What is described is a retainer for window or door shutters, in which a latch rod (2) is mounted pivotably on the shutter and is guided at one end in a bearing member (1) remote from the hinge, whilst its other end (5) serves as an actuating end and is located in the immediate region of the hinge. This latch rod guided thus interacts with a retaining part (3) which is fixed to the wall and in which a receiving groove (6) is provided for the latch rod, and this receiving groove is preceded by a run-on slope (7) which ensures that the latch rod can be lifted and then fall by gravity into the receiving groove and lock the shutter. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a shop holder for window or door shutters, consisting of a bearing member fastened to the shop for an actuating rod with an actuating end on the hinge side and a movable locking element with a receptacle for the shop.

Shelf holders are known with blocking elements arranged on the hinge side, which in the locked state prevent a pivoting movement between the hinge belt and the block pin, and effective holding devices in the area away from the hinge of the respective shop.
In the case of the hinge-side shutter holders, it is particularly disadvantageous that, due to the large lever arm that becomes effective via the shutter, considerable forces can occur which can lead to deformations and damage to the locking elements and the shutter straps and thus to the inoperability of the shutter holder. In addition, with this type of shop holders, which usually have to be kept in different sizes in relation to the reveal depths, the operation is very cumbersome, since locking is only possible at a very specific shop pivoting angle and the release of the lock goes hand in hand with a simultaneous one Pivoting of the store must go on.

The disadvantage of the locking devices away from the belt is that they are difficult to access and that in the case of windows an unwanted leaning out of the window has to occur in order to be able to operate the shutter holder.
If an additional actuating rod is used in a type of shop holder with mutually lockable members, then there is the additional disadvantage with these arrangements that the movable elements to be actuated often become stiff due to the effects of dirt and paint and corresponding functional impairments occur.

The object of the invention is to design a shop holder of the type mentioned at the outset independent of the band and soffit and practically without any optically disturbing parts, so that, while also ensuring that it can be retrofitted, the shop fixation is inevitable when the shop is swung open and at a great distance from the shop pivot point, and this In turn, fixation can be conveniently lifted without the need to lean out of the window and the shop can be swung shut.

This object is achieved according to the invention essentially in that the bearing member has at least one vertically extending slot guide for the actuating rod designed as a latch rod, and that a wall-mounted holding part has a receiving groove with an upstream run-on slope for the latch rod.

The shutter holder according to the invention is invisible behind the shutter when the shutter is open and locked and can be easily and easily detached via the latch bar held by gravity in the locking position, since all that is required is to press the easily accessible end of the latch bar on the hinge side and then on Swing in of the store.

The latch bar, which is suitably pivoted on the store or on a fitting part of the store, is preferably designed in the form of a flat bar and is guided in the locking area in a bearing element which has a substantially U-shape in horizontal section, slot guides being provided for the latch bar in the two free legs. which are dimensioned so that the latch bar has a relatively large game in these slot guides and is very easy to move.

The wall-mounted holding part has a first, engaging when the drawer is fixed between the free legs of the bearing member, at the same time as a ramp, in which the receiving groove for the latch rod is formed, so that when the drawer is pivoted against this holding part, the latch rod is raised by the run-up slope and then falls into the receiving groove, which is also dimensioned with a sufficiently large clearance, which provides the desired locking.

It is particularly advantageous to form a second projection on the holding part above and at a distance from the first projection, which forms a push-off slope for the latch bar when it is swung up. When the locking of the drawer is released by actuating the latch bar, the drawer is simultaneously moved in the closing direction and can then be pivoted into the final closed position with little force.
Further advantageous refinements of the invention are specified in the subclaims.

The invention is explained below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawing; in the drawing shows:
  • 1 is a schematic representation of a swung open and determined by means of a store holder according to the invention,
  • 2 is a plan view of the bearing member attached to the store and used to guide a latch rod,
  • 3 shows a sectional view along the line AA in FIG. 2
  • Fig. 4 is a plan view of a holding part intended for fastening to the wall and serving for latch bar locking and
  • 5 is a sectional view taken along line BB of FIG .. 4

Fig. 1 shows a shutter 10 pivotally mounted over conventional block 17 and shutter straps 18, which is in the swung-open position.
On the back of the swung-open shop 10 and thus invisible in the swung-open position, a flat rod-shaped latch bar 2 is pivotally mounted via a smooth-running bearing 14, so that this latch bar 2 forms a two-armed lever, the end of which on the hinge side forms an actuating end 5 and the other end of which is 19th Locking function fulfilled.

