Abstract

On a two-cylinder slurry pump with piston accumulator which is filled during pumping of the slurry by the pumping cylinders and emptied by the hydraulically controlled accumulator piston between the strokes of the pumping pistons into the pumping pipeline in order to prevent the drop in pressure and incorrect delivery quantity in the pumping pipeline, it is proposed according to the invention that a bilaterally hydraulically actuatable working piston (8) serve for hydraulic control (2) of the accumulator piston (10), which working piston is controlled with the pumping cylinders and whose limit positions are fixed on the accumulator drive cylinder (7) with the limit positions of the accumulator piston (10) when the accumulator cylinder (4) is fully emptied and when it is filled. <IMAGE>
