Abstract

In previously known devices for stabilising grass paths, intersecting webs have been used and the free passages formed between the latter have been filled with earth. Such a design, however, has the disadvantage that the erection of the webs is extremely labour-intensive, and that the grass paths so stabilised, when travelled by utility vehicles or subjected to the pressure of the earth on embankments, are not sufficiently stable. The object of the invention is to provide a device for stabilising grass paths which ensures adequate stability combined with a low level of effort. This object is achieved in that a device for stabilising grass paths is provided which is designed as a one-piece turf grid panel (1), which can be connected by means of connecting elements to adjacent turf grid panels (1) which can be positioned, the connecting elements of adjoining turf grid panels (1) preferably being hooking elements (7) which engage into each other in pairs. <IMAGE>

The invention relates to a device for fastening lawn paths with passages that can be filled with soil and planted with grass. The device can be used for. B. on golf courses for the production of light motor vehicles paths, in garage entrances, on escape routes for fire engines or as anti-slip on embankments.

From DE-U 85 27 295.7 a vegetation lattice stone is known which consists of crossing webs, between which free passages are provided, which are filled with mother earth and grassed with lawn. However, such a known vegetation grid stone has the disadvantage that laying the vegetation grid stone in the ground is extremely labor-intensive, since the longitudinal and transverse bars provided with insertion slots have to be inserted into one another in such a way that the downward-facing insertion slots of the cross bars into the upward-facing insertion slots of the previously installed longitudinal bars must be inserted so precisely that the grid stone is formed. It is also disadvantageous here that the lattice stones thus formed cannot be easily connected to adjacent lattice stones, a possible connection of the lattice stones being extremely labor intensive.

Es ist hierbei auch nachteilig, daß die auf dem gewachsenen Boden stehenden Ringe durch die Einwirkung von Nutzlasten mit ihren schmalen Auflageflächen in den gewachsenen Boden des Erdreiches hineingedrückt werden können, wodurch die gesamte Struktur der Ringe zerstört werden kann und die ihnen zugedachte Tragfunktion verloren geht.DE-A-25 53 086 means for soil stabilization are known, which consist of a plurality of adjacent cylindrical rings, which are arranged in groups, adjacent rings of a group are held together by means of a band extending around the circumference of the group; it is also possible to fasten the rings in their mutual position by means of a multitude of woven wires. However, such a design also has the disadvantage that it is extremely labor intensive. It is also disadvantageous here that the rings standing on the grown soil can be pressed into the grown soil of the earth by the action of payloads with their narrow contact surfaces, as a result of which the entire structure of the rings can be destroyed and the supporting function intended for them is lost.

The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a device of the type mentioned, which can be quickly installed with relatively little effort on grown soil and is designed such that the individual parts of the path created under load, for. B. when driving with vehicles, maintain a mutual stable position, the device should not be pressed into the ground even when loaded.

This object is achieved by the characterizing features of patent claim 1, further developments of the invention being indicated by the characterizing features of claims 2 to 10.

According to the invention, there is the advantage that the fact that the lawn grating plate is formed in one piece makes it extremely easy to lay it, and it is furthermore advantageous that the individual lawn grids plates can be connected to adjacent lawn grid plates in a simple and uncomplicated manner by means of their connecting elements. These are preferably designed as interlocking interlocking elements which enable an easily produced stable connection between the adjacent plates.

In Fig. 1 bis 5 ist eine einstückig gefertigte Rasengitterplatte 1 in Draufsicht dargestellt, die eine Vielzahl von in Wabenstruktur angeordneten, zusammenhängenden sechseckigen Zellen 2 bildet.1 to 5, a one-piece turf grid plate 1 is shown in plan view, which forms a plurality of interconnected hexagonal cells 2 arranged in a honeycomb structure.

These cells 2 are filled with soil and planted or sown with grass, as a result of which the entire turf grid plate 1 is given a green design which is adapted to the environment, for example a lawn area. In the bottom plate 3 of each cell 2, an opening 4 is net angeord through which excess water in the soil can be directed. The grass panel 1 is preferably made of non-corrosive plastic.

At the upper edge of each of the walls 5 forming the cells 2, a recess 6 is arranged, which serves for the distribution and drainage of excess surface water and also as a level mark for filling the earth.

The one-piece lawn grating plate 1 can be connected to an adjacent lawn grating plate by means of connecting elements, the connecting elements being arranged on opposite sides of each lawn grating plate such that interlocking elements 7 are arranged on one side of the lawn grating plate, which engage in recesses 8 provided on the adjacent lawn grating plate .

