Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung sind Bindemittel auf Basis wäßriger Alkalimetallsilikatlösungen mit einem SiO₂-Gehalt von 22 bis 33 Gew-% sowie einem Gehalt an Glycerin und Polyglycerinen, welche enthalten:
  • a) 70 bis 99 Gew.-% einer wäßrigen Alkalimetallsilikatlösung mit einem SiO₂-Gehalt von 23 bis 37 Gew.-% und einem Molverhältnis SiO₂ : Me₂O von (2,0 bis 3,3) : 1, wobei Me Natrium und/oder Kalium und/oder Lithium bedeutet, und
  • b) 1 bis 30 Gew.-% eines in der Alkalimetallsilikatlösung gelösten Gemisches aus Glycerin und Polyglycerinen mit einer OH-Zahl im Bereich von 1560 bis 1200, enthaltend, jeweils bezogen auf das Gemisch:
    70 bis 15 Gew.-% Glycerin,
    40 bis 6 Gew.-% Diglycerin,
    5 bis 20 Gew.-% Triglycerin,
    3 bis 13 Gew.-% Tetraglycerin,
    12 bis 30 Gew.-% höhere Polyglycerine,
    wobei sich die Anteile der angegebenen Einzelbestandteile des Gemisches jeweils auf 100 Gew.-% ergänzen.
