Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen doppelschaligen Rolltorpanzer für Feuerschutztore, welcher aus zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordneten Schalten besteht, zwischen welchen sich eine Dämmatte befindet und wobei die beiden Schalen aus horizontal angeordneten Lamellen zusammengesetzt sind, deren einander benachbarte eingerollte Ränder ineinandergreifen.
- Rolltorpanzer der vorgenannten Art sind bereits in unterschiedlichsten Ausführungsformen bekanntgeworden. Bei diesen befinden sich die beiden Schalen des Panzers in zwei unterschiedlichen, parallel zueinander liegenden Ebenen, wobei, wenn beide Schalen aus Lamellen bestehen, deren gelenkige Verbindungen in der Ebene der jeweiligen Schale liegen.
- Weiterhin ist aus der DE-PS 16 59 775 ein Rolltorpanzer bekanntgeworden, bei welchem die Lamellen nur der einen, ersten Schale mit ihren eingerollten Rändern gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, während die einander überlappenden Lamellen der anderen, zweiten Schale jeweils an einer Lamelle der ersten Schale befestigt sind, wobei zwischen den beiden Schalen bzw. deren Lamellen eine Dämmatte angeordnet ist.
- Rolltorpanzerkonstruktionen der vorbekannten Art sind relativ aufwendig herzustellen und besitzen überdies unerwünschte Wärmebrücken.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen doppelschaligen Rolltorpanzer zu schaffen, der relativ einfach herstellbar und auf eine einzige Wickelrolle aufrollbar ist und bei welchem die beiden Rolltorpanzerschalen vollständig thermisch getrennt sind.
- Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, den Rolltorpanzer für Feuerschutztore in der Weise auszubilden, daß die Lamellen der beiden Panzerschalen eine zur Außenseite des Rolltorpanzers gerichtete Krümmung aufweisen und daß die Drehachsen aller Lamellenverbindungen in der Mittelebene des Rolltorpanzers liegen.
- Vorteilhafterweise sind die Lamellenverbindungen der einen Schale gegenüber den Lamellenverbindungen der anderen Schale in vertikaler Richtung um eine halbe Teilung gegeneinander versetzt angeordnet.
- Weitere Merkmale der erfindungsgemäß ausgebildeten Lamellen gehen aus den Unteransprüchen hervor.
- In den Figuren 1 bis 4 der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung anhand bevorzugter Ausführungsbeispiele dargestellt, welche nachstehend im einzelnen näher beschrieben sind. Es zeigen:
- Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch einen Rolltorpanzer mit den Merkmalen gemäß der Erfindung;
- Fig. 2 bis 4 je einen Querschnitt durch eine Lamelle in weiteren Ausführungsformen.
- Wie aus Fig. 1 hervorgeht, besteht der Rolltorpanzer 11 aus den beiden im Abstand voneinander angeordneten äußeren Schalen 12 und 13, die aus den horizontal angeordneten Lamellen 14 bzw. 15 zusammengesetzt sind. Die Lamellen 14 bzw. 15 greifen in an sich bekannter Weise mit ihren eingerollten Rändern 16 bzw. 17 ineinander, um so die Schalen 12 bzw. 13 zu bilden. Die Lamellen 14 und 15 sind jeweils gegen die Außenseite des Rolltorpanzers 11 gekrümmt, so daß die Drehachsen 18 aller Lamellenverbindungen 16, 17 in der Mittelebene 19 des Rolltorpanzers 11 liegen. Die in Fig. 1 dargestellten Lamellen 14 bzw. 15 haben beispielsweise eine kreisbogenförmige Krümmung.
- Die Lamellenverbindungen 16, 17 der einen Schale 12 sind gegenüber denjenigen der anderen Schale 13 um eine halbe Lamellenteilung T/2 versetzt angeordnet. Hierdurch erreicht man bei entsprechender Krümmung der Lamellen 14, 15 einen im wesentlichen gleichmäßig weiten Zwischenraum zwischen den beiden Schalen 12 und 13, der von einer Dämmatte 20 ausgefüllt ist. An den Stellen, wo sich die Lamellenverbindungen 16, 17 befinden, ist der Zwischenraum minimal verengt, so daß dadurch die Dämmatte 20 von den Lamellenverbindungen 16, 17 abgestützt und in ihrer Lage gehalten wird, ohne daß sie sich verschieben kann.
- Da sich die Drehachsen 18 der Lamellenverbindungen 16, 17 sämtlichst in der neutralen Mittelebene 19 befinden, kann der erfindungsgemäß ausgebildete Rolltorpanzer auf eine einzige Wickelrolle aufgerollt werden.
- Die Lamellen 14, 15 können aber auch eine von der Kreisbogenform abweichende Krümmung aufweisen, beispielsweise eine elliptische oder eine parabolische, wie aus den Figuren 2 und 3 hervorgeht, oder sie können eine von einer fest definierten geometrischen Form abweichende Krümmung haben, wie in Fig. 4 dargestellt.
- Für die Zusammensetzung der Panzerschale finden Lamellen Anwendung, die bis auf die Anfangs- und Endlamellen einander identisch sind. Hieraus ergbit sich insbesondere die kostengünstige Konstruktion des Rolltorpanzers gemäß der Erfindung, der formbedingt auch keine Verbindungselemente zwischen den beiden äußeren Schalen benötigt und der somit frei von Wärmebrücken ist.
