In unserer deutschen Patentanmeldung P 39 05 068.8 ist eine Um­setzeinrichtung in einer Hybrid-Pressen- o.dgl. Anlage beschrieben worden, bei der Umsetzeinrichtung zwei Laufschienen aufweist, die sich auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten von Stößel und Werkzeugen in Rich­tung des Blechteiletransports erstrecken. Auf den Laufschienen sind Laufwagen verschiebbar gelagert. Hierbei sind einander gegenüber be­findliche Laufwagen durch eine Quertraverse untereinander verbunden. Die Quertraversen insgesamt sind von den Laufwagen durch eine Querbe­wegung der Laufschienen abkuppelbar, um die an diesen befestigten Hal­termittel bei Werkzeugwechsel mit austauschen zu können. Die Laufwagen je einer Laufschiene sind weiterhin so miteinander verbunden, daß je­weils das erste durch eine Quertraverse verbundene Laufwagenpaar mit dem dritten und jedem übernächsten Laufwagenpaar sowie das zweite Laufwagenpaar mit dem vierten und jedem übernächsten Laufwagenpaar un­ terschiedliche Bewegungen beim Rücklauf und unterschiedliche Still­standstellungen zwischen den Werkzeugen ausführen bzw. erreichen. Die Bewegungen werden von drehbewegten Kurvenscheiben abgegriffen. Zum Ausheben der umgeformten Blechteil/Werkstücke aus den Werkzeugunter­teilen, während der Umsetzbewegung, sowie zur Ablage der Blechteile in der Folgestufe werden die Laufschienen angehoben. Der jeweils erste und zweite Laufwagen auf jeder Laufschiene ist mit einem an die jeweilige Kurvenscheibe angelegten Kurvenfolgerhebel vermittels An­lenkstangen verbunden. Da die Anlenkpunkte der Kurvenfolgerhebel an den Anlenkstangen infolge einer in dem Zeitraum des Aushebens durch­fahrenen Rast von Kurvenfolgerhebel auf der Kurve der Kurvenscheibe stillstehen, kommt es durch die Aushebebewegung der Laufschienen zu einer Auslenkbewegung der Laufwagen in Richtung auf die Anlenkpunkte der Kurvenfolgerhebel zu, da die Anlenkstangen in ihren Anlenkpunkten an den Laufwagen auf einem Kreisbogen um die Anlenkpunkte der Kurven­folgerhebel an den Anlenkstangen bewegt werden. Umformmaschine mit zumindest einem auf- und abbewegbaren Stößel für die Umformung von Blechteilen vermittels Werk­zeugen, wobei die im Takt der Umformmaschine bewegbare Umsetzeinrich­tung zumindest eine heb- und senkbare Laufschiene aufweist, hinter, ggf. vor Stößel und Werkzeug in Längsrichtung der Umformmaschine sich erstreckend, auf denen Laufwagen verschiebbar angeordnet sind mit Haltemitteln zum Umsetzen der Blechteile in den Bearbeitungsstu­fen, wobei die Umsetzbewegung der Laufwagen über Gestänge von drehge­triebenen Kurvenscheiben abgegriffen wird, dadurch gekennzeich­net, daß die Kurvenscheiben (41, 42) für die Umsetzbewegung (49) der Laufwagen (8, 9) Korrekturbereiche (45) aufweisen zum Längenausg­leich bei einer Hebe- (52) oder Senkbewegung der Laufschienen (7,7′), die zur Aufnahme und/oder zur Ablage von Blechteilen (3) erfolgt.1.
