Description
Das Hauptpatent betrifft ein Verfahren sowie eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von keramischen Platten aus einem flachgezogenen Tonstrang. Bei dem Verfahren werden die von dem Tonstrang abgeschnittenen Strangstücke zunächst bis zu einem die Trockenschwindung nahezu beendenden, aber noch verformbaren Zustand vorgetrocknet, dann die keramischen Platten aus den so vorgetrockneten Strangstücken gestanzt und anschließend getrocknet.The main patent relates to a method and a device for producing ceramic plates from a flat-drawn clay strand. Im Betrieb nehmen die Zinken 18 eines jeden Rechens 17 jeweils ein Strangstück 4 vom Abschnitt der Rollenbahn 16 ab. Nach Beladen der Rechen 17 eines jeden Satzes werden diese durch den Vortrockner 6 bewegt.
