pendant lequel s'effectue le repassage de l'un des deux côtés de l'empeigne, soit interrompu automatiquement en désactivant le cylindre (10) quand le lecteur inférieur (B) dépasse le talon de la forme (19);
    - le roulement de repassage (1) soit automatiquement éloigné de l'empeigne au moyen de la mise en fonction du cylindre (5) quand, pendant le trajet de remontée du chariot (9), le roulement (1) passe par le point à partir duquel il avait commencé son périple autour de la forme (19);
    - le trajet de descente du chariot (9), grâce auquel le roulement (1) est rapproché à la forme (19) avant de commencer l'opération de repassage, soit automatiquement interrompu en désactivant le cylindre (10) quand le lecteur supérieur (A) dépasse la pointe de la forme.
  5. Dispositif d'autoréglage, selon la revendication 4), caractérisé en ce que le lecteur optique supérieur (A) est installé sur le chariot (9) de manière que quand le susdit lecteur intercepte, soit en phase de montée que de descente du chariot (9), la pointe de la forme (19), le roulement (1) se trouve toujours sur le point de départ du cycle de travail autour de la forme.
  6. Dispositif d'autoréglage selon les revendications 4) et 5), caractérisée en ce que le lecteur optique inférieur (B) est installé sur le chariot (9) de manière que quand le susdit lecteur (B) intercepte le talon de la forme (19), le roulement (1) se trouve sur le point à partir duquel il doit commencer son parcours demi-circulaire autour du talon de la forme.