At the shop 10, a bearing member 1 is attached, which guides the latch rod 2 in the vertical direction and preferably defines the end positions of the maximum pivoting angle of the latch rod 2. The bearing member 1 also provides guidance in the vertical direction to the store 10.

Associated with this bearing member 1 is a holding part 3 fastened to the wall, which has a receiving groove 6 with an upstream run-up slope by means of a first projection 11, so that when the shop 10 is swung open, the latch bar 2 is raised above this run-up slope 7 and then into the holding part 3 intended receiving groove 6 falls solely due to gravity and thus locks the store 10 against the wall.

If the locking of the shutter 10 is to be released, only a slight pressure on the easily accessible actuating end 5 of the latch rod 2 is required, whereby the latch rod 2 is pivoted out of the associated receiving groove 6 and the lock is released, so that the shutter 10 is then in the closed position can be pivoted.

The pivot bearing 14 for the latch rod 2 can, for example, consist of a fitting part, not shown, and be designed as a type of pot bearing, which receives an annular disc connected to the latch rod 2 with suitable play, so that the fitting part overlapping the latch rod 2 has the desired smoothness with regard to Swiveling movement and at the same time the axial fixing of the latch rod 2 is guaranteed.

This bearing member 1 is U-shaped in cross section, the longitudinal slot guides 4 shown in the sectional view according to FIG. 3 being in the vertically directed free legs 9 are trained. The bearing member 1 is fixed to the store 10 by means of fastening bores by means of screws, an exact Mon. days is not a mandatory requirement for the functionality of the shop keeper.

Fig. 4 shows a front view of the holding part 3 to be fastened to the wall, which is provided with a bore 16 for receiving a fastening screw and has a first projection 11 below this fastening bore 16 and a second projection 12 above the fastening bore 16.

If, in the course of the opening movement of the shop 10, the latch bar 2, which is guided vertically in the longitudinal slots 4 of the bearing member 1, comes into contact with the ramp 7 which engages between the two legs 8, 9 of the bearing member 1, the latch bar is lifted and finally falls into the receiving groove 6, whereby the locking process or the locking of the shop 10 is ended.

Above the first extension 11, the holding part 3 has a second extension 12, which is provided with a bevel 13.

If the determination of the shop 10 is to be solved, this latch bar 2 is pivoted out of the receiving groove 6 by pressure on the actuating end 5 of the latch bar 2 in the sense of a remote release and thereby comes against the pull-off slope 13, which leads to the fact that the shop 10 is already due the actuation of the latch rod 2 is moved in the closing direction and the latch rod 2 no longer falls into the receiving groove 6 even after the actuating end 5 is released. The shop 10, which has already moved in the closing direction, can then move into its final position with little effort Closing position are transferred.

The drawer holder according to the invention can be installed regardless of the type of clamp 17 and straps 18 used for the respective drawer, can also be retrofitted without difficulty, is characterized by complete invisibility when the drawer is open and increases the ease of use because its ease of movement and the largely freely selectable positioning of the actuating end 5 that enables remote triggering in the band area always ensures comfortable handling.
The attachment of the store holder, which takes place immediately or subsequently, also advantageously brings with it that the marking for the seat of the bearing element 1 on the store 10 can also be made via the holding part 3 to be initially attached to the wall.
If, for example, the bearing member 1 is inserted into the holding part 3 screwed to the wall in a manner rotated by 180 o , which has a marking lug 20 pointing towards the load 10, and the store is pressed firmly against these marking lugs 20, these will then dig into the material of the Loading 10. During the subsequent attachment of the bearing member 1 to the shop 10, the marking lugs 20, which engage in the depressions previously pressed in, serve as a stop aid.
