Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Einführen eines eine Druckwalze tragenden Einschubwagens in eine Druckmaschine.The invention relates to a device for inserting a push-in carriage carrying a printing roller into a printing press.

Einschubwagen dieser Art werden üblicherweise verwendet, um Druckwalzen derart zwischen die Seitengestelle einer Druck­maschine einzuführen, daß die Wellenzapfen in Langlöcher oder Aussparungen der Seitengestelle greifen, in denen diese dann mit den Zapfenlagern verbindbar sind. In entsprechender Weise dienen die Einschubwagen zur Entnahme von Druckwalzen aus einer Druck­maschine nach dem Lösen von deren Wellenzapfen von den Zapfen­lagern, wie dies beispielsweise bei einem Wechsel von Druck­walzen erforderlich ist. Die Handhabung der Einschubwagen mit aufgelegter Druckwalze zu deren Einführen oder deren Austragen erfordert ein großes Geschick des Bedienungspersonals, das Kolli­sionen des Einschubwagens und der Wellenzapfen der Druckwalze mit den Seitengestellen oder anderen Teilen der Druckmaschine verhindern muß, um Beschädigungen durch entsprechende Stoß­beanspruchungen zu verhindern. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe bei einer Vorrichtung der gattungsgemäßen Art dadurch gelöst, daß der Einschubwagen mit zwei Gleitsteinen oder mit zwei um vertikale Achsen drehbar gelagerten Führungsrollen versehen ist, die in eine Längsnut einer Führungsschiene einschiebbar sind, die zwischen einer ausgeschwenkten Einschubstellung für den Einschubwagen und einer eingeschwenkten Stellung verschwenkbar ist, in der die Wellen­zapfen der Druckwalze in Ausnehmungen der Seitenteile des Druck­maschinengestells greifen, in denen diese mit den Zapfenlagern verbindbar sind. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung verhindert mit Sicherheit zu Beschädigungen führende Kollisionen des Einschub­wagens und der Druckwalze mit Teilen der Druckmaschine. Die Bedienungsperson braucht lediglich in der ausgeschwenkten Stellung der Führungsschiene die Gleitsteine oder Führungsrollen in deren Längsnut einzuschieben, was ohne Kollisionsgefahr möglich ist, weil sich keine Maschinenteile im Bereich der ausgeschwenkten Führungsschiene befinden. Wird nun nach dem Einschieben der Gleitsteine oder Führungsrollen des Einschub­wagens in die Längsnut der Führungsschiene diese in die Druck­maschine hineingeschwenkt, übernimmt diese die Führung des Einschubwagens, so daß dieser zwangsweise ohne Kollisionen mit Teilen der Druckmaschine in eine Lage geführt wird, in der sich die Wellenzapfen der Druckwalze in den Ausnehmungen der Seitenteile des Druckmaschinengestells in der Weise befinden, daß diese in bekannter und daher hier nicht näher beschriebener Weise mit den Zapfenlagern verbunden werden können. In entsprechender Weise lassen sich kollisionsfrei Druckwalzen aus der Druckmaschine herausführen. Die Grundstellung der U-Schiene 11, aus der heraus eine neue Druckwalze eingefahren werden soll, ist in der Figur 3 mit vollen Linien dargestellt. Beim Heran­transport des Einschubwagens 15 mit aufgelegter Druckwalze muß die Bedienungsperson lediglich Sorge dafür tragen, daß die beiden Führungsrollen 13 in die U-Schiene 11 einfahren können. Danach muß die Bedienungsperson lediglich einen Druck in Pfeil­richtung A auf den Einschubwagen 15 ausüben, und zwar zumindest so lange, bis sich dieser an der Einführungsrolle 16 anlegt. Danach wird die Kolbenzylindereinheit 12 betätigt, wodurch, wie schon vorher erwähnt, die Schiene 11 aus ihrer mit vollen Linien dargestellten Lage in die mit strichpunktierten Linien darge­stellte Lage verschwenkt wird. Auf diesen Traversen sind zwei gegeneinander verstellbare Träger 24 und 25 in unterschied­ lichen Positionen zueinander feststellbar geführt, die je ein Aufnahmeprisma 26 für die Walzenzapfen 4 aufweisen. Nach dem Einführen der Walzenzapfen 4 in die Langlöcher 5 bzw. die Aufnahmeausnehmungen 6 können die Teile 27 der Prismen 25 um die Achse 28 weggeklappt werden, so daß der Einschubwagen 15 wieder herausgefahren werden kann. Dieses Heraus fahren ist nicht unbedingt erforderlich, da in bekannter Weise die Walzenzapfen nach dem Einführen in die Langlöcher 5 und die Aufnahme­ausnehmungen 6 durch Verriegelelemente um einen geringen Betrag angehoben werden und sie somit keine direkte Verbindung mehr mit den Aufnahmeprismen 26 haben.The slide-in carriage 15, which is only indicated in FIGS. 1-3, is shown more clearly in FIGS. 4 and 5. 1. Vorrichtung zum Einführen eines eine Druckwalze tragenden Einschubwagens in eine Druckmaschine,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Einschubwagen mit zwei Gleitsteinen oder mit zwei um vertikale Achsen drehbar gelagerten Führungsrollen (13) versehen ist, die in eine Längsnut einer Führungsschiene (11) einschiebbar sind, die zwischen einer ausgeschwenkten Einschubstellung für den Einschubwagen (15) und einer eingeschwenkten Stellung verschwenkbar ist, in der die Wellenzapfen (4) der Druckwalze in Ausnehmungen (5) der Seitenteiie des Druckmaschinengestells greifen, in denen diese mit Zapfenlagern verbindbar sind.
