Claims (10)

- Appliance as claimed in anyone of claims 1 to 7, wherein the distance separating the axes of the two axle pins (13) and (14) of the link is equal to 255 times that separating the axes (14, 15) of the two axle pins of the movable handle.
- Appliance as claimed in anyone of claims 1 to 8, wherein there is a disjunction of the joints which is such that in proportion as the movable handle (4) approaches the stationary handle (7), the length (T) of the lever arm existing in the region of the movable handle (4) between the centre of articulation (14) of the link on the movable handle (4) and the extension of the axis (A) of the mandrel (2) decreases progressively until the haft (17) of the movable handle touches that (18) of the stationary handle.
