Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Verspinnen thermoplastischer Schmelzen nach dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruchs.The invention relates to a device for spinning thermoplastic melts according to the preamble of the main claim.

Ein Spinnkopf zum Verspinnen thermoplastischer Schmelze ist aus der DE-OS 38 18 017 bekannt und besteht aus einem ortsfesten Heizkasten mit einem Pumpenblock und einem Düsentopf, in dem ein auswechselbares Düsenpaket untergebracht ist. In dem Düsentopf ist eine Spinndüse, eine Druckverteilerplatte, mit einem darin aufgenommenen Filterpack, eine tellerförmige Metallmembran und ein Dichtkolben lose eingelegt. Zur Montage werden zunächst diese Teile in den Düsentopf eingesetzt und anschließend wird der Düsentopf mit dem Verbindungsstopfen verschraubt, wobei zwischen Dichtkolben und Verbindungsstopfen eine Ringdichtung vorgesehen ist, die den in dem Verbindungsstopfen und dem Dichtkolben vorhandenen Schmelzekanal an der Verbindungsstelle abdichtet. Diese bekannte Anordnung hat den nachteil, daß die einzelnen Bauteile lose in den Düsentopf eingelegt sind, so daß sie bei der Montage herausfallen können oder sich in ihrer Lage verändern können, wobei beispielsweise ein Sandfilter bei diesem bekannten Spinnkopf nur unter größeren Vorsichtsmaßnahmen verwendbar ist. Weiterhin ist diese bekannte Anordnung nicht für hohe Drücke und große Durchmesser geeignet, denn die notwendigen Schraubkräfte für das Aufschrauben des Düsentopfes auf den Verbindungsstopfen sind dann groß. Claims (5)

  1. Apparatus for spinning thermoplastic melts with a spinning head which possesses a pump section (3) provided with a melt pipe (2) and a spinning pack (1) held in a heating box (4), in which arrangement the spinning pack (1) is screw-coupled to the pump section by means of a connection piece (26) and possesses a nozzle (8) incorporated in a casing (6), a support plate (11) and a filter unit (13, 14), and a thrust piece (19) provided with a melt duct (23) is arranged with a gap to the filter unit (13, 14), and with a secondary heater interposed after the spinning head, with subsequent blowing unit, characterised in that the thrust piece (19) lies on a step (20) provided in the casing (6) and is fixed by a thrust ring (29) provided with an external thread, this ring being screwed to the casing (6) in such a way that the thrust piece (19) possesses a pocket bore (21) provided with an internal thread (22), which can be screw-mounted on a neck (33) of the connection piece (26), possessing a external thread, and in such a way that a ring gasket (31) is introduced into the inner peripheral surface of the transition between the casing (6) and the thrust piece (19).
  2. Apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the melt duct (23) of the thrust piece (19) opens out into the pocket bore (21) and that the connection piece (26) likewise possesses a melt duct by way of extension to the melt duct (23) of the thrust piece (19), in which arrangement a circular gasket (24) is provided at the junction points of the melt ducts, this gasket being introduced into the bottom of the pocket bore (21) around the melt duct (23).
  3. Apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that an adjusting spring (32) projecting beyond the face of the thrust piece (19) is inserted into the face, this spring serving as a stop limit for a pin arranged on the connection piece (26) and fixing the position of the bore pattern of the nozzle (8) in relation to the direction of blowing of the blowing unit.
  4. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the filter unit (13) is designed as a sand filter (14) or metal powder filter or possesses metal fabric or metal thread webbing.
  5. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that a displacement body (15) is provided, where the distances between thrust piece (19), casing (6) and support plate (11) are adjusted by pins (16) introduced into the displacement body (15).
