Claims (11)

1. Liaison en couche mitoyenne sous forme de nappe entre un premier corps et un second corps réalisé en un matériau coulable pouvant durcir ou prendre, avec un contact direct entre les deux corps (1, 2),
caractérisé en ce que
sur la surface (4) du premier corps (1) est fixé un matériau structuré (5) présentant des bossages (7), réalisé à partir d'un matériau de surface (6) en textile tissé, tricoté ou à mailles avec des fils à filaments synthétiques fixés de façon permanente, dont les bossages (7) sont traversés par le matériau du second corps (2) et fermement noyés ou incorporés dans celui-ci.
2. Liaison en couche mitoyenne sous forme de nappe selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que
le matériau structuré (5) est collé sur la surface (4) du premier corps (1).
3. Liaison en couche mitoyenne sous forme de nappe selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le premier corps est constitué en une matière synthétique, notamment renforcée par des fibres (MPAF),
caractérisée en ce que
le matériau structuré (5) est noyé dans la matière synthétique du premier carps (1).
4. Liaison en couche mitoyenne sous forme de nappe selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisée en ce que
les éléments structurés (7) sont constitués sous la forme de petits gobelets ou de troncs de cône de section transversale circulaire ou polygonale.
5. Liaison en couche mitoyenne sous forme de nappe selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisée en ce que
les éléments structurés (7) sont constitués par des saillies.
6. Liaison en couche mitoyenne sous forme de nappe selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisée en ce que
les fils à filaments du matériau structuré (5) sont fixés de façon permanente par étirage mécanique à thermoformage.
7. Liaison en couche mitoyenne sous forme de nappe selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisée en ce que
le matériau structuré (7) est soumis à un emboutissage profond.
8. Liaison en couche mitoyenne sous forme de nappe selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisée en ce que
le premier corps (1) est un élément de placage ou de parement, de bordé ou de recouvrement.
9. Liaison en couche mitoyenne sous forme de nappe selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 8,
caractérisée en ce que
le matériau du second corps (2) est du béton.
10. Liaison en couche mitoyenne sous forme de nappe selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 8,
caractérisée en ce que
le matériau du second corps (2) est une matière plastique et en particulier une mousse.
11. Procédé pour réaliser une liaison en couche mitoyenne sous forme de nappe selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 10,
caractérisée en ce qu'on
dispose le premier corps (1) dans un moule, un coffrage ou analogue, la surface munie du matériau structuré étant tournée vers la cavité du moule ou du coffrage, et on coule le matériau du second corps.