If a hooking element 7 lies between two walls 5 which are at an angle to one another at a certain inclusion angle, then the hooking element 7 is formed with corresponding bevels.

A plurality of pairs of interlocking elements 7, 8 can be arranged in each lawn grid plate 1 in each fastening direction on opposite sides of the plate.

In this way, two adjacent lawn grids can be quickly and conveniently connected to each other on their abutting sides, so that a paved driveway is formed on the entire route to be fastened, which can be quickly laid out and driven over by vehicles, with a pushing in of the individual lawn grids 1 into the ground due to the load of the vehicles traveling on the paths is not possible, since all connected one lumpy lawn grating plates 1 with their base plate 3 lie over a large area on the grown ground.

In order to prevent lateral shifting of the lawn grid plates 1 by braking forces of the motor vehicles traveling on them or by earth pressure on embankments, each lawn grid plate 1 is fastened to the grown ground by means of nails or plastic holding pins 9.

The holding pins 9 are wedge-shaped and preferably have cross-shaped cross-sectional shapes (see FIG. 6). To carry out the retaining pins 9, the base plate 3 may have appropriately shaped openings 9 '. Alternatively or additionally, correspondingly larger retaining pins can also be guided through the bottom openings 4 of the plates 1. In both versions, the holding pin 9 is firmly clamped in the opening 9 'or bottom opening 4 in its end position.

Eine zusätzliche Stabilisierung der Verbindungselemente wird hierbei dadurch erreicht, daß an denjenigen Stellen, an denen die Verbindungselemente vorgesehen sind, eine teilweise Überlappung 12 der eine Ausnehmung 11 enthaltenden Bodenplatte 3 vorgesehen ist.FIG. 8 shows another exemplary embodiment of a lawn grid plate, in which hooking elements 10 similar to the hooking element 7 according to FIG. 1 are used, which engage in corresponding recesses 11 in the base plate 3 of the adjacent lawn grid plate 1 (see FIGS. 9-12). An additional stabilization of the connecting elements is achieved in that a partial overlap 12 of the base plate 3 containing a recess 11 is provided at those points at which the connecting elements are provided.

Fig. 13 und 14 zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel in geschlossener Verbindungsstellung, das im wesentlichen dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 2 entspricht.13 to 18 show three similar exemplary embodiments, the hooking elements being shown in the hooked connection position in FIGS. 13, 15 and 17. Fig. 13 and 14 shows an embodiment in the closed connection position, which in essentially corresponds to the embodiment of FIG. 2.

In den Fig. 19 bis 21 sind drei weitere Ausführungsbeispiele von Rasengitterplatten dargestellt, bei denen die Verhakungselemente in Form sich seitlich verzahnender Berührungsflächen 13′, 13˝ der Rasengitterplatte 9 gestaltet sind, wobei in Fig. 21 als zusätzliches Verbindungselement eine teilweise Überlappung 14 der Bodenplatte 3 dient.15 and 16 show a slightly modified embodiment in the closed position and FIGS. 17 to 18 show an embodiment in the closed connection position, which essentially corresponds to the embodiment according to FIGS. 9 and 10. 19 to 21, three further embodiments of turf grid plates are shown, in which the interlocking elements are designed in the form of laterally toothed contact surfaces 13 ', 13' of the turf grid plate 9, in FIG. 21 a partial overlap 14 of the base plate as an additional connecting element 3 serves.

The cells 2 can also have a round shape as shown in FIG. 20.

In den Fig. 22 bis 27 sind weitere Ausführungsbeispiele von Rasengitterplatten dargestellt, wobei die Rasengitterplatten an gegenüberliegenden Seiten in einer Richtung trapezförmig gestaltet sind und an gegenüberliegenden Seiten in Querrichtung dazu eine sägezahnartige Form aufweisen.22 to 27 show further exemplary embodiments of lawn grating plates, the grass grating plates being designed trapezoidal on opposite sides in one direction and having a sawtooth-like shape on opposite sides in the transverse direction.

Gemäß Fig. 24 und 25 sind an der Unterseite der Bodenplatte 3 ins Erdrein reichende Stifte 15 angeformt, um einen Halt gegen horizontale Verschiebungen zu gewährleisten.24 and 25, pins 15 are formed on the underside of the base plate 3 and extend into Erdrein in order to ensure a hold against horizontal displacements.

In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 26, overlapping sections 16 preventing vertical displacement of the plates are provided on opposite sides of the lawn grid plate.
