Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sammelmappe zur Aufnahme von ungelochten Blättern mit einem aus einem durchsichtigen Kunststoffolienabschnitt gebildeten vorderen Mappendeckel und einem über einen Mappenrücken mit diesem verbundenen, aus einem gegenüber dem Material für den vorderen Mappendeckel steiferen, undurchsichtigen Material gebildeten hinteren Mappendeckel sowie einer quer zum Mappenrücken um begrenzte Beträge verschiebbaren Klemmfeder, die zwei über ein Joch miteinander verbundene Klemmschenkel aufweist, von denen einer mit einem seine Unverlierbarkeit gegenüber der Mappe sichernden, mit jeweils einem mappenseitigen Gegenanschlag zusammenwirkenden Anschlag versehen ist.The invention relates to a binder for receiving non-perforated sheets with a front folder cover formed from a transparent plastic film section and with a folder back connected to this, made of a stiffer compared to the material for the front folder cover, opaque material and a transverse to the folder back around limited amounts displaceable clamping spring, which has two clamping legs connected to each other via a yoke, one of which is provided with a stop which interlocks its captivity with respect to the folder and cooperates with a counter-stop on the folder side.

Aus den Figuren 6 und 7 der EP-A1 0 293 709 ist eine Sammelmappe der vorstehenden Art bekannt, bei der die beiden Mappendeckel durch Schweißnähte mit den sie jeweils übergreifenden Schenkein eines aus einem streifenförmigen Folienabschnitt geformten Falzes verbunden sind. Der dem vorderen Mappendeckel zugeordnete Falzschenkel weist bei dieser Sammelmappe ein Fenster auf, in das ein stegartiger Vorsprung des vorderen Klemmschenkels der Klemmfeder greift. Die bekannte Konstruktion vermag insofern nicht voll zu befriedigen, als bei ihr die hohe Flexibilität des zur Herstellung des vorderen Mappendeckels verwendeten Materials nicht zur Bildung eines Falzbuges genutzt wird. Hinzu kommt, daß die Führung der Klemmfeder im Fenster insofern zu wünschen übrig läßt, als eine befriedigende Sicherung der Klemmfeder gegen Kippbewegungen um eine senkrecht zur Ebene des hinteren Klemmschenkels verlaufende Achse nicht gewährleistet ist.From FIGS. 6 and 7 of EP-A1 0 293 709 a binder of the above type is known, in which the two folder lids are connected by welds to the legs of a fold formed from a strip-shaped film section, which cross them. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Sammelmappe der in Betracht gezogenen Art so auszugestalten, daß bei ihr die vorstehend geschilderten Unzulänglichkeiten eliminiert sind. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der Mappenrücken vom Bug eines gefalzten Längsrandes des vorderen Mappendeckels gebildet wird, daß der parallel zum vorderen Mappendeckel verlaufende Falzschenkel einen streifenförmigen Folienabschnitt formt, der unter Bildung eines flachen Kanals durch zwei parallele Schweißnähte mit dem hinteren Mappendeckel verbunden ist, und daß die Außenwand des im Randbereich des hinteren Mappendeckels angeordneten flachen Kanals mit mindestens zwei im Abstand voneinander verlaufenden parallelen Führungsschlitzen für am hinteren Klemmschenkel angeordnete Vorsprünge versehen ist, wobei die Breite der Führungsschlitze im wesentlichen gleich der Breite der Vorsprünge und die Länge der Führungsschlitze gleich dem Verschiebeweg der Klemmfeder ist.The invention has for its object to design a binder of the type under consideration so that the shortcomings described above are eliminated. Die erfindungsgemäße Sammelmappe ist wirtschaftlich herstellbar und leicht zu handhaben. Ihr vom Bug eines Falzes aus dem dünneren Folienmaterial des vorderen Mappendeckels gebildeter Mappenrücken erweist sich als sehr flexibel. Durch zwei oder mehrere senkrecht zum Mappenrücken orientierte Führungsschlitze im Bereich des Mappenrückens und durch die in diese greifenden Vorsprünge des hinteren Schenkels der Klemmfeder ist letztere einwandfrei geführt. Da die Führungsmittel sich im Bereich des hinteren Mappendeckels befinden, kann der vordere Mappendeckel vollflächig durchsichtig ausgebildet werden, was sich bei der Ablage von Fotos oder Bildprospekten als vorteilhaft erweist. Durch Aufschweißen eines durchgehenden Folienstreifens auf den dem Mappenrücken zugewandten Rand des vorderen Mappendeckels mittels zweier paralleler Schweißnähte erhält man auf einfache Weise einen Führungskanal zur Aufnahme einer Halteschiene für eine Hängeregistratur, wobei die Halteschiene die Führung für die Klemmfeder und deren Halterung an der Mappe in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt, wohl aber automatisch die Klemmkraft erhöht.The folder according to the invention is economical to manufacture and easy to handle. In den Fig. 1 bis 4 sind 1 der vordere und 2 der hintere Mappendeckel einer Sammelmappe. Der vordere Mappendeckel 1 besteht aus durchsichtigem Material, der hintere Mappendeckel 2 dagegen aus undurchsichtigem Material, wobei die Stärke der beiden Materialien unterschiedlich ist, und zwar dergestalt, daß der hintere Mappendeckel 2 über eine größere Steifigkeit als der vordere Mappendeckel 1 verfügt. Beide Mappendeckel sind aus Kunststoffolienabschnitten hergestellt. Der vordere Mappendeckel 1 ist im Bereich eines Längsrandes umgefalzt, wobei der Falzbug den Mappenrücken 3 bildet. Der kurze Falzschenkel formt einen streifenförmigen Folienabschnitt 4, der mittels zweier paralleler Schweißnähte 5 und 6 mit dem hinteren Deckel verbunden ist. In den Folienabschnitt 4 sind zwei rechteckige Schlitze 7 und 8 eingestanzt, welche senkrecht zum Mappenrücken 3 orientiert sind und parallel zueinander verlaufen. Die Schlitze 7 und 8 dienen zur Führung von Vorsprüngen 9 und 10, welche von Teilen des hinteren Klemmschenkels 11 einer Klemmfeder 12 gebildet werden, deren vorderer Klemmschenkel 13 bei 14 leicht abgewinkelt ist.
