Dabei können die vorzugsweise U-förmigen Bügel in gegeneinander gerichteten Öffnungen ineinander geführt sein, wobei die Schenkel jedes Bügels mittels Laschen an den Preßplatten befestigt sind. Die beiden Bügel liegen damit in einer Ebene parallel zu deren Stirnkante. Im geöffneten Zustande der Preßplatten stehen die beiden Bügel, die durch die Kolbenstange miteinander verbunden sind, entsprechend deren ausgefahrener Länge im Abstande zueinander und geben damit die Öffnungsweite der Druckkammern an, während im geschlossenen Zustande der Kammern die Bügel sich gegenseitig führend ineinanderliegen.In a preferred embodiment, the pressure medium cylinders and the piston rods displaceable therein are mounted in brackets which are supported against one another as guides and thus ensure a precisely directed piston rod movement.
