  • the ribs 12 are provided on the members 10 and 11 in order to provide recesses into which the sheet steel of the wall 3 can be distended when screwing a lock faceplate to the member 1.
  • the recess is also used to receive one leg of each hinge, one rib 12 being cut away as required and the leg of the hinge being inserted through a slot cut in the steel and between the member 10 and the wall 3 of the tray 1.

  • the cross-section is provided at two adjacent corners with bevels equivalent to the bevels 13 and 14 and for the same purpose and a slot is routed-in equivalent to the slot 15.
  • the strength of the door is derived mainly from the "wrap-around" feature of the side walls 3 and end walls 4, the marginal portions 5 and 6, and the terminal re-entrant portions 7 and 8 of tray 1 with respect to the frame members.

Claims (7)

  1. Porte de sécurité comportant un panneau principal en tôle (1) qui comporte lui même un panneau (2), des parois d'extrémité et latérales (3, 4) perpendiculaires au panneau (2), des parties marginales (5, 6) rabattues depuis les parois (3, 4) au-dessous du panneau (2) et espacées de celui-ci, et des parties rentrantes terminales (7, 8) rabattues depuis les parties marginales (5, 6) en direction du panneau (2), des éléments de cadre allongés (10, 11) disposés à l'intérieur du panneau (1) le long des parois (3, 4) respectives, et un panneau secondaire en tôle (18) qui comporte lui-même un panneau (19) et des parois latérales et d'extrémité (20) perpendiculaires au panneau (19), le panneau secondaire (18) étant dimensionné de telle sorte que le panneau (19) ferme une ouverture délimitée par les parties rentrantes terminales (7, 8) du panneau principal (1), caractérisée en ce que les éléments de cadre (10, 11) possèdent des fentes (15) recevant les parties rentrantes terminales (7, 8), des nervures (12) sur un côté engageant les parois (3, 4) afin de procurer un renfoncement entre les éléments de cadre (10, 11) et les parois (3, 4), et des bords biseautés (13, 14) permettant aux éléments (10, 11) d'être appliqués latéralement dans le panneau (1) de façon à engager les parois (3, 4) et les parties rentrantes terminales (7, 8), et les parois latérales et d'extrémités (20) du panneau secondaire (18) sont reçues dans les fentes (15) des éléments de cadre (10, 11) le long des parties rentrantes terminales (7, 8) du panneau principal (1).
  2. Porte de sécurité selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle deux nervures parallèles allongées (12) sont prévues sur les éléments de cadre (10, 11).
  3. Porte de sécurité selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle des blocs d'entretoise sont appliqués sur les coins du panneau principal (1) avant l'application des éléments de cadre (10, 11).
  4. Porte de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le panneau (19) du panneau secondaire (18) affleure les parties marginales (5, 6) du panneau principal (1).
  5. Porte de sécurité selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, dans laquelle une mousse qui durcit sous haute pression est injectée dans l'espace entre le panneau (2) du panneau principal (1) et le panneau (19) du panneau secondaire (18) et délimité par les éléments de cadre (10, 11).
  6. Porte de sécurité comportant un panneau principal en tôle (1) qui comporte lui-même un panneau (2), des parois d'extrémité et latérales (3, 4) perpendiculaires au panneau (2), des parties marginales (5, 6) rabattues depuis les parois (3, 4) et recouvrant le panneau (2) et espacées de celui-ci, et des parties rentrantes terminales (7, 8) rabattues depuis les parties marginales (5, 6) en direction du panneau (2), des éléments de cadre allongés (10, 11) disposés à l'intérieur du panneau (1) le long des parois (3, 4) respectives, et un panneau secondaire en tôle (18) qui comporte lui même un panneau (19) et des parois latérales et d'extrémité (20) perpendiculaires au panneau (19), le panneau secondaire (18) étant dimensionné de telle sorte que le panneau (19) ferme une ouverture délimitée par les parties rentrantes terminales (7, 8) du panneau principal (1); caractérisée en ce que le panneau (19) du panneau secondaire (18) affleure les parties marginales (5, 6) du panneau principal (1), les éléments de cadre (10, 11) possèdent des fentes (15) recevant les parties rentrantes terminales (7, 8) respectives et possèdent des bords biseautés (13, 14) permettant aux éléments (10, 11) d'être appliqués latéralement dans le panneau (1) de façon à engager les parois (3, 4) et les parties rentrantes terminales (7, 8), et les parois (20) du panneau secondaire (18) sont reçues dans les fentes (15) des éléments de cadre (10, 11) le long des parties rentrantes terminales (7, 8) du panneau principal (1).
  7. Porte de sécurité selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle les éléments de cadre (10, 11) possèdent des nervures (12) sur un côté engageant les parois (3, 4) afin de procurer un renfoncement entre les éléments de cadre (10, 11) et les parois (3, 4).
