Das Hauptpatent betrifft ein Verfahren sowie eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von keramischen Platten aus einem flachgezogenen Ton­strang. Im Vortrockner 6 befinden sich eine aus zwei Abschnitten 16, 16′ be­stehende Rollenbahn sowie ein Paternosteraufzug mit Sätzen von übereinander angeordneten Rechen 17, deren Zinken 18 die Rollen­bahn durchgreifen. Im Betrieb nehmen die Zinken 18 eines jeden Rechens 17 jeweils ein Strangstück 4 vom Abschnitt der Rollenbahn 16 ab. Nach Beladen der Rechen 17 eines jeden Satzes werden diese durch den Vortrockner 6 bewegt. Claims (5)

1. Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von keramischen Platten aus einem flachgezogenen Tonstrang mit einem Strangabschneider, einem Ausstanzer für die Platten, einem zwischen dem Strangabschnei­der und dem Ausstanzer vorgesehenen ersten Durchlaufofen als Vortrockner und einem weiten Durchlaufofen als Fertigtrockner hinter dem Ausstanzer, nach Patent 38 22 653, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der in Flucht mit der Zuführung (15) vom Strangabschneider her stehende Vortrockner (6) eine antreibbare Rollenbahn (16, 16′) sowie einen Paternosteraufzug mit Sätzen übereinander ange­brachter Rechen (17) aufweist, deren Zinken (18) zum Abnehmen der Strangstücke (4) und zum Ablegen der vorgetrockneten Strang­stücke die Rollenbahn durchgreifen.
