Claims (5)
- Textilarmierung, die zur Herstellung von verschiedenen Komplexen benutzbar ist und in der Form einer Lage vorliegt, bei der die Mehrzahl der Elementarfäden entlang einer einzigen Richtung angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß- sie durch ein Gewebe gebildet ist, bei dem die Fäden der Kette und des Schusses in der Form von parallelen Fadenbündeln vorliegen,- der Zusammenhalt der Elementarfäden durch eine faserige Struktur (2a, 2b, 2c) sichergestellt ist, die nicht nur mit den unidirektionalen Fäden nach Art eines Gewebes gekreuzt ist, sondern überdies Fasern aufweist, die sich zum Teil rechtwinklig zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Serien der parallelen Fäden (1a, 1b, 1c) erstrecken und die durch geknickte Fäden, die in die Richtung der Gewebedicke eingebracht sind, gebildet sind.
- Verfahren zum Erhalt einer Armierung nach Anspruch 1, das daraus besteht, daß ausgehend von kontinuierlichen Fäden (1a, 1b, 1c..., 2a, 2b, 2c...), die in der Form von groben Vorgespinsten vorliegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man das so gebildete Gewebe anschließend einer Nadelungsbearbeitung unter solchen Bedingungen unterwirft, daß man die Fäden der einen Vorzugsrichtung (1a, 1b, 1c) des Gewebes voneinander trennt, ohne die sie bildenden Fäden zu zerstören, und daß man andererseits gleichzeitig einen Teil der Fäden der anderen Vorzugsrichtung (2a, 2b, 2c) des Gewebes knickt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die während des Nadelungsvorganges benutzten Nadeln Widerhaken aufweisen, die nicht um den gesamten Randbereich der Nadel angeordnet sind, sondern die parallel zu einer der Vorzugsrichtungen des Gewebes (Kette oder Schuß) ausgerichtet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Widerhaken (5) der Nadeln (4) symmetrisch beiderseits des Schaftes der Nadel (4) angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Widerhaken (5) der Nadeln (4) auf einer Seite des Schaftes der Nadel (4) und vorzugsweise auf der Rückseite dieses Schaftes, wenn man die Laufrichtung im Inneren der Nadelungseinheit (3) betrachtet, angeordnet sind.
