Abstract
An einer Gelenkkette (1) sind Greifer (5) angeordnet, wobei die gelenkig verbundenen Glieder (2, 3) der Gelenkkette (1) mittels Führungsrollen (8 bis 11) an einer Schiene (17) geführt sind. Zur Vereinfachung des Baues von Kurven oder Schlaufen oder der Verdrehung um die Längsachse wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Schienenprofil symmetrisch mit Bezug auf zwei sich rechtwinklig schneidende Symmetrieebenen ausgebildet ist. Die Schnittlinie der Symmetrieebenen fällt mit der Längsmittelachse des Schienenprofils zusammen. Der Takttransporteur weist eine Gelenkkette 1 auf, die aus abwechselnd angeordneten Gliedern 2, 3 erster und zweiter Art besteht, die durch ein Universalgelenk 4 miteinander verbunden sind. An den Gliedern 2 erster Art ist je ein Greifer 5 gelagert, wogegen die Glieder 3 zweiter Art den Abstand zwischen den sich folgenden Greifern 5 bestimmen. Den Gliedern 2, 3 gemeinsam ist, dass daran je zwei Achsen 6 und 7 befestigt sind, auf denen je zwei Führungsrollen 8, 9 bzw. 10, 11 frei drehbar gelagert sind. Distanzhülsen 12, 13 bzw. 14, 15 halten die Führungsrollen in bestimmtem gegenseitigem Abstand. Die Führungsrollen 8 bis 11 rollen auf den Schmalseiten der parallelen Schenkel 16 einer im Querschnitt H-förmigen Führungsschiene 17 ab. Zur Wahrung des seitlichen Abstands der Glieder 2, 3 von der Führungsschiene 17 ist die Achse 7 diametral von einem Achsstummel 18 durchsetzt, auf dem frei drehbar eine Führungsrolle 19 gelagert ist. Deren Durchmesser ist mindestens näherungsweise gleich aber kleiner als der Abstand zwischen den Schenkeln 16, so dass die Führungsrolle abwechselnd auf einem der beiden Schenkel 16 abrollen kann.The cycle conveyor has an articulated chain 1, which consists of alternately arranged
Die die Glieder 2, 3 verbindenden Universalgelenke 4 weisen ein Kreuzgelenk 20 auf, das um die Kettenlängsachse drehbar mit dem benachbarten Glied verbunden ist. Das Kreuzgelenk 20 wird durch ein Achsenkreuz 21 gebildet, von dem der eine Balken schwenkbar im Gelenkglied 2 bzw. 3 gelagert ist. Am anderen Balken ist schwenkbar ein Bügel 22 angelenkt, dessen Steg frei drehbar auf einem Schwenkzapfen 23 gelagert ist. Die Glieder 2 bzw. 3 können somit um die Längsmittelachse der Gelenkkette 1 als auch um die Balken des Achsenkreuzes 21 und damit gleichzeitig um alle drei Raumachsen gegeneinander verdreht werden.The
Die Glieder 2 erster Art haben weiter einen nach oben weisenden Fortsatz 24, an dem ein Winkelbügel 25 befestigt ist. Dessen nachlaufende Flanke 26 bildet die feste Wange des Greifers 5, gegen die eine bewegliche Wange 27 wirkt. Diese wird durch den einen Arm des dreiarmigen Hebels mit den weiteren Armen 28 und 29 gebildet, der schwenkbar auf der Achse 7 gelagert ist. Vom Arm 28 weist seitlich ein Zapfen 30 weg, an dem eine auf Druck vorgespannte Feder 31 mit einem Ende abgestützt ist. Das andere Federende ist am Dreieckschenkel des Winkelbügels 25 gelagert. Der dreiarmige Hebel ist zwischen zwei Endlagen verschwenkbar. In der einen liegt die Wange 27 gegen die Flanke 26 an und in der anderen liegt der Arm 18 am unteren Ende des Winkelbügels 25. In beiden Endlagen schneiden sich die Verbindungsgerade 32 zwischen der Achse 7 und dem Zapfen 30 und die Mittelachse der Feder 31 unter einem Winkel α . Beim Wechseln von einer Endlage zur anderen durchschreitet der Winkelhebel 27, 28, 29 eine Totpunktlage und schnellt dann in die andere Endlage. In der Totpunktlage sind die Verbindungsgerade 32 und die Mittelachse 33 der Feder 31 achsial ausgerichtet und die Feder 31 ist am stärksten komprimiert. Zur Betätigung des Greifers 5 ist am freien Ende des dritten Armes 29 des dreiarmigen Hebels eine Nockenrolle 34 frei drehbar gelagert. Diese wirkt mit ortsfesten Führungskurven an einer Übernahme- oder Abgabestation zusammen, welche den dreiarmigen Hebel von einer Endlage über den Totpunkt in die andere bewegen, um ein Druckprodukt unverrückbar festzuhalen oder an eine Weiterverarbeitungsmaschine abzugeben.The
